As we pulled up, the sight of The Sacajawea took my breath away, it was just as beautiful as the online pictures promised. It was meant to have a starring roll in our month long trip to Montana, Wyoming & South Dakota, I planned it so we stayed here after the parks (Yellowstone & Grand Teton) a chance to catch...

It saddens me to hear that your stay was not what you had imagined it to be nor of a standard that we pride ourselves on. I do wish I could say that we had spoken as I would have made sure to address any concerns right away. I have never refused to speak to anyone as this is a...

When a turn of the 20th Century building is fully renovated, so the bathroom fixtures are 100% working and beautiful, with a bear claw bathtub, and the tile floors are flawless, then "old" is truly charming and warm and not seedy. This old hotel wreaks of history, like so many buildings in Montana - but they have put all the...

What a delightful hotel to stay in. Walking across the wide veranda with its abundance of flowers, rocking chairs (blankets at hand for a cooler day) into the Lobby invites you to enjoy the first moment you arrive. The offer of a glass of champagne before you even sign in elevates the experience again. The Lobby has been lovingly cared...

First we did not get a chance to stay but do plan on it very soon. I took a tour of a rooms and they are grand!! Our group spent most of our time in the bar downstairs which was nice and the service was great. Overall, the wrap around porch, original wood floors and lighting, decor just everything about...

My husband found this hotel while looking for places to stay during a five day road trip. The hotel has been updated from top to bottom yet retains its charm. Champagne at check in? Yes, please! Breakfast in my room? But of course! Two delicious restaurants to choose from? Okay, twist my arm. My only complaint is that we may...

Great renovation of a beautiful old hotel. The décor of the hotel has been accurately redone to preserve the historical look of the hotel. Great place to stay, eat, enjoy some local culture. Great venue for a wedding, party, whatever. They often have live music either on the patio or downstairs in the pub. Fine dining on the main level;...

Very clean. Staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms small but what I expected for older historic hotel. Nice amenities but no hair dryer. Linen and towels in excellent condition. The only real negative was the poor internet service. One Bar sometimes 2 bars in room. Lobby was not much better.

Hello and thank you for taking the time to send in a review. The downfalls of living in Montana is the poor internet providers in the area. However we have just confirmed the installation of a fiber optic line coming to town this October! We expect this issue will be resolved. As far as the hair dryer, we do have...

We spent three nights at the Sacajawea in August. It is a wonderful hotel and we experienced great customer service. The restaurant was excellent and I laughed that I had to travel to Three Forks, Montana go experience all you can eat king crab legs. The salads and steaks were wonderful. Keep in mind this is a very old hotel....

This Hotel is very comfortable and unique. It is just an experience to be had with the history, the architecture, the excellent food/beverages, the personable staff, and the above average amenities. This was a great treat from motels along a long motorcycle journey. We should have stayed longer. If you love to fish…stay in the area (and the hotel)…you won't...

After eating in the downstairs bar we went up to the veranda to listen to live entertainment. The hotel had a singer/guitar player entertaining the visitors at the hotel.
