The Trump International Hotel Las Vegas garners appreciation for its spacious and well-appointed rooms, though some guests note maintenance and service could improve. While the service is generally seen as professional, instances of slow responses have been mentioned. Its location is celebrated for being near the Strip, yet some find it a tad isolated. The hotel's cleanliness receives high marks, and the lack of a casino is appreciated for ensuring a quieter atmosphere, though noise from external sources can be an issue. Opinions on value vary, with praise for reasonable rates but concerns over unexpected charges.

Arrived at Trump International on a Saturday night. Quickly greeted by Nick in valet who handled my valet. Kevin was there to greet me and offer to bring my bags up to my room. My adventure begins. I check in and was given an upgraded room on a high floor. Passing through security on my way to room only one of the key cards worked, no problem I was going to head back down to meet a friend. The bellman was on the elevator with me, we arrived at room and neither key card worked. He quickly called security, and they arrived immediately. Within a couple of minutes in the room, I received a call from Nick in valet. My rental car would not start, strange the car was a 2025. I went downstairs to meet my friend and check on car at valet. Nick asked me to call rental car company for a tow and not to worry about the car he would handle getting it loaded when truck arrived. If you have to have a car break down, be sure to do it at a 5* hotel where they offer to handle everything and send me on my way. Tow truck company called upon arrival, and I couldn't help but go out to valet. Kevin who handled my bags was there and we joked about this big flat bed truck navigating valet.

I couldn't help but laugh that within 10 minutes of arriving at hotel 5-6 employees knew me by name. All through my 5 day stay they greeted me and we would joke about my car not starting.

My room was very comfortable as was the bed, couch and chairs. Plenty of room in the nice size bathroom. Housekeeping came each day and took care of room. As a woman traveling alone, I felt very safe with someone greeting me each time I arrived back at the hotel.

I couldn't ask for a nicer stay. I do have to do a shout out for Nick and Kevin who handled my car situation amazingly and greeted me each time I arrived or left the hotel. As well as all the security people I encountered. I will be back next time I travel to Las Vegas.

My stay at the Trump hotel in Las Vegas was good. Its location is not so good if you want to get to the casinos and main hotels on the Las Vegas strip, but the location-price ratio is very good compared to the other hotels. The bedrooms on Very spacious and have spectacular bathrooms. The beds were very comfortable and the pillows felt like clouds. In the room there was a stove and dishwasher, personally I didn't use it but it looked of good quality. The bathrooms were very large, they had two sinks, a tub, a shower and a toilet. The water came out perfectly to my liking. The restaurant service was good and the food was excellent. I can't say much about Valet Parking because I didn't use it much, but the one time I used it it was fast and efficient. I think it is a great Hotel that I would recommend to friends and family. I am thinking about returning to Las Vegas and this hotel would be my first choice without a doubt.

Wow! Love this hotel will stay again. Kerb appeal golden beautiful building with a lovely lobby very tasteful. There is no casino here which is what we wanted, so relaxing from all that is Vegas. Food ate breakfast every day the egg Benny is very nice, we also tried the oats and fresh fruit everything served perfectly. Had one evening meal tasty and reasonably priced plenty of vegetarian options. Restaurant staff were just so nice. We arrived at 10am and they checked us straight in which was much appreciated after travelling from Australia 🇦🇺 The gym was good with clean towels as had the pool, hubby swam in there few times it was clean and very organised with lifey on duty.

Rooms large, with separate lounge and chairs. Bathroom had separate shower and toilet behind frosted doors, the whole room was full of PowerPoints including a x10 light up make up mirror.

The strip I’d read comments but literally it’s a 4 min walk to literally be level with the Wynn on the strip, safe at night. During the day to stay in the air con you can walk through the shopping mall, Nordstrom is opposite the hotel just walk through and come out on the strip, not sure when it shuts.

Trump store good to look round and well priced. Also a coffee, pastries area in the lobby. Although the restaurant DLT didn’t close from early to late.

Will stay here again.

The most important point: when checking in, make sure you get a room in the Trump Hotel. Some of the rooms have been sublet or sold to Hilton Vacation Club. If, like us, you get a generous upgrade to a suite, you will probably fall into exactly the same trap as we did and end up in a Hilton room like this.

What's so bad about it? If you want a hotel room without daily cleaning or service, that may be right for you. Every time we asked for the room to be tidied, it was a big fuss. Sometimes they just did a refresh, which consisted of putting a plastic bag with coffee and shampoo on the counter in the kitchen and a few new towels on the chair next to it. Even a visit to the front desk and a conversation with the manager didn't help. Also notable was the arrogance of a certain manager on duty, who you'd be better off not letting loose on guests! He then explained to us that the Trump Hotel was NOT a 5-star hotel.

The room itself was OK, but you could see its age. You immediately felt like you'd been transported back 15 years. But everything was intact and not broken.

If you arrive by car, you should know that there is ONLY valet parking (free). But if you arrive at an inconvenient time, you will have to wait a long time for the car.

But as far as all the rooms are concerned (due to the construction): noise. Yes, you really can hear every noise from outside. And because there are several large roads right behind the building, you can often hear engines roaring. Sometimes that wakes you up in the night. But that's not the worst part: the trains also go right through there. And every time, the trains use their horn, several times. You will feel as if the train is going right next to your ear. This is despite the fact that we had a room on the 35th floor. Sometimes the trains go through there at 6 a.m. and you are involuntarily woken up early. At the weekend, you can hear the bass from the club at the Hilton Hotel even though it is far away, but you could only sleep with earplugs.

All in all: I would not recommend the hotel. It can't even compete with a 3 star hotel. It was my first and last time here!

