We stayed two nights and were really pleased with our experience.
The hotel itself is clean, quiet and modern.
The front desk staff were friendly and helpful, at check in, during the stay, and at checkout.
Coffee was always available, and there is a small selection of items for purchase. The room has a full size fridge, microwave and two burner stovetop.
This hotel is conveniently located close to shopping and restaurants, and has easy access to the highway and bypass. It also has plenty of parking.

Incredible experience, the room has a full fridge, microwave, and cooktop as well as a personal ice maker! You can bring your pet for only 20 bucks a night and it’s so clean. I loved this hotel and I will certainly stay here every time I am in the area. Great location right by Walmart. Best bang for your buck I think I’ve ever experienced in a hotel.

We stayed for one night prior to driving the "Going to the sun road". The room itself was fine and no real issues but it was very expensive. I know it is summer and it's in a prime location just thought it was a bit too expensive. Parking was on site and free.

When I checked in, I noticed it was very noisy and asked the front desk guy to be moved. He informed me that the hotel was full and it wasn't an option. There were many adolescents having a celebration in the lobby, and I heard people stomping, running, and slamming doors late into the night and again early in the morning. When checking out, I noted that it was very loud and I barely slept. The manager apologized and stated she would give me a discount since the hotel was full with a soccer team, but she never issued the refund. Ridiculous that this rundown hotel can charge $300 per night/

We stayed in the hotel for a couple weeks, the employees didn’t respect us or the stuff in our room. I noticed that the cleaners would mess with stuff in my room that they didn’t need to touch and occasionally saw them vaping in our room. They also had no smoking 25 feet around the hotel and they would have multiply of there employees smoking right in front of the doors so it smelt like smoke. Top that all off they have no respect for anyone who stays here, they tried kicking people out just for the employees acting out of pocket and coming in our room with no reason. Nobody should have respect for the manger or employees because they don’t show that respect back.

Bright, Unfortunately, your brother assaulted a member of our management team and was told to leave the property. We did our best to be accommodating to your Vivint Home Security group and for the most part many of the group were great guests. We take the safety and security of our property and team members very seriously and have added you and your brother to our do not rent list. Stayed here for 3 nights to visit Glacier NP. Clean room with a little kitchenette which was great to cook a little and not eat out every night. The lobby had free coffee 24/7, and some tables down there if you wanted to sit. The front desk people were helpful and they also have a guest laundry area ($1.75 wash $1.75 dry) one of the cheapest I’ve seen inside a hotel. They have a little store of you need to buy laundry detergent or other stuff. 30 min drive to glacier.

My family and I traveled to Kalispell for my birthday in January. We are from California and Texas, the family we visited lives in Kalispell. Never been in weather like this before, but the staff was amazing, took such good care of us. This hotel is within 1 mile of Costco and Walmart. We are able to get warm clothes and enjoy our visit. The rooms are large, the beds are comfortable, the handyman fixed a small problem with the full sized refrigerator. And again, everyone was on hand to help with everything we needed for a cold but wonderful trip!!. Have stayed in a resort nearby and also another national chain, but My Place will now forever be the only place to stay for my family and I. A++ in size of rooms, beautiful views, great staff. Make this your first choice when visiting northern Montana.!

The Hotel is very nice, Clean and the personnel very friendly. But here's the thing. When you get ready to book a room, don't click on the "Book Now" button. I made that mistake thinking I was booking with the hotel but was actually booking with BookOnline.com or something like that. Turns out their charge for the room was $328.26 per night. When I called the hotel they were surprised. Their rate was $209.00 per night. Big difference. It was too late to cancel the 1st of 2 nights at $328.26 so I had the hotel cancel the 2nd night. I rescheduled the 2nd night for $209.00. The booking agency refused to credit me for the cancellation and instead gave me a voucher for $328.26 that could be used within a year whenever I booked a reservation with them. Why would I every book with a booking agency that was going to charge me more that I could get direct. So basically I paid a total of $656.52 + $209.00 or $865.52 for 2 nights that should have cost me $418.00. DON'T BOOK ONLINE!!!!!

Exceptional customer service, very clean rooms every stay, beds are REALLY comfortable, water pressure is very strong, tv channel selection is good, and there is a big, comfortable chair to relax in.
There is a patio & two gas grills outside, lots of parking for vehicles of all sizes, several smoking areas, pet friendly, and handicapped accessible all around.
Good selection of food in the lobby. Nice mini kitchen in every room with full size refrigerator & ice maker in the freezer, mini stove, microwave, toaster, and coffee pot. There is no free breakfast, but they do offer a cheap option under $5 or you have the option to cook your own- bring your own pots/pans, plates, and silverware.
All members of the staff are so friendly and helpful. Love this place!

We stayed here six nights while on a long photographic workshop. I loved having a large refrigerator and microwave. There was a two burner electric range which we didn’t use since there were no cooking pans or utensils. But they had a real coffee maker that made at least 6 cups of coffee and they provided a coffee pack each day. It was close to a coffee house, a laundromat (though the hotel also has one) and eateries. It had a table for two which was great for breakfast (which isn’t free but you can order a few things — but better yet go to the store and buy breakfast items. They also have a toaster.) the bed, linens and especially the pillows were super comfortable. We were very pleased with our stay.

Our apologies on the fitness center and hot tub - it wasn't in the construction plans and isn't a normal amenity My Place Hotels offer.
I also apologize we didn't do an excellent job while you were staying with us, we do our absolute best to provide an exceptional experience for every guest and when we don't we use it as a training tool. Again my sincere apologies we didn't do a great job while you were here.
