*There were bugs in the bathtub and other parts of the bathroom. *There was black mold in corners of bathroom. *The breakfast poor to other Days Inn. There were no eggs or any breakfast meats such as bacon or sausage. There was cold cereal and waffles. However, there was only one waffle iron for everyone.

I can not find your reservation anywhere in our system. I know that you reviewed the wrong hotel because we have eggs and sausage gravy with biscuits every morning. All of our rooms were also deep cleaned last month as we try to do this often. Please check the hotel you actually stayed at and remove this one as it negatively impacts our business when you review the wrong property . Thank you.

Our room was clean - as was the whole property and we didn't experience any of the negative things listed by some other reviews. Our beds were comfortable with plenty of big fluffy pillows on each. TV was nice but, the guide and channels were odd and could be difficult to manage since its not at all intuitive, we got by OK though. The room is well furnished with micro, fridge, coffee, etc. Has a decent gym but, we couldn't get the treadmill to work. Breakfast area was pretty nice and breakfast itself was "hot" with eggs, bisquits 'n gravy, waffles, with other cereals, yogurt, fruit, juice, coffee etc. Was a bit over $100 and I considered a 3 star review, but the breakfast and exercise area made it an decent value after all.

Clean, pleasant staff, good breakfast, and a solid treadmill in the fitness center. No complaints for our stay at this location. Would stay here again if we need to stay the night near hear in the future.

First time at this Days Inn. Room was spacious and clean. Shower was open for handicap but water covered the whole floor after a shower. No shelf for toiletries. Beds were on the hard side. Breakfast was adequate except you could add sausage links or patties.

We do have scrambled eggs every day along with the biscuits and gravy. We appreciate your feedback and will take this into consideration. We have tried to add more and more to the breakfast but keep getting these suggestions. We like to keep the breakfast the same so that every customer has the same great experience and the rates do not change for the breakfast as it is complementary so we keep our breakfast stocked with as much as we can to Wyndham standards and our price range to let guests have a full experience with their stay. Here at Days Inn, we continuously strive to meet your needs and expectations and appreciate everyone who has been patient and kind.

I held rooms for a large group and the hotel charged me for all unused rooms. They have a very shady business practice and do not recommend them at all. The manager/owner has no customer service at all. Book anywhere else.

As we and Wyndham have had to tell you multiple times already, you went through Wyndham and booked all the rooms- not through the hotel directly. So we, as the hotel, charged you for the rooms you did not cancel. You stated that you did this all the time and knew to cancel a week prior, yet you did not do that in this case and we do not accept one-week cancellations with large bookings. We have a separate system for group bookings and our guests are told the cut-off date where the system cuts it off when the individual guests haven't called. We have several group blocks now with no issues and another three reservations with groups that made it through Wyndham and the employer is paying for them all themself. If you do this often then you should know to call the hotel directly for this as everyone is different and has their own policies. The owner already spoke with Wyndham and we only charged 3 out of the 7 rooms that did not show up. We were being courteous. Thank you.

Room was in bad shape torn curtain, carpet not vacumned chair very worn dirty, sheets stained, not enough towels. Bathroom was clean though. Tv variety was okay. Outside nice but deceiving for the inside!

We replied to your other review: Thank you for taking the time to tell us about your experience at Days Inn by Wyndham Grand Island. I am sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations; please allow me to express my sincerest apologies. Your feedback is very important to us, and I am saddened to hear that you did not enjoy your stay. The breakfast has already been updated to add more items and can not add more according to the price range. There are higher-priced rooms that may have more amenities and a variety of meat other than sausage gravy, biscuits, and eggs. The breakfast is complementary so adding more items would be hard as we already provide all said and more. We have a group of workers staying with us so we try to sweep up when they leave for work every morning and after check out we sweep and mop every day. The reservation said there were two people so we add the towels according to that. If you need more please ask the front desk, or if the number of people in the room changed, let us know and we can give you more after changing it. Please rest assured that we are taking the appropriate measures to address the other problems and prevent any future occurrences. Here at Days Inn, we continuously strive to meet your needs and expectations. We appreciate the time you took to share your concerns, and it is our hope that you will give us the opportunity to better serve you in the future.

