From the time I arrived Pearl at the front desk helped me to get settled and made me feel welcome and comfortable with some bottled water and snacks that were available in the lobby. Lacy, Rick, Sally, and Nadean continued the excellent service by always being available and friendly for whatever I might need whether it was laundry supplies, late checkouts due to a late flight, or just a late night sweet treat of Ben&Jerry’s.

The cleaning staff were all very courteous and helped me to open my mailed packages since I didn’t have a cutting instrument, plus respecting my privacy while I was there.

The room was clean and had a refrigerator and microwave which was useful to me as I didn’t have time to visit many restaurants.

The true standout is the breakfast which was tasty and had a good selection of food for every type of diet. There is a optional gratuity jar if you wish to show your appreciation, and why wouldn’t you? You would be paying at least $15 for breakfast elsewhere and the server makes sure it is hot, fresh, and delicious.

My only disappointment is that I wish there was a jacuzzi instead of a pool. Montana is cold most of the year and adults generally enjoy a hot soak vs a cool pool at the end of the day. However the pool is probably better for families with children.

The hotel is close to dining and shopping, and not too far from airport. I would stay here again.

Rooms are nice and are also clean. Had to move to a room facing the back as noise on street traffic was loud. Deedee who manages the week day breakfast was attentive and ensured the eating area was fully stocked and clean. If you requested anything, she got it. Her friendly demeanor is very welcoming.

I love visiting Kalispell, Montana and this has now become a punctual teaching spot for me and my camera equipment. There is an abundance of nature and wildlife throughout the entire state. My place to stay has become the Springhill Suites, hands down. I could be traveling with a few people too over a dozen other avid photographers with all of their equipment. Not only does the entire group talk about comfort but they also state they feel safe and secure. The rates are always consistent with the Marriot group of hotels and they generally give everyone a group discount…even though the hotel stays reasonable busy year-round. I have stayed at this hotel several times over the past few years and its great when the morning breakfast staff says, “don’t I know you?” The property is a smaller sized hotel, but the rooms are very spacious with a sitting area and a computer desk. This is a must have during teaching and photography trips. Other included amenities are an indoor pool, free Wi-Fi, and breakfast every morning. This hotel has an overall 4.5-star rating, but I give it a full 5 stars because I have never been disappointed, and the entire staff has always been accommodating. One last need that I have is a small to medium size classroom and this Springhill property has two for the choosing and always ready when I have reserved them. Britta Joy is the Assistant General Manager, and she has been amazing the past few years and has welcomed me back 5 or 6 times.

I'm a Platinum Executive with Marriott and I have never experienced a front desk staff more unprofessional than at this location. Using my points for a 5 nights stay that had been confirmed for many months. On arrival young girl who checked me in spoke so fast I only got about half the conversation but did hear what time did I want my room cleaned? I contacted the hotel a few days prior requesting a room on the back side top floor quiet area of the hotel since a large Fire Station is located directly across from the hotel. When I saw my room I was right next to the elevator and when the AC unit was off you could hear the elevator cable in the wall of the bathroom. Not happy I looked and found a handicapped room empty and being cleaned at the end of the hall on the backside of the hotel. I suffer from Vertigo and stay in handicapped rooms often. Problem solved? No, I was told that I could only have the same type of room on the front side facing the fire station. both ladies at the front desk laughed when I mentioned I was platinum with Marriott and was immediately told Titatinum members were everywhere and the 4th floor (top) rooms were all taken but the fire station side or I could move downstairs. I explained that with family and young children who yell and talk loudly in the hallway my room was not acceptable and why would you put me next to the elevator being a single male? It was take it or leave it. I asked for a manager and I received the housekeeping manager who was clueless. He ask if I requested to be away from the elevator and I told him I never ask to be close to it. My profile says that and that is why I telephone days before to request a quiet room. What else could I do? I called Homewood Suites down the street and confirmed 5 nights for over $1800 and being a Diamond Member was welcomed by the front desk staff with open arms and a beautiful quiet room. I had stayed at this hotel for many years and there is no comparison to the Springhill Suites in quality and service. I am on a Western National Park 7-week road trip and this is the only problem had with over 10 Marriott hotels. I also noticed that my 120,000 points for my stay had increased to 160,00 points. Could this be the reason I was treated horrible by this hotel and advised all travelers to avoid it at all costs. Marriott needs to clean the house with the lady who checked me in.

The Springhill Suites was a great location when visiting Glacier National Park. The property was clean and updated. The staff was friendly and helpful. Miranda helped up with locally owed retaurtant suggestions and also helped us with a lost Amazon shipment, She is was very accomadating and eager to help. She is an asset to the Springhill Suites Kalispell and made our stay fantastic. The berakfast attendants made sure the breakfast area was always stocked and were also very eager to assist the guets. It was a perfect stay.

This is a great hotel to stay at while visiting Glacier National Park! You are about 45 minutes away from the park entrance; however, there are numerous restaurants and things to do in the Kalispell area. There is no nicer/newer hotel between Kalispell and Glacier National Park.

