When we pulled up to this beautiful old Victorian we were greeted by our host, Tom & his friendly dog, Peyton. After a quick tour we were asked to let him know what time we would want coffee & scones delivered outside our door in morning. We then were asked what time we would want to come down for breakfast....

We try to vary the places we stay when we do a road trip. We stayed at Degas House in New Orleans a few years ago and we enjoyed staying in a unique place with history. Gibson Mansion also fits the bill. We had two rooms: Sunset and the City Room. Both were very clean and luxurious (the Sunset Room...

I absolutely loved our stay here. The rooms have a lot of space with a beautiful view of the garden. I thought the hosts were very friendly and welcoming. This is a great house it is very spacious with many activities to do. The breakfast was delicious with a variety of options and also great for the kids.

The 1903 Gibson Mansion is a fine building with an intriguing history and how it came to end up in this slightly odd corner of Missoula is a story in itself. Suffice to say, the accommodations are excellent, combining period detail with modern facilities in a way which seems to stay true to the spirit of the house. Breakfast is...

Never stayed at such a wonderful place as this. The property and garden have so much character and are beautifully maintained. We were lucky enough to have the master suite which is so comfortable and beautifully decorated. The huge balcony with the swing seat and table to enjoy breakfast overlooking the garden make a perfect start to the day. Tom...

It's an excellent start to the day when coffee and homemade scones are delivered to your rooms at the requested time! We also enjoyed the beautifully landscaped grounds, a well appointed room, a delicious breakfast, and learning about the history of the house. We have stayed in B&B's all over England, Ireland, and the U.S., and I honestly can say...

Tom and Linda at the Gibson Mansion were the perfect hosts for our trip to Missoula. The coffee served to our room before breakfast was delicious, as was breakfast itself. We stayed for 2 nights and the soufflé was fantastic! They went above and beyond in accommodating allergies as well. The house was really cool and historic and the pictures...

We had a wonderful time at Gibson Mansion. I honestly can not think of any negative things to say. Our hosts, Tom and Nancy, were very friendly and welcoming. The entire house was not only very clean, well maintained, and tastefully restored, but it also had a ton of interesting history. The grounds were very picturesque and fun to explore....

Location is superb, the rooms were extremely clean, nice and comfortable. The breakfast was beautifully presented and very tasty. Although a "function" was in progress upon our check-in, Nancy went out of her way to bring us wonderful appetizers while we sipped wine in the gazebo. The yard is beautiful, with little seating areas in numerous places. Plenty of private...
