We stayed here for one night after catching the ferry from Wellington. We stayed in a powered site in our camper and the cost was $32. The facilities are very nice and clean, the park is well taken care of and the owner is very friendly. Short walk to the Marina which has a reasonably priced Bar and restaurant, Captain...

A great little camp ground. Situated between Waikawa bay boat ramp and Waikawa bay marina. A small camp ground with powered camp sites and cabins (including an old plane fuselage cabin). Little art works are every where around the camp. It has a good kitchen,TV room, toilet and showers, swimming pool, playground and fish cleaning area. Powered camp sites are...

The price was just right for what we got and the service was good also although the camp is far from town that's appealing as it is quieter. We stayed in an en suite cabin and there was also a tv and heater provided as well as facilities to make a hot drink the room is big enough for 2...

We booked a night here as we wanted a comfortable night and comfy bed after we departed the ferry at 8:30pm. We weren't disappointed. The bed was very comfortable, the TV was a great bonus. All the amenities were fab too. This is one of the best holiday parks I've ever been to.

We stayed here in January for 2 nights, in the family cabin and the deluxe 3 bedroom cabin. Both were great. The managers obviously care about the place, and have put a lot of effort into the fun surroundings. The pool was a great hit. My daughter left her christmas present (a watch) behind, and it was inadvertently thrown away....

Stayed 8 nights. Third year of staying here and found it to be still brilliant. The owners run a tight ship on noise control which means a nice quiet park. Facilities are clean, staff friendly. Boat parking is limited and can be congested at times however for a place to chill after a day on the water it is just...

Friendly caretakers. We parked our campervan in a spot overlooking the mountains and the bay. There are some sheep grazing in the next field. Clean hot showers. Kitchen is ok, too. The place has character. Apparently the owners love to craft. Lots of recycled crafts decorating the entrance and walkways. Nice. The pair of resident ducks were the highlight of...

We spend the night here before going with the ferry to the north island. Everything is basis, but the cabin we were in are all you need for one or a few nights. The staff and owners are really helpful.

This was our favorite holiday park of our trip (so far). Each campsite was ringed with bushes to give privacy. The park was well-maintained but what made it special was all the fun details to be found. The park is outside of Picton so bring any needed supplies in with you, but it is only a 10 minute drive back...

I stayed here 9 nights in a standard cabin as i was working in the area. The cabin was very clean with a wee kitchenette and came with all cutlery, pots, pan's, fridge, toaster, jug ect.. you will need to bring your own top blanket as the room comes with pillows and bottom sheet, but bedding is available for hire...
