The price was affordable compared to other hotels in Kalispell, ...and that's about the sum of it.

All the staff we interacted with were friendly & helpful, ... but, they were woefully understaffed for the size of the place. The breakfast was fairly meager, but at least one could make a fresh waffle or pancake.

Cleanliness seemed not so great. We went out and bought Tilex to thouroughly clean the bathroom and deal with some mildew. The sheets & towels were clean, but stained... not very inviting. The facility is large, and older, and is in desperate need of some serious updating.

When we first got to the hotel we were kinda bummed out about not having a fridge and microwave in our room and we were staying for an entire week. We were told there was nothing they could do by a rude employee. The very next day someone else was working the front desk, so we asked again. Her name was Amber. She made it happen, and sent maintenance to give us a fridge, we had it before we even got back to our room! She was so nice and helpful and also very informative about other local places we wanted to go. She was a total angel and was nice as can be, totally made up for the bad experience at the front desk from the day before. Thank you Amber! The couple housekeepers that we met were also very nice and awesomely well!

The people who work here are really nice. We came into town on vacation and were having trouble finding any vacancies for the area hotels.. If you come ask for Starr at the front desk. She helped us get a 2 night stay at an affordable rate well below any advertised rate and below any other hotel around. She is very personable and greeting everytime and even took the time to remember our names.. Cody at the front desk helped out alot as well.

We checked in on Monday May 24th 2021, we checked out Saturday May 29th 2021. The rooms were okay, out dated but comfortable and clean.
The night we checked in the NOC shift, Johnathan, was dealing with an unruly customer, Johnathan, handled the situation very well and professional.
Most of the staff were nice. The lady who worked evenings made me feel uncomfortable due to always staring at me when I entered the lobby area,, it made me feel unwelcomed.

We did have an issue getting towls and wash clothes. We did not ask for housekeeping to enter our room due to having a dog,, but we did ask the morning desk staff for towels and were told housekeeping would bring them. Wednesday we asked for towels around 10am and got them around 3pm, on Friday we asked for them at 9am, then again at 430pm..........and eventually just went out and got our own out of our camping supplies at 730pm.

Not recommended! From check-in to check-out the service and cleanliness was terrible. Had to wait at front desk when we arrived for nearly 20 minutes for someone to finally show up. Cleanliness of the hotel was horrible! Never saw a cleaning person the entire stay and had to ask front desk for toilet paper and towels. Piled our garbage in the hallway and it sat there for days. When we checked into our room, the bed was folded down (not made/nor clean sheets), Toilet paper was near empty at check-in, and a used bar of soap and open sample bottle was still in shower. Room was not vacuumed, and there was hair on the bathroom counter and floor. Disgusting! When asked about housekeeping and restocking of supplies and towels, we were told that's only by request only and the group across the hall was told they do not get towels if only staying one night. I've stayed at $50/night hotels/motels that were far better than this place.

Very old and outdated. Rates advertised on website wasn't what I was charged and no refund was available. I also didn't get the room I booked online. Icemaker didn't work, front desk wouldn't give me change for laundry and no coin change machine on property. Dryer didn't work efficiently even after two cycles. Never saw any cleaning staff the entire four days I was there, although I didn't request it for my room, I still never saw anyone! Fridge in room froze up and I lost everything.... Do not recommend.

I stayed at FairBridge Inn & Suites in Kalispell at the end of March 2021. I visit Kalispell for work at least once per month.

Location is very convenient to downtown Kalispell and right off of Hwy 93/Main Street.

Service is always good and the Manager Amber is very gracious to work with and always very accommodating when I need to shorten or lengthen my stay!

The hotel serves a limited morning breakfast and is great for a quick fast breakfast before starting the day. They are opening their full breakfast very soon!

Not even sure what to say about this hotel. I had reservations somewhere else but changed my itinerary and this was the most decent to choose from what was left a week before my June stay. The location is nice I guess, 45 min from glaciers west entrance. I initially requested a room with fridge/microwave. When I got my room it smelled terrible and had no fridge/microwave. I went back to the front desk and they moved me to another room. This room also smelled terrible. I later realized it was the smell of dog/cat pee and then trying to cover it up with an awful air freshener. I thought I was going to be sick at night because it smelled like animal urine SO bad. I fell into a lake at glacier and desperately needed to laundry, which it says they offer. When I inquired if they had laundry they just said no and sent me to a laundromat. There was also hair in the shower and the sheets on the one bed were ripped and had black marks on them. The bed was comfy and seeing as I was really only there to sleep, it was ok, but the smell was just awful. Since the first room I was in also smelled the same my guess is that they all smell that way. I’d choose elsewhere if I had to visit again.

This is the most disgusting hotel I ever stayed at. If we could have left and got a room somewhere else we would have. My pics show mold filth and sheets with stains and holes. Yes holes throughout the bottom sheet. Phone was unplugged. Had to crawl around to find plug Called desk and said would change rooms but it was 10 at night and we were exhausted. I later a towel down to sleep. Remote missing the back so batteries were taped in. I knew it was not going to be the best by reviews but never this disgusting. I don’t know how they pass any inspections And their prices run 150 up. Kalispell is high anyway but this was a horror show. The morning manager did apologize and refunded us but we talked to some guests that morning and they had the same issues. Never should holes and stained sheets be used Throw them away. Fairbridge should shut this down and renovate. Same on them.

The room itself was OK. NO INTERNET! Surly staff. Unheated corridors. One lame ice machine for 3 floors. Noticably cheap kleenex, of all things! Asked me what my billing rate from them was, a first. One bar of soap for two sinks and a tub.
The internet was an ongoing problem at multiple locations for some time, so what does that tell you?
The only good thing about this place is its proximity to the Montana Club.