Our king suite was located on the third floor and overlooked the front parking lot. The hotel and room were very clean. Our room had a small refrigerator and microwave as well as great Paul Mitchell bathroom products for use. There is currently no daily housekeeping as part of COVID-19 restrictions; however, staff was more than helpful with replacing towels and other room items as needed. Breakfast is included in the hotel fee and had a nice selection each morning.

We will be back to this property in the future!

Our family of 3 (mom, dad, tween son) stayed at this hotel Jan 2020 for 2 nights while visiting the area in Montana. This hotel is very clean, modern, good location in Kalispell walkable to many places to eat and shop, and has wonderful front desk staff. We acted on their suggestions for dinner both nights, see our reviews (Scottibellis and Bullman Pizzeria). We enjoyed the indoor pool but there ISN’T a hot tub. Most of 2 walls in pool area are windows - you can see beautiful mountain scenery! Our room was a Qu/Qu suite with a sort of separate living area having a desk + chair, couch, and ottoman. Couch was deep and firm so not comfortable seating (we used bed pillows for added comfort) but makes into twin bed (bedding in closet). Room was super clean, modern and had a fridge/microwave in its own cubby area across from room door. The mattresses need to either be flipped or replaced as we sank deep into them for a rather uncomfortable sleep. Very nice bedding/pillows. Lots of drawer space. There’s a nice sized bathroom with bright shower stall, no tub, and most of the other amenities we could need EXCEPT the shampoo and body wash dispensers in the shower were empty; upon calling the desk for refills, they said they were out but did quickly deliver to our room some sample size shampoo but no body wash; we just used the bar soap from the sink. There wasn’t any lotion either and your skin gets dry in the mountain air so BYO. There’s a walk-in closet! The included breakfast was good…from the open and airy places to sit and eat, to the variety of foods like waffles, scrambled eggs, sausage, juices, breads, yogurts, hard boiled eggs, etc. One day they had a delicious sausage, onion, pepper combo! There is a little cubby area off the front desk that has items for sale, no gift shop. We utilized the fitness room where we found treadmills, elipticals, reclining bikes, free weights, heavy balls, water, towels, +. with the nice wall windows to see outside! There is a giant tablet on the wall in the main lobby for doing various fun things like painting, drawing, +. Our son LOVED it! We would stay here again IF the mattresses were better.

If I could give this hotel 10 stars I would! After we checked out of our Airbnbin in Whitefish we were driving to the airpor in Kalispell and I received a text from the airline that our flight had been canceled. I quickly jumped on the Marriott app and booked a one-night stay at the Springhill Suites. I then decided that I was going to rent a car and drive my family of four, 1000 miles to Las Vegas, in a snowstorm and -30 temperatures to make sure we were home by Christmas. I called the hotel directly and spoke with the front desk clerk who let me cancel without a penalty.

My wife then spent 30 minutes talking some sense into me and I called the hotel back and rebooked the one night with no problems. When we arrived at the hotel were met with warm cookies and a great night shift clerk who checked us in (Dec 21st). While hanging out in the lobby that evening we learned there would be no more flights to Las Vegas, until late Christmas Eve at the earliest!

We then booked the room for two additional nights. For the next three days my family made this hotel home. We hung out in the lobby playing board games and socializing with the other stranded passengers.

The hotel offered free breakfast, and free water and provided sleds for us to use on a giant hill behind the hotel. EVERY staff member was unbelievably friendly!

The rooms are new, clean, and spacious. The fact the staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable made all the difference. I typically stay 50-60 nights a year in hotels and this hotel is the well ahead of all the rest!

We went for an overnight get-a-way and the deal (92$) was great and included the typical hotel style breakfast. We were in a King room and it’s a neat layout with a desk area dividing the couch sitting area from the bed & closet. There was a coffee station with fridge and microwave in the sitting area as well. The large barn door separated the spacious bathroom from the bed. The wall mounted TV was a bit awkwardly placed as it attempted to serve both areas. Everything was functional but the reading lights by the bed and cell charging stations were great - I loved that one could direct the small reading light very specifically . I thought the bed was hard and the hotel very dry but that seems to be typical. It’s nice and new and clean. *I think they should add a compost bin for their compostable plates, paper cups and products rather than letting them all be put in the garbage.

As a newcomer to the Marriott chain, the Springhill in Kalispell is clean and fresh. It’s in a newish commercial development complex with stores like Costco, REI, and Walmart nearby. There’s also your typical chain restaurants within walking distance.

All the rooms are “suites” in so far they have a small seating area and desk. The bathroom is long and narrow with a nice shower.

Our room overlooked a field. We were on the third floor and could hear people above stomping about.

Breakfast was typical scrambled eggs, bacon, waffles and cereals. Lots of seating inside and out.

Stay if you’re in need of a quick stop. Ask for a room on a high floor.
