Great stay over anniversary. Very comfortable bed. Quite. Jacuzzi tub was amazing. Balcony right on river. Outside private entrance in chantel room. Great hosts. Will be back. Only downfall is not wifi in rooms.
Really nice room and great setting for exploring the region. Our room was great. Crazy beautiful drive up thru bear tooth pass -- access to alpine trails and stunning views. The sound of the creek was a big plus. Good access to eastern Yellowstone.
Rooms are huge, comfortable and the outside deck next to the running creek is priceless! This beautiful inn is owned by Kathy and Milt and they are very warm, welcoming and accommodating. Dogs Phoebe and Yoshi also greet guests warmly. Each room has a different...More

Hello, You can fly into Billings,MT. it's about 60 miles north of Rocky Fork Inn. The Beartooth Hwy starts right there, it is about 90 miles to Tower Junction (Roosevelt Lodge) in Yellowstone. About 30 miles to Mammoth Hot Springs and Gardiner,MT. From there it is about 400 miles north to Glacier.
Best time of year is first 2 weeks in July for Bikers as there is little rain. The Beartooth Hwy is only open from June to Sept. I went the day after 4th of July and it was pretty empty as every one leaves then and there is a lull for a week or so until the crowds pick up.
Or you can do like the above Post. From Jackson you go north to Grand Tetons (about 40 miles) and continue up into Yellowstone (about 90 miles) and out the Northeast entrance Yellowstone. The Beartooth starts just outside that entrance and it is about 90 miles to Red Lodge. Hope this helps..
