Stayed three nights recently and what a great stay! Service is what really distinguishes the best hotels like this Hyatt...Steven at the front desk was outstanding. Sharla at Concierge was so nice to our little dog. Lisa and Michelle in the Regency Club went way beyond expectations, thanks again! All were very professional and caring. Plus this is a beautiful...

I give it a poor rating, because it is a real disappointment for the amount they charge per room. The room was just an average, typical hotel room. The pool was nice. But no rooms in the hotel have a view of the lake, nor is it lakefront as advertised. There were a lot of extra fees for an overpriced...

My husband and I stayed at the Hyatt in Incline Village. It is a beautiful hotel and location. We especially enjoyed taking a walk from the hotel down to the Incline beaches. The property has a beautiful pool area and one can see the surrounding mountain tops covered with snow. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I would highly...

We stayed for 4 night at the Hyatt for a conference. The room was very large with lots of amenities. Overall the conference food was good and the service great. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They have a lovely beach area, three restaurants and a smaller mini eatery. Be aware that the Sierra Cafe has a high corkage...

I was in Tahoe for a meeting that was headquartered at the Hyatt. As a person who is in hotels 120+ nights per year, I can appreciate a good hotel property. If you are going to be in the area, you will not be disappointed if you stay here. The restaurant located on the lake is outstanding. Great menu -...

Great overall experience for our first time to Incline Village. The resort and amenities were very nice, the staff was helpful and friendly and the food was good. Being able to walk to the breathtaking, private beach was awesome! We met some very nice people at the campfire and truly enjoyed our stay here. The Lake Tahoe drinking water provided...

We were there in April for a marriage retreat and loved the resort so much. It is on the north east side of Lake Tahoe, so closer to Reno if you are flying into there. Then, we had a great time driving around the lake and finding good hiking spots. Beautiful rooms too!!!

High end but some what cheap.... for example you have to pay by the minute to use the 'business centre' computer.... yes you get 15 mins free!.... plus the hotel feels like a rather chilly construction site with a half completed casino.... all a bit shabby .... pity it should have been a highlight of the holiday but it's a...

Hi there and thanks for your review! I'm so sorry to hear you didn't have a wonderful stay with us, and that the casino was unfortunately undergoing renovations during your stay. On future stays at any Haytt, if you're unhappy with the experience, please let us know as soon as possible so we can improve the experience while you're here...

One of the best features of the Hyatt Regency Lake Tahoe is its private beach right on the north shore of the lake, which is the less commercial and more attractive end of Tahoe. Others on TA have lauded the big, heated outdoor pool with the "lazy river" entrance from within the hotel, great whirlpool, beautiful grounds and the lakeside...

Official Description (provided by the hotel)
A spectacular setting on Lake Tahoe’s north shore with 500 feet of private, lakefront beach. Surrounded by towering pines and mountain greenery; 35 miles to Reno/Tahoe Int’l Airport; 40 miles to South Lake Tahoe Airport. Hyatt Regency Lake Tahoe Resort, Spa and Casino was recreated in the classic style of a 1920s alpine grand lodge. Exterior renovations of river rock and shingles complement the natural environment with colors echoing the tradition and sense of history of the original homes built in the Tahoe area. Extensive river rock landscaping and two outdoor fireplaces add to the guests' sense of arrival at the "Old Tahoe-Lodge" style entrance. The resort's Grand Lobby boasts crafted stonework, creating a cozy setting amid the warmth of an oversized double-sided fireplace, rich leather chairs and high-beam ceilings. The 421 guestrooms, including 24 lakeside cottages, have been decorated with natural pine, distressed wood, and leather furnishings, reflecting the setting with autumn colors of moss, brick red and wheat. Included in our Lake Tahoe resort's $60 million transformation was the addition of the Spa Terrace, a new three-story wing adjacent to the main 12-story hotel. Offering 138 luxury guestrooms with views of the Sierra Nevada skyline, the addition provides visitors with private balconies and breathtaking lake views. The Spa Terrace replaces the resort's former Aspen Terrace and overlooks the resort's new swimming pools. ... more   less
