The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. They offer a shuttle from the airport to the hotel. So I called to confirm that I could be picked up for my midnight flight arrival. She advised me to call when I landed, as it takes about 15 minutes to get there. The driver then advised that the shuttle was available to take us places around town too (within 5 miles)! The rooms were very comfy and roomy.

Staying here now because one of the only hotels (post-Covid) that has a free on-demand shuttle to the airport. Can also leave a car here for free while gone for the week. Hilton quality. Some remodeling going on but still great to have a shuttle. Airport parking in Kalispell is $95 a week.

We had an excellent stay at this Hampton Inn. We stopped here on our way through Glacier National Park and couldn't have asked for better or friendlier staff. The room itself seemed to be updated and clean, and the pool was an excellent added bonus. They even had a shuttle that dropped off and picked up around town if you wanted to go to dinner or breweries and not worry about driving. All in all, an excellent stay.

Stayed here 2 nights in the end of July. This is a great spot to stay for access to Glacier National Park, was only a 40 minute drive. I felt perfectly safe staying here during all the COVID madness. My room was clean as well as the rest of the hotel. They didn’t have cleaning service coming into the rooms to clean, but when we needed any extra towels or toiletries the front desk had them brought up right away. Thankfully the fitness center was open. It’s pretty small, but the machines were good quality. The pool was open too, it had a max capacity of 25 people, so you had to check in with the front desk.
They do still have free breakfast. They are doing it where you tell a staff member what items you want and they prepare your tray for you. You can still get as much food as you want, just can’t serve yourself. Overall I would stay here again. The staff was friendly, the lobby was nice, and the hotel was clean.

We just stayed here for 4 nights. It was an amazing and relaxing time. The cleanest hotel we have seen in years. The pool is heated above 85 degrees. The hot tub is approximately 100 degrees. The maintenance man comes every 4 hours to do a chemical analysis and makes sure everything is clean. The breakfast service is the best in Montana (particularly in a pandemic). No breakfast bag to go!!!! This hotel actually serves breakfast made with two hot items to choose and many other cold choices you can pick. The staff throughout makes every effort to make your stay a comfortable and positive experience. We will be back soon to enjoy this family friendly hotel. Thank you for making our stay a great one!!!

This is the place to stay when visiting Glacier NP and you don’t want the high cost of nearby hotels. It is about a 40 min drive to the West entrance. The place is really nice and clean, the staff are super nice, customer service was top notch. Breakfast has good choices and is complimentary and pool was big too.

Overall impressions: Nice updated lobby, clean and spacious room, friendly staff, good breakfast, great shuttle service and convenient location. We spent three nights in room 312 (two queens) which had a microwave and refrigerator. The shower was good, but we wish there was a grab bar or tub mat as the tub was slippery. The Assistant Manager (forgot her name - maybe Nancy) was especially friendly and helpful. One of our shuttle drivers said he really liked working for Hampton Inn. That says a lot! The hotel shuttle takes guests to downtown (5 minute drive) and the surrounding areas including the airport. The hotel is about a 43 minute, 34 mile drive to the WEST entrance of Glacier National Park. (But be forewarned that driving back to the hotel from the EAST entrance is about a 2-1/2 hour drive). The Hampton Inn Kalispell is a comfortable place to stay after a long day of driving.

The biggest hotel that we stayed at during our 2 week trip. The front desk staff were very friendly and were also in charge of the little shop next to the front desk if you need snacks or a quick gift to bring home. The lobby was huge and had comfortable seating near the bear. The business center was open and could be unlocked with your room key. They offered hot breakfast items of country potatoes, sausages, and premade Denver omelettes. Juice, coffee, various breads, lemon and banana loaves, bagels, oatmeal, and fresh fruits were also available. Seating was on the opposite side of the lobby. The inside pool was open and they have a large parking lot for their guests. We used their airport shuttle which was a 6 seater van, not the 14 seater ones. Not sure how they would handle larger checked bags, not the carry on ones that most of us had. The airport is a 15-20 minute ride so a bit far from the hotel which we didn't realize. You need to make arrangements for this at the front desk.
The room itself was large and sealed at the door to show their covid protocol sanitation process. Even the TV remote had a little wrapper saying that it was clean. A/C worked well and there were a microwave and fridge in the room. Toiletries were provided. The ice and soda pop machines were near the elevators.
Mcd's and Arby's are in front of the hotel parking and a Mudman restaurant was 3 doors down. We had a nice stay here.

The grounds are very nice. Plentiful, well-lit parking. Used phone to check in and as our room key, so we did not interact with the front desk. Room was in decent shape. Not a modern Hampton, but more like an older property that may have had a minor renovation or two in the past. Plenty of TV channels to choose from.
The main bugaboo was the horrible wi-fi speed. I clocked ours at 2 Mbps, which meant loading email took up to a minute. Hotels need to get over the notion that terrible internet speeds are acceptable in 2020. (Or that guests should accept paying extra for acceptable speeds.) It’s just one more reason why they’re losing out to other lodging options. I’m not looking to watch a 4K movie or play online video games. But I do think you ought to be able to easily check your email.
I would also mention than *none* of the guests I saw were wearing masks in hallways, at the front desk, or in any other public areas. It’s the first time I’ve seen that level of indifference to the hotel mask rules at any property I’ve stayed at this summer. Not much the hotel can do without risking a confrontation, but still frustrating to see.
Alright, rant over. The rest of the stay was fine. But mainly due to the internet issues, this wouldn’t be my first choice on a return trip to Kalispell.

Thank you for staying with us at the Hampton Inn. I am sorry that you had issues with our internet speed. We haven't had any other complaints regarding the issue, but I will certainly look into your concerns with our Internet Service Provider. We just ran a speed test and was getting 8Mbps here at various spots in the hotel. I hope that you can stay with us again in the future and see that this was a one time occurrence.

The location of this hotel is okay if you’re traveling though Kalispell, but if you’re vacationing in the area I would stay elsewhere. The hotel is close to the old town, but there isn’t much to do there. Plus it’s a bit of a way from Glacier National Park.
The staff is friendly and the room was clean, similar to all Hampton Inn experiences. I did like the Clean Stay sticker on my room door to tell me the place was clean.
For COVID, the staff and guests were not wearing masks or socially distancing. The pool and hot tub area was open with a maximum of 25 people in the space. Breakfast is also served by the employees, which was nice. There was a good selection.

I really don't know, you could call the front desk. We have stayed there 2x times in Kalispell, and been very happy each time, comfortable beds, quiet, excellent breakfasts on main road to Glacier, out of town just a bit,
There are more places to choose from in the Kalispell area.
