We stayed 2 nights at the end of a 4 day hiking trip in GNP...we are women in our 50s and we were plum worn out by 7-10 mile hikes every day...so what a wonderful surprise to pull up to the luxurious Lodge at Whitefish. We stayed in a 2 bedroom condo that was huge...with a wonderful view of the...

this was a work trip that was quite short but let me tell you this did not disappoint at all! upon pulling up they have complementary valet and immediately attend to your bags and welcome you to the lodge. There is a warm fireplace to greet you and the front desk staff was awesome. The front desk staff is quite...

It was so lovely to drive up to Whitefish Lodge entry with the big fireplace and being greeted by Brian who not only valets your car (for free) but also let’s the front desk know you have arrived. When you walk into the lodge, the public rooms have the authentic warm lodge décor with the big easy chairs and fireplace...

This is a great spot. I am not on the lakeside but across the street. The hotel is in both sides of the street connected by an enclosed walking bridge. Rustic, cozy and a beautiful view of the lake. Very relaxing place. 10 minutes from Whitefish trails

Stephanie1178, thank you for taking the time to review the Lodge! We are glad that you enjoyed your stay in a Viking Lodge room and made good use of the "sky-bridge". We hope that you will be able to join us up north again for another relaxing stay!

Unfortunately we did not have a lake view room but we still enjoyed a wonderful view of the Big Mountain. Room was very clean and had everything we needed. The overall resort has a lot to offer. Poolside bar & grill with view of lake and mountains, traditional bar & grill, marina and great location. Close to the mountain and...

Great accommodation, wonderful room, great views of lake, big open lobby areas with open fireplaces - just wonderful. Even had an open fire place outside at parking entrance. Loved the mounted animal heads on display in the lobby/open areas

We spent 3 nights at this hotel in early September. The staff were all very friendly and accommodating. Our room was amazing - we had a large room with 2 queen size beds. We couldn't get over how large our room was. Even though we were across the street from the main hotel, having the walkover bridge made it easy...

As one pulls up to the property a valet greets you and directs you into the lobby. A large Black bear greets you as you walk into the lodge with large beams, high ceilings and roaring fireplace. The room was pleasant with the same old world lodge feel with leather chairs in front of a fireplace. The bed was comfortable...

I recently spent a night in a Viking Lodge room at the Lodge. I had just completed a fly fishing trip in the Dillon area and was ready for a bit of touring in Glacier National Park. The lobby and public areas were well appointed. Our registration process was flawless. The lake view from the bar was beautiful and we...

We stayed here one week, making several day trips into and through Glacier National Park. Our room was fabulous, roomy and comfortable. The refrigerator was too small and too warm for milk, but otherwise the room was perfect. We had partial view of the lake and two balconies, which created a great cross breeze with the windows open. It was...
