We had a great room upstairs with big picture window over the lake. Although we were right by the road we weren't disturbed by any road noise.
Our room was well furnished and very comfortable and coffee was available at breakfast. Staff were very friendly.

All room look over the beautiful lake.
We booked a King suite and it was huge and bright. The bed was very comfortable, bathroom clean and couch will fold out into a bed. There is a table and chairs
Also lazyboy recliner to enjoy the TV. This is an older hotel but the new ownership is doing a great job of updating.
Unfortunately our TV would not work. It would not hook up to the internet and after doing all I could to make it work I called the front desk.... The gentleman was no help whatsoever. Pretty Much the attitude of "oh well". So maybe a little help on the evening shift but the day shift was amazing. For the price we paid with no TV for the entire evening it was disappointing.
They do offer a breakfast in the morning. We left very early (4am) so I cannot comment on this offering.

We appoligize for the problems with the TV. Our night help is brand new and needs to be retrained on what to do in these situations so we appreciate the information; it's actually a pretty easy reset so sorry you didn't have TV access.

The staff stayed open late to let me rent a room for the night which was fantastic. Usually I just get told "sorry our lobby is closing" and have to look elsewhere.
The room is nice and quiet, has a large TV, a fan for white noise which I enjoy and need, and a clean bathroom. The only negative is the TV remote was VERY sticky on the backside of it. I picked it up and almost gagged. Not sure what it is but I luckily had Clorox wipes in my bag 😂

We visited last year and my older kids have been begging all year to go back. You really can’t beat the view, location and value. We were greeted by a very friendly and helpful young girl at the front desk. The housekeeping staff was amazing - more friendly and helpful than I’ve experienced elsewhere. The breakfast nook is being renovated so breakfast was by the front desk. There was a wonderful variety at breakfast. The motel is also right across the street from a diner and only a couple of blocks away from the downtown shopping area. The lake, shops, coffee and restaurants are all within walking distance even for my youngest child. I would highly recommend this location!

We have a fairly large family and really enjoyed our stay at the Port Polson inn. The rooms were clean, staff was friendly and the view was spectacular. The room we stayed in was charming but we saw they were doing some updates, and I thought the lobby/breakfast area looked really nice! We were able to walk from our room to the diner across the street and into the downtown polson area. There was a park and swimming area also within walking distance. The Port Polson Inn served well as a home base for our activities each day, and my husband who had to work during the day had plenty of space and internet access to work and do video calls.

I was a little bit skeptical when my husband suggested this hotel, but I was very pleasantly surprised! Definitely splurge on a second floor room- the views are spectacular! Rooms are very clean and well appointed- I loved the rainwater shower head and the amenities in the bathroom. Beds were super comfy with lots of pillows, which I love! Front office staff was very friendly and they offer a free breakfast! I would definitely recommend this in Polson- you can not beat the location- we walked to dinner (Durham's) and we actually skipped the free breakfast and went to the diner next door (Betty's)- both were fantastic!

The price of these rooms are way too expensive, they are old and rundown. The “breakfast” included is a complete joke. The front desk staff is aloof. We’ve stayed here in the past, about 3 years ago, the room were decent. However, we will not be staying here in the future 👎🏼👎🏼

We had One night here last week. The property is very dated the bedspread was full of stains. Property did not feel clean.

Scott, I wanted to take minute to update this review response. Later in 2021 we brought in new management and new housekeeping staff. We are in the process of remodeling the facility and have instituted new training. We believe you will find the facility to be a totally different place than the one you stayed in in 2021. Remodeled rooms, new tubs and showers, new furniture, new mattresses, new carpet, new large flat screen TVs, upgraded and faster WIFI, and new cleaning processes. I hope you'll give us another try. Business trip to Polson...I've driven past this place many times and decided to stay. Although it's on the main highway, my room was very quiet. Older motel, but sparkling clean, lots of towels, coffee in room.Also a small continental breakfast w/ pastries and cereals.I've been all over the world but this view from my window has no equal. Amazing. Highly recommend!

Great view! Great bed. Great pillows. Great shower. Friendly staff! Stayed for 4 nights and enjoyed the remodeled room. The facility is being refurbished. The high speed WiFi words great and the large flat screen TVs are a plus.
