As my wife said, it was clean in all the places that really count. Sure, there was an old stain on one of the chairs, the bedspread had a small hole in it, the wallpaper in the bathroom was peeling, the TV cabinet looked like it had been attacked by an angry woodchuck, there was a pile of cigarette butts out on the ledge of the balcony, but none of that really impacted our stay. This is not the sort of place where you sit out on the deck to enjoy the scenery.
Check-in was quick and efficient, there was plenty of parking on site, and we were close to restaurants like Moose's so it was conveniently located. We walked our dog around the neighborhood at night and never felt unsafe.
Don't get me wrong, it was not worth anywhere near what we paid for a two night stay, but it was certainly one of the less expensive hotels in the area and that is why we picked it. We weren't looking for tons of amenities, we weren't looking for fancy and new, we just needed a place to sleep and this worked great for that.

“Breakfast “ consisted of sugary cereals, pastries & juices, and some fruit. Nothing healthy.
We will be avoiding all Windham properties for the rest of our two week journey.
NOT worth the $235 fee. This property, most likely built in the late 60’s needs a complete renovation. They need to lower their rates to those charged by other low end Motels. Their rating needs to be reduced to disappointing/ disgusting. Our mistake was to believe the online pictures, and to wait too late in booking a room in order to have other choices. Shame on Wyndham.

The heater was stuck on--air conditioner running at same time.
Carpet was sticky.
AND the worst for last:
The smoke detector was disconnected!
