Avoid this place if Erin Berry/Wilcox is working. Very rude and disrespectful regarding customer privacy. She is very nosy and gossips about customers. Overall the symes is wonderful and quaint. Some of the employees not so much.

The place is old, funky and is definitely retro. Stayed in a detached cabin, but got to see a room inside. Old but clean and certainly stay-able The pools were fun and we met a lot of interesting folks. The food at the hotel was questionable though, you might want to eat elsewhere.

After hearing about Hot Springs, MT for years from a good friend who frequents this funky, cool little town, my lady and I decided to come out for a weekend of soaking in the heat of this super mineral rich water. Our first experience and exposure to the small town and much of what it has to offer. After scanning...

If your looking for a cheap weekend trip.. this is it! I went with my boyfriend back in October. When I first walked it, I was very intrigued. Blast from the past for sure. They have a little gift shop we messed around in for a bit with the fur coats & hats. Staff was SO friendly. . We walked...

Four outdoor small pools, only one has a changing area (you can change inside the hotel for a day soak.) The soaking is OK. We had one of the "cabins" for two nights. Pretty sure that nothing has changed in the room in decades, including the sheets. Not real clean and we had a mouse in our cabin so protect...

Food 2/10scale Mahi mahi, vegis-$17.00-worth $7.00. I would recommend spending several hours in the springs, the water is great, just don't eat here. Poor value for the money. My girlfriend had the chicken dinner, not much better

I was not impressed at all. We went up for a day soak. Although it was cheap enough, the water was dirty. Dont think it has been cleaned in awhile. The changing rooms were moldy with an inch of dirt in the corners. This place hasnt been cleaned in years! We were going to stay the night at first, but after...

This is the 2nd time we have been to Symes. We rolled in and got a room with a Claw foot tub for soaking. We paid extra for it and to our dismay, the handles to turn on the water were broken.. It was 3 in the morning so I waited to mention it to the desk clerk as we...

Decided to spend a night in Hot Springs during my summer vacation with my Mom and brother. I booked room #30 which is a room with two beds. The room was very basic. It didn't look like anything had been updated for a LONG time if ever. Beds were comfortable enough. The furnishings were old, bedding was old. Everything was...

We visited July 6. The town is very small. But has one organic/vitamin/bakery store. Has some menu items. We had a pizza slice. Fergies is the only bar/restaurant, but closed on Wednesdays. There is a smaller bar on corner. Since no other place to try for food, we had to eat the Symes restaurant. They had several specials to select....