The hotel offers an excellent experience with a fantastic location and outstanding customer service. The room furnishings are impressive, featuring ample countertops and towel racks. The inclusion of a kitchenette is a nice touch, and the water pressure in the shower is strong. The spacious bathroom includes a large shower and a separate whirlpool tub. The elevators are notably fast, with minimal waiting time – never more than 30 seconds. The staff is exceptionally courteous, and the availability of free valet service adds to the convenience. The hotel's location allows easy access to roads other than Vegas Blvd, making it convenient for driving. Furthermore, the absence of a casino ensures a smoke-free environment, free from cigarette or pot odors. Overall, a highly positive experience.

Very well equipped and quiet hotel. This hotel does not have a casino so it is a great choice if you are looking for a quieter and restful environment, since hotels with casinos have a lot of noise and people on the ground floor as well as people entering and leaving their rooms continuously. The location is very good, in front of a large shopping center and close to the Palazzo, Venetian, etc. The rooms are very spacious and perfectly equipped, with a very complete kitchen and no skimping on towels, bath gel, etc. Good value for money. I recommend it and would return

Our showers (both rooms 5226 and 5222) broke on the 3rd day and would only run cold. After multiple complaints at reception and follow up emails I never got another hot shower or email response from anyone. Very disappointed we spent $6k+ to wake up to cold showers for 5 days.
Most disappointing was after making a written complaint via email (as nothing was done at reception) to multiple email addresses including the manager David Li, still no one has responded!
It seems once they have your $6k the service stops there.

Upon arriving for 3pm check-in, we were told our room was not ready. Each hour, we checked back to see when room would be available. Only after asking for a manager to assist, we were able to check in at 6:30pm (3 1/2 hours later).
Once we were checked in, we were informed that the room we had booked and prepaid for was not available. We were downgraded to a less superior room but told we would be refunded the difference already paid.

The next morning, we called room service to ask if we could get extra towels and shower gel. After waiting an hour, we called to let them know we would be leaving the room to get breakfast and asked for an update on when someone would arrive as we did not want to miss them. The employee responded, "well since you only called 9 min ago, sometimes it takes us 10 min to get to your room." This was appalling as we had been waiting an hour.

The following morning when we checked out of the hotel, we were still charged daily resort fees (of which manager said we would not be charged as an inconvenience of having to wait 3 1/2 hours to check in). We were still charged for a breakfast (of which the manager said we would not be charged as an inconvenience of having our room downgraded). And we were still charged the full rate of the upgraded room we booked but were not able to stay in. While the hotel corrected the resort fees and breakfast charges, the upgraded room charges have still not been resolved.

The structure is certainly beautiful and very shiny as befits a hotel of that level in Las Vegas.
I stayed at this hotel in August 2023.
However, there were two things that lowered the approval rating.
The first is linked to the fact that we added a night to our stay asking to keep the same room, a request which was granted to us, only that no one came to redo the room and we found ourselves with dirty used towels and without shower gel or soap, we called to say that the room had not been made up and that we needed clean towels and washing products and they didn't send anyone after a couple of hours we went down to have them given to us directly at the reception, an inconvenience that is not very acceptable for a hotel of this standard.
The other problem was with the return of the deposit which was never refunded either on my partner's credit card for the first booking, nor on mine for the second booking, I wrote asking for explanations and I was answered after a month that they had made the refund but that perhaps it was a timing problem of the bank being on the European circuit.
On December 29, 2023 I was still in Las Vegas and at the request of my bank I went to ask for a copy of the refund of the deposit for both me and my partner, as that money had never arrived on our two credit cards and I they gave a copy of the receipt already provided at check out in August and the statement with the indications of the withdrawal of the room payment and the deposit which took place in August, but no code or receipt of the refund, dismissing me by telling me that they only had that and that the problem was with my bank.
However, if neither I nor my partner have received a refund of the deposit and in fact we have not received our money back, it is not possible to simply tell the customer that the problem lies with the bank because if they have withdrawn money that is not ours' been given back, it means that they still have them, they certainly didn't get lost along the way.
Therefore I would not go back, nor do I recommend it because it was their duty to look into the matter further and provide the necessary elements to get the bail money back, not to close the matter in a simplistic way.
It is clear at this point that we will never get the money back and this is really annoying, because it was around 300 dollars which is not a big amount, but if I plan a trip and estimate an amount of expense I cannot put the money at a loss deposit of a hotel is not correct.

Trump International Hotel Las Vegas
We stayed at Trump International Hotel in Las Vegas for an extended weekend getaway in October 2024. The hotel is quiet, clean & smells fresh. The beds & pillows are very comfortable, the bathroom is clean & roomy. There's a nice sitting area with a couch and chairs. They don't have a casino, so it doesn't reek of cigarette smoke, & there isn't constant noise from slot machines. It's a nice change from all the hustle & bustle of the loud casinos. Fashion Show Mall is literally right across the street, there is a wide variety of stores & a lot of the same stores that are in the Venetian & Ceasar's Palace. We walked all over from the hotel - we like getting a walk in everyday, so for us every place we wanted to go was within reasonable walking distance. It's easier than driving and fighting for parking spots. We took an uber to & from the airport. We also took an Uber to see Sammy Hagar @ the Palms, it's a short ride to most places. It was over 100 degrees the entire time we were there, so we spent a lot of time at the pool. The water was perfect. There's food & drink service at the pool. They have many loungers & towels available. They also play a variety of music. The gym is very nice with a lot of options. There is 1 main restaurant. They also have room service & food available at the pool. In the morning, they have giant muffins, sweet rolls and coffee for sale. All of the staff we encountered were friendly & accommodating. We will definitely be back!
