All of our staff interactions were excellent, everyone we interacted with was very courteous and helpful. The cabin is rustic. Relaxing in the hot tub and pool was the perfect finish to a day of skiing.

Really? Staff interactions were excellent? Then you must have been excellent patrons as well! Judging by some of the reviews we've gotten over the years, some readers might find that hard to believe but I'm sure we are just as guilty as the rest of mankind when it comes to giving what we get. Some interactions are admittedly unpleasant, no...

We had a great February 2015 weekend at this family friendly hot springs resort - that is also located super close to a great ski hill! The owners were very good at communicating with us prior to our visit - keeping us updated about restaurant hours and menu changes and check in/check out policies. The cabin was perfect for our...

Gosh, thanks! Sounds like we've got it going on here, doesn't it? How can someone come and not have a good time? I guess they bring emotional and psychological baggage, which is sad. The most rewarding part of having such an awesome property to share is when guests come skeptical but leave a believer. We're glad to have more believers...

Last winter we enjoyed the Hot Springs and the restaurant about every other weekend on average. I'm sorry that this year we have not been back until now. We visited on February 13, 2015 and the service was once again was excellent! The young women that works in the restraunt is so attentive. The pool was relaxing, refreshing, invigorating. Made...

We are also sorry that it has taken so long for you to get back to visit us but we understand. Life happens and every weekend can't be a vacation, right? But it's nice to know we'll be here when you're ready for us. The "young" woman in the restaurant is especially appreciative of your compliment! It's good to hear...

Really enjoyed the people and the lodging. Would highly recommend this place, but also anyone thinking of staying here should check out their site. Make sure it fits what you're looking for. Read the lodging details for what each cabin/room have our don't have. It's really clean, rustic, and a great family-run operation. Think staying with friends or family. Don't...

Thanks for your kind words! You are right about making sure folks do their research. We are definitely not a Marriott! We want guests to have a good time and if that can't be here we understand. It's not for everyone, but it was a great fit for you - so glad to hear it! Thanks for sharing!

we stopped at the hot springs with our 3 boys. We were the only one at the place. The woman who ran the place checked us in. She was extremely rude and unfriendly. I would have thought she would be glad to have someone spending money. The hot tub was barely warm and the pool was too cold for my...

Some people won't be happy no matter what! Having the entire hot spring area to yourself is a highly coveted event and hardly ever occurs. We are only glad to have someone spending money here when they are happy to be here. We certainly are not interested in taking unhappy people's money - we prefer they go somewhere else where...

Overall we enjoyed our stay at lost trail because of our family, the cabin, and hot springs. However, we can not say the same about the customer service. From the moment we entered to check in we felt as if we were a nuisance to the staff/owners. As many people have mentioned in their reviews we also felt lectured about...

We are always happy to hear about guests having a good time at our facility, and we hear it quite often - this is why we remain open to the public! It's a shame in situations like this, when it can't be a more positive experience all around, but allow us to help make sure a scenario of this nature...

I have stayed here many times in the last 10 years. It is in the sourh portion of the Bitteroot Valley near a ski resort. There are still chop marks from the Nez Perce nearby. It has a hot springs tub and pool. It has several choices of accommodation, and a restaurant. If you stay here, the springs are included....

We stayed here while skiing at Lost Trail where the snow is DEEP. The hot water wasn't hot enough for us when we visited though. We stayed in a cabin with a group and had a fine time. Restaurant was fine. Good time was had by all. Worth going.

Thank you for coming! We are glad you enjoyed yourselves. At times we agree, it would be nice if the water was hotter. We work with what nature gives us - the water is all natural. The pool, in the winter, averages 93 degrees. The hot tub averages 103. Both are a couple of degrees warmer in the summer months...

We had a blast at lost trail hot springs. Renee was very friendly and helpful along with the other staff. Thank u! The large pool is not super hot, but clean and pleasant. There is a hot smaller tub, and a sauna upon request. The food is delicious! The ski hill is close!