We unfortunately were forced to spend $150 on this hotel room on a road trip stop because all of the campgrounds in the area were full. I don't know where this hotel gets off charging that much for a location in the middle of nowhere, Nebraska. First of all, the hallways stank. The chair in our room was covered in stains, as well as our bedsheets. There was hair in the bathtub. The cherry on top was that my partner accidentally left behind his favorite jacket in the closet. We called the front desk twice in an effort to retrieve it and they could not help us at all. It had completely "disappeared." I would have much rather stayed the night at a campground for a third of this price and I would have had a much better experience.

I believe we responded to the other review by Brandon Berry: Please let us know if your reservation is under a different name or a different hotel as we could not find your reservation under this name or in this specific room number. We do have a policy of contacting guests when they leave an item, and we ship it off and then charge the card attached to the reservation for the fees. If you spoke to the front desk and they looked in the room, the lost and found, and asked our housekeepers- then we would not have it. Also, check to make sure it is the right hotel you called, as we did not have this reservation here. We understand customers leave items often, so our hotels have a system in place that writes down the date, room number, name of the guest, and what the guest wanted to do with said item/s, whether they wanted it thrown away or sent back. As well as: the address to return it to, the price of shipping fees, and when it was shipped. We are sorry that you misplaced your item but we have no need for items left behind, and our housekeepers are paid well to afford jackets of their own. Our housekeepers have been here for years and are very appreciated for their work and dedication to our hotel, but we understand that you may have the wrong hotel or it was misplaced. Thank you. We now see that the reservation is under your name and not the one he put the review under. Unfortunately, everything else in our reply still stands. Thank you. The prices are made by Wynham themselves and they base it lower than the hotels in town. We understand your problems but our town is a very busy event town and can be booked up months in advance, so it is hard to find hotels the same day or even a week before. We have replied to all the reviews you have posted on every site. Thank you.

Disgusting room. Stains everywhere. Carpet, chair, bedding. Insects in the room, on the bed. Large hole ripped in curtain. Desk clerk not helpful. Left after a couple of hours (took a nap before noticing everything)

We already replied to your review on google and the case you opened with Wyndham was closed when they understood you used the room and left. We apologize you cannot have a refund as you used the whole room and left a damaged item. Reply from google: After speaking with the worker about the complaints we reviewed the cameras and the room after you checked out. The cameras show the man with you going in and out several times and never complaining to the front desk about the room. Two hours later it shows you also going in and out with no complaints to the front desk and then after two more hours you came to the front desk asking to check out and demanding a refund. We can not give a refund until we look into the incident to understand what all can we do to solve the problem. The night you stayed we only had a few rooms left to sell as we were almost sold out and you wanted a refund late in the night several hours after checking in. We would have understood if the other party going in and out during these hours would have came to complain soon after checking in but can not do anything late at night after staying for several hours at the hotel already. I, our housekeepers, and staff looked at the room and did not find any problems or bugs in the room. The shower was used, the bed was used, and the room had a damaged hand towel in a bag with your trash. Seeing that you used the room and damaged an item we are not able to refund your room as the worker told you during you checking-out. We pride ourselves in being respectful and understanding so our employees do smile and try to help customers understand that they can not do anything until a manager looks into everything directly. We told you that the manager would be back in the morning as he was not there late at night, but did not receive a call from you to explain the situation further. We have been sold out this week including the last two days since you checked out and have not received any complaints from our other customers. Thank you. We notice each review changes to add more things and you add more casing saying different things and Wyndham has informed us you can not make more cases. We have sold the room several times since you checked out with zero complaints and saw none of these issues when we checked the room after you left. Thank you.

We got into our room and the smell of smoke hit us at the door. There are no smoking signs all over the place, but apparently nobody before us went by that. There was even a burn hole from a cigarette on the couch! We had to go get air fresheners to even be able to sleep. We have stayed here before and it was good, but it has gone way downhill in a year.

Great venue if you need a place to sleep and eat breakfast. Room was clean, parking was good. Located on a service road so very limited traffic and a good value for the money. I reserved online and check in was no problem, staff was very attentive.
