Similar to other posts, the lack of options landed us here. Keep your expectations low. The first floor has smoking rooms right next to non. So as you can imagine, the smoke smell is everywhere. One bed literally tilted 6 inches down when you sat on the edge. Paper-thin bath towels, paper-thin toilet paper. And a loaf of bread plus...

First off I made my reservations for 2 rooms in September, I called back 4 weeks ago because one of the guys going wasn't going to be able to make it but there were 2 more guys wanting to go and gave them their names and once again confirmed the rooms and nights. On the night we were going to...

Other than a B&B this is about the lodging in town. Beds were either too hard or too soft. No breakfast to speak of other than bagels. Not many options for breakfast or evening in the town. Motel was clean but had a series of fines for not following rules.

The room fridge didn't work, the ice machine was empty, the coffee was empty for breakfast, the bed sheets weren't clean, and the breakfast consisted of a loaf of bread and a toaster. And don't tell me it's because it's only $70 a night. It's because the people running the place don't think they need to care. I travel through...

I've stayed several times in the past due to lack of options. However, service and hotel room experiences continue to disappoint. I will not be back. Open beer cans in my fridge, dirty sheets, a loaf of stale bread and butter considered breakfast. It's a joke. The ladies working are slow with their service, nosey, and rude. They make sure...

A very acceptable place to stay with many nice surprises. I'd definitely stay here again. The most outstanding characteristics of the Imperial Inn are that all the people who work here are friendly, helpful and take pride in the way they serve customers. The rooms are clean and the beds are very good. Imagine my surprise that the "toast and...

only choice in town, but the web site pictures made it look serviceable. internet is a bit sketchy, and the bed was not the most comfortable, but it is clean, and pleasant staff welcomed and gave us local information that was very helpful. I doubt I will be back through Imperial, but, if I was doing this drive across western...

I got yelled at for where I parked before I even checked in. then you aren't allowed a microwave in your room, the internet is sketchy at...

So yeah the beds are wobbly and I didn't like the pillows. So I know to bring my own pillows next time! And yes I will stay again. The rooms were clean and it was quite! We stayed one night for a family reunion got two rooms. The lady at the front was friendly and told us that they had...

Disappointing -- Stayed two nights with two rooms for an area family reunion. Clean, but very poor beds and maid service did not clean one of our rooms for second night stay. Complained and got "flack" from owner (was hoping for "kindness & understanding"), who suggested $5 refund. I was laughed at when I suggested 50% of room cost refund...
