EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND VERY NICE HOTEL

Myself and two other girlfriends of mine came to Vegas to run the Rock and Roll half marathon. I flew in separate from the other two and arrived at the airport by 8:30 a.m. The shuttle picked me up and I was allowed to check in to my room by 9 am! The room we had reserved was not available at the time, but since we were rewards members we were upgraded to a suite with two bedrooms and bathrooms. The customer service was absolutely top notch. The hotel is so clean and the breakfast was amazing. Great selection for a hotel. We will definitely be back. The shuttle even waited an extra 10 minutes for us at Mandalay bay when we got lost getting back. Could go on and on, but stay there to find out for yourself!

THE BEST place to stay in Las Vegas! The entire staff was excellent...professional, friendly, courteous, and always asked if there was anything they could help us with. You could tell they really cared about your experience. The hotel and rooms were always clean and comfortable. The breakfast and afternoon food were of high quality and variety. Zero issues or complaints with this hotel.

Easy Review – STAY HERE – all the reasons discussed in 5-Star reviews are absolutely true and why this high rating in TripAdvisor. Rooms are fantastic, especially the 1 Bedroom Suites and the housekeeping service does an Outstanding Job in resetting the rooms for your next day stay. There is a large gym with good balance of cardio and weights w/comfortable pool. Everything you look for in a hotel stay, and I mean everything is here – from clean areas, comfortable stay, large bathrooms, and nice amenities to a staff that their focus is clearly on customer service. Hotel is right next to Outlet Mall and one can walk to a few restraint choices to include Bootlegger’s 24/7 Italian location taking you back to old-school elegance Vegas where one would expect to see Dean Martin in a booth. To stock your kitchen there is a Smith’s Grocery Store in a 3-min drive. Absolutely my number one selection for all future stays in Vegas and I’ve stayed many places here over the year. And this coming from a Hilton Diamond Member w/over a Million points……to the staff “Great Job” in delivering what many on TripAdvisor talk about. And I can see why the Top Rating….keep it up.…

Could not ask for more!

Fantastic stay ! Very complete breakfast included. Staff is wonderful, very professional, pleasant and make you feel at home. Hotel is very clean. Excellent for a long time stay. They have all kind of facility, dry cleaning, grocery pick up,laundry room, exercise room. They are located close to the airport and next to the Premium outlet mall. I recommend strongly and will go back for sure!

Most Clean / Friendly Hotel

We stayed at this hotel during our Christmas vacation and my family love it and it’s so clean and staff are very friendly. The breakfast is awesome! The kitchen in the room has all the things you need and clean. The bathrooms are clean. We are going back there in January.

Yes the shuttle is free. I believe it runs from 7am to 10 pm.

Do you hear noise from the airplane traffic? I am a VERY light sleeper

Greetings from Las Vegas. Prior to opening in August 2016 our team went to a number of rooms and turned off the lights, pulled the drapes closed and listened for air traffic noise in an effort to determine if light sleepers/day sleepers would experience any difficulties when trying to rest. We are proud to say that we did not identify any issues and have not received any negative feedback regarding noise from the airport. I would recommend a top floor room however to eliminate any concerns about having someone above you that may have 'heavy feet'. We are staying on New Years Eve. Will that affect your shuttle availability to the strip ( I know they close the strip at 5pm?) and if so, what hours will you operate on that night? How far in advance should we arrange, and will we be able to get a return ride ? We are hoping to catch an early show & dinner and be back at a decent time. Thank you

Greetings from Las Vegas! Unfortunately we do not offer room service however we do offer complimentary breakfast every morning as well as the Residence Inn Mix from 6P-730P Monday thru Wednesday. The Mix features light appetizers and non-alcoholic beverages. There are a number of restaurants within walking distance - everything from sit down dining to counter service to drive thru. Additionally all rooms come equipped with full kitchens that feature full size refrigerators with ice makers in the event you would like to cook in the room. We do accept pets at the Residence Inn Las Vegas Airport. We do however require a $100 non-refundable deposit when traveling with pets.
