This was a normal room you would find for the price. It was clean and had all the usual amenities. The only reason I don't think it gets 5 stars is because the unit we were in didn't have individual air conditioning. It was set to 72 and we could not change it so it for a little hot.

Appreciate your conscious review. That building is a bit difficult to manage temperature, typically it is set to 70* for the entire building with a 12" desk fan in each room for additional comfort. Please mention this review next time you stop in to see us and we'll make it right with you.

Very nice for the price. Friendly staff, super clean, easy to get to, and comfy. If I had to pick flyspecks out of the pepper, it would be the central air conditioning. If you don't like the temperature that the staff pics, that's just too bad. You can diddle around with the vent opening to fix it, but it is...

Greetings and thanks for the attentive review. That building is a bit difficult on temperature...but it's great on the budget :) Please mention this review on your next visit and we'll make it right with you.

Our room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. The owners were friendly and always available. Great value for the price. It is not a chain, and to me that is a plus. And, it is American owned and operated!

Goodness thank you for your kindness. Being American Owned is one of the ways we are determined to set ourselves apart, as well as offering special discounts to past and present military service members. God Bless America!

Stayed here on our Big 2014 Road Trip. Staff was very helpful, and the room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The owners mentioned that they were thinking of remodeling to upgrade the property; our suggestion (if they're reading this) is to not remove or destroy the original wood accents in the room - they add original character.

Greetings! Realizing that this is a 15 month delayed response, we did want to reach out to say thank you for the kind words! We've been busy remodeling this property and have just today signed on to Tripadvisor. So now onto replacing the 10 year old sign picture tripadvisor has as our profile picture with some updated photos! Thanks for...

My daughter's & I stayed here on our way thru Nebraska on our way to North Dakota. It was cheap & clean. Nothing too excited about. It was kinda out of way from every place to eat in town so we had to drive a few miles back to the interstate.

We thought we would try the quaint, old-school motel with the little cottages rather than the national chain. The sign out front said AMERICAN OWNED and FREE WIFI - both seemed to indicate that the owner had some pride in the establishment. We were disappointed. It wouldn't take much to make this a really great little spot. It has a...

Was in town to visit Cabelas, and didn't want to stay near the Interstate where the brand names raise their rates since all next door to Cabelas. We drove a whole 5 extra minutes to get near downtown - old town Sidney it would appear. Very friendly Front Desk Representative. Our room was what looked to be in a converted...

They advertised free wifi but the clerk said he was playing online games and said it wouldn't work for us and didn't offer to stop. Otherwise the room was nothing special, but the price was cheaper than most but no breakfast.

Eventhough reviews said Internet was good in rooms, there was none in ours. Which was explained as there are many people using it at moment, so the signal is low. The furniture in the room was really old. Linens were clean though. The bathroom was old but clean as well. Room smelt damp. Total for the night was not bad...

The price was right, about $45. The room was small, but clean. The owner might consider repairing the toilet seat in Room 11. It jiggles around and is about to fall off.
