We stayed at the Stratosphere in April 2013, which was our second visit to this hotel, so we knew what to expect. The hotel is very reasonably priced and we had a comfortable non-smoking room that was recently renovated and provided the strip view. There are many nicer places to stay while in Las Vegas, but with the many options...

Ok hotel, nothing special. Costs around $27 dollars in taxi from airport one way. If like us you collect hire car the following day so you can have a glass of wine (or two) en route, then this is nearly $60 added to hotel bill. You can get nicer for a few dollars more in a more central part of...

We booked this hotel for its budget price, so I guess we got we deserved. The walls are paper thin so we heard gamblers come into their room next door at 5am and woke us up. The smell of smoke pervades everything even though we had non-smoking rooms. The decor is old but I think they were in the process...

We stayed there for 4 nights.. You get what you pay for... Pros: Close to strip, bus stops for airports , cheap living, free access to tower Cons: Not neatly maintained rooms (bath tub did not drain), not serviced everyday, no free wifi

Stayed here for 2 nights, room clean & comfortable. Good value & free self-parking. No free breakfast though. i checked in at 3 am in the morning. The hotel is super cheap since it is a little away from the strip. The rides at the hotel are awesome. entry to the tower is not chargeable to house guests otherwise it...

I just stayed for one night, because the price during the week beat everything. The room was clean but very basic with a nice view to the parking garage, but since it was for one night only, I did not bother much. The hotel itself is a bit of a walk away from the 'main' strip hotels. Staff was very...

We visited the resort and went up the tower. My boyfriend went on the ride that goes over the edge and the one that goes really high- he prefered the latter, but though both were worth the money. It was $18 for me to just go up the tower and watch. I had a beautiful view of Vegas in the...

I don't know why this place doesn't get better reviews. I've stayed here twice in the last 2 years and each time I was pleasantly surprised by the comfort, cleanliness and value. There are great options for dining with a family, the obligatory Starbucks, great gambling and the tower is always an option for entertaining the family. I do admit,...

Stayed here for 2 nights, room clean & comfortable. Good value & free self-parking. A bit out of the way but quiet at night & only a $10 taxi ride away from the action. The only down side was having to walk through the casino with your suitcases! Oh, & having to pay for wifi for EACH device you have...
