Customer service and accommodation of guests for lack of better words "SUCK!" This place has no accommodation or customer service for those with a reservation or not??? When using packages with gratuity included (Winter getaway package) they do not advertise but take your additional money by presenting you with full check asking about gratuity??? At check in you wait an...

I've been visiting Chico on and off since I was a kid (over 30 years now). Still one of my favourite places. The pool is excellent, the restaurant is very good. The rooms in the newer Warren Wing are basic but very nice. Laid back atmosphere. Perfect for a short family break or a weekend with friends.

I've been there just to have dinner and then spend some time in the hot springs. It was a really wonderful time. The food was amazing (I had a pasta with a duck really really good and then a delicious desert of orange and chocolate) and after dinner we headed to the hot springs pools. It was so relaxing, so...

We were lucky enough to get one of the cabins and had the last in the row so it was a wonderful private retreat with stunning views. It is a little ways from the cabin to the hot pool but totally worth it. The pool is a great time and you are allowed some fun and drinks which makes for...

We spent a night at Chico before joining a Yellowstone Assn. Wolf Class. Since my friend had never done either it seemed like a good way to ease her into a true wild west experience. An Absolutely perfect stay: good beds, great food, sophisticated wine Salon and pretty wild Saloon in addition to the Springs experience. The old ranch setting...

We stayed a night in Fisherman's lodge and another night further up the hill in a cabin. Rustic, quiet w beautiful mountain and Paradise Valley views. Get up early to soak in hot springs as the sun is filling the sky. The dining room was booked so we ate at the bar next to formal dining room. Excellent food, wine...

This inn has something for everyone. The oldest part of the inn has rooms with a shared bath down the hall. The Warren Wiing is my favorite because it is connected to the main lodge and the rooms are nice and comfy and you don't have to go outside to get back to your room after you've 'been soaking in...

I stayed at Chico Springs Resort for one night as part of a Yellowstone tour that ended at this lodge. At first impression the resort appears to have a quaint old west flair. That is until you start looking around and see the place for what it is: a glorified motel, not a resort. Where do I start? The water...

I have been to Chico twice now. One for a wedding stay in the summer and other this winter for a weekend of relaxation. I highly recommend a cabin rather than a room in the main lodge. The cabin was great and very cozy, privet, but also a little costly. The room is not the way to go if you...

We stayed here 4 nights with friends on a "winter package". We all loved it! Our rooms in the Warren Wing were big enough, clean, and well-serviced each day--not "fancy", but pleasant. Since it was winter it was nice to be able to go to the lobby, dining room, and pools without going outside. The little library room was a...
