This is my second time staying at the Encore hotel and I absolutely love the environment. The rooms are spacious and clean, well-maintained, staff is super friendly and helpful. Would highly Recommend for business or personal.
I recently had the pleasure of staying in the Encore. The rooms are amazing. I was on the 8th floor and even that had a great strip view, lights and all. The room quality was exquisite. SUPER plush. the decor is classic, marble everything. The bathroom was huge with a shower, a full size soaking tub, dual vanity, and a separated room for the toilet. The room is fully Alexa automated, with additional touch panel operation for lights and curtains. The added details like "nightlight" lighting in the bathroom and main sleeping area is brilliant. Just past the bedroom is a sitting area with a couch + chaise lounger, and a desk, in-case you have to get work done. (Like I did). The location is pretty great, it's across the street from the Fashion Mall, surrounded by high end restaurants, and just down the block from Tacos El Gordo. (YES!!!) The Cost is a bit higher, so if you can catch a good deal on one of those sites, you are golden. But it's total worth the price of admission.…
Literally just back from our ninth annual stay at the Encore and we still are amazed at the standards that this huge hotel manages to maintain. What makes it special for us? The staff, everyone we dealt with was warm, friendly and professional. Nothing is too much trouble. Also the cleanliness of the resort. Still has that new feel to it all which takes an awful lot of upkeep. If you want evidence of the standards at the Encore and Wynn, go into any other casino there and sit at a slot machine and compare how shiny bright it is. The whole vibe of the place is perfect. Can’t wait to go back.
The experience was ruined at checkin with Margene. Unfortunately, she has little to no experience with assisting customers who don’t look like her. Because of her own insecurities with diversity she was unable to provide the five star service the resort offers. Very disappointed. #diversitymatters #firstimpressionsarethelastimpressions
What can I say about this hotel other than WOW. Sure it's expensive but you certainly get what you pay for from the incredible views across the mountains to the bathroom with a TV. Honestly from the moment we walked into our room we were blown away. I particularly enjoyed chilling around the pool during the day. A great vibe and absolutely perfect! Lunch in Jardin was great and we had an amazing evening meal one evening in SW Steakhouse. Could thoroughly recommend. All I can say is that if we never went back to Vegas, there would never be a question as to where we would stay.
"We always have a high floor, overlooking the mountains. This year we were actually on the 63rd floor which is a the very top of the hotel."Read full review
