This hotel has earned the dubious distinction of being the worst we have visited. It wasn't very clean, the room was dated and pretty noisy. The staff at the front desk were nice and the proximity to the park was a plus but the property is WAY overpriced. As another poster said, plan ahead to visit Yellowstone so you can... More

I stayed there with my wife, but our stay was sadly the worst we've ever had so far. AC didn't work well and hot water ran out after I used very shortly, It made my wife freezing and she caught a cold in the following day as a result. Furthermore, it was noisy because of other guests' loud voice and... More

My father and I stayed here after a day in Yellowstone Park. The town was okay - a bit too touristy for our tastes - but the hotel location was good. Room was clean and sheets were much less starchy than in most motels. If you just want a bed and shower before hitting the park again, this will do.

Having arranged a 3-night stay at this place through a 3rd party, we expected a nice cabin for the high price we paid, after having visited their homepage. The place was the same price as Al's Westward Ho Motel, also located in Yellowstone, in which we had spent some nights previously. There we had a 2-room suite with 3 queen... More

It was a last-minute booking. The front desk started with a price of $189 but "gave us a discount" since we were seniors of $151.20 plus tax of $16.12. The room was in a corner and may have been a storage room at one time. It had tiny, stand-alone sink with no counter space. It was obvious the room was... More

Our expectations were not ver high. We needed a quick and cheap place to crash close to Yellowstone NP, pretty late on a Friday night . This inn was the only one that catered to our requirements. Other nearby places either did not have a vacancy or tried to push double-bed rooms at a higher price, north of $220/-, even... More

I was told by my tour guide that they charge triple the rate of Marriott Courtyard in Denver, a hotel I rate double this one. Sad that people can charge so much for substandard accommodation. Tiny bathroom, no phone, no hairdryer, no fridge and really slow internet. It is clean at least. No breakfast offered.

We only ended up at this place because we found out one day before our trip to Yellowstone Park that the small town of West Yellowstone was the closest location to Old Faithful, if all the hotels in the park are booked up. So we cancelled our reservation in Cody, WY and made one at this place for two nights... More

As part of our bus tour, we stayed at this inn. The room lack so many things. For example, no hair dryer and no vanity. This is the first stayed I ever have that do not provide those items that you will find in any hotel. The place is just too old and needs so much to update. The only... More
