Detailed Reviews
We were looking for an inexpensive room for our 2 day visit to Kalispell! By far the cheapest hotel and while you get what you pay for our stay was not bad. The room was dated and showed wear and tear but it was clean and the beds were comfortable. It came with a microwave, mini fridge and a small kitchen table if you wished to eat in your room. Continental breakfast was included. Over-all our stay was okay and we spent our money on what matters…the tourist experiences in Kalispell.

The room was very nice, clean, hard wood floors, base heater which eventually got the room to a nice a warm temperature. Friendly staff, I especially enjoyed the front desk agent who was very welcoming. Only thing I would recommend is to update the beds, ours sagged a bit in the middle.

We stayed for four nights, our room never got service, I had to ask for towels from the front desk which weren’t very clean. The shower curtain wasn’t very clean and the toilet rocked back and forth. There is construction going on which starts at 7 am and wakes you up. Wouldn’t stay there again.

Stayed at FairBridge Kalispell in July 2021. This hotel is limited-service budget style Hotel. It's priced cheaper than most hotels in Kalispell and I saved $ hundreds of dollars on my most recent stay (as I cannot afford $800+ for a night in Kalispell as most other hotels were charging.)
I want a clean room, hot shower and friendly staff. My 5-star review is based on receiving the needs I seek during my road travel/trips! This Hotel is for sure a "recommended" hotel.

This place is the biggest dumpster fire I’ve stayed in. There are stains all over the comforters and sheets, the bathroom and room in general is very dirty and it smells like a mix of weed, cigarettes and something else very unpleasant. The lock on our door was broken as where the blinds. The guy at the front desk was rude. The air conditioner while it worked sounded like an airplane taking off. Zero stars. Would not recommend.

First off, arrived to lobby around 2:15pm & the front desk clerk stated ABRUPTLY that check in was not until 3pm & there is no public restroom. I replied back with “Wow - why so rude?”
We left & returned around 3:15pm & she did her best to be kind & offer customer service.
We had an upstairs room (217) & climbing up the dark & filthy staircase, we could already get a sense for our room. The metal railings on the stairs are filthy w/dust. We opened our room to the smell of stale cigs mixed w/pinesol & it went downhill from there. See my photos attached: hair on floor, hair in bath tub, filthy dust under beds (no photo as didn’t want to go down there), the top of fridge & microwave were disgusting. It’s one thing to be old & rundown but this is just pure filth. We cleaned things with their washcloth & went to the store for Lysol sanitizer. DON’T STAY HERE!

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. My first contact was in the phone to verify my reservation. The young lady I dealt with was very pleasant. When we arrived the young lady at the front was very nice, efficient and welcoming. She also.assured me that someone was available all night if I needed anything. Our room was on the second floor and although the hotel appears to be older the room was clean and freshly painted and a new floor installed. I really appreciate that the room did not have carpet but artificial wood flooring. The beds were super comfortable and the water was hot with plenty of pressure.
I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Absolutely disgusting. The grossest, dirtiest hotel I have ever been in. The sheets were moldy. The floor was disgusting. Some sort of liquid or fluid all over the floor. The shower was full of yellow slim on the shower walls. Just save your money and sleep in your car at this point.

This place was not clean, run down and very disappointing. I was trying to be frugal with my company dollars but I will never stay here again.
Front desk person was ambivalent to me and to others who were checking in. The place, even the door entry of my room seemed dirty. Run, don’t walk away from this place if you can afford something else!

I am giving this 1 star because I have to give it something. This is the worst hotel room I have ever walked into. The room smelled awful and the linens looked like they had never been washed. The mattress was collapsed in the middle. The curtains were hanging off the rods. I am sure a homeless shelter would look and smell better than this room. We went straight back to the office. I asked if all rooms looked like this one and she said yes. I contacted Choice Hotels and they immediately rebooked me in the Quality Inn. Avoid this hotel at all costs.
