I used the parking and shuttle service at Hampton Inn & Suites Las Vegas in early March. Jacque was my driver and I loved her energy! It was early morning and I was on my way to the airport. I told Jacque that I was flying to Atlanta for some job interviews. She gave me words of encouragement and put a smile on my face. :). Thank you Jacque!
Hotel staff were nice and friendly. I had an emergency back home in Texas and staff allowed me to check out late and not charge me for the additional night as I drove 12 hours home. Breakfast each day rotated with different stuff however food was a bit cold and had to be warmed up in the microwave and food types include egg, or egg patties, sausage patties, bacon, french toast sticks, make your own waffles, cereal, muffin, breads, yogurt, juice. I have worked for Hampton Inn and Suites in Texas and the eggs.. well.. I dont like how they come and how they have to be prepared but I will save that story. Hotel does not have any slot machines and is close to the airport but about 20 mins from the strip. My room was 443 and had view of the pool. The water pressure in the shower is not the best and very low pressure but gets the job done. Food places close enough to walk too like Egg works (AMAZING)! I would stay here again and recommend this place to others.…
Jacque was amazing and made my trip very much more enjoyable. Very kind and on top of it. She was full of energy and had a happy energy which is always a good thing. I really hope to see her again soon!
The parking lot is not monitored, no security, cameras or signage. The only signs are that the Hampton Inn is not responsible anything stolen from your vehicle. The area, including the next door 7-11 and nearby Sunset Park are frequented by criminals, drug addicts and a large homeless population. Area businesses complain of the problem and being a high crime area. I am now aware of these conditions because my vehicle was burglarized in this same parking lot last week. Found a broken automobile lock in the parking lot planter which means other burglaries. DON'T PARK IN THIS PARKING LOT. Employees are good but spread thin.
Jacque was our shuttle driver to the airport and she went above and beyond to accommodate us and make sure that we had a good experience. I will continue to park here and shuttle when flying out of the airport, service was 5 stars!
