Tonight my mom and I arrived at the JW Marriott, Las Vegas, after a long day of traveling from the East Coast. We arrived at 11:30 pm Vegas time, 2:30 am East Coast time. (This was to be my mom's 3rdstay here in 13 months). My mom is 77 and for the most part, does alright (not great) getting around....

Thank you for sharing this experience and I am sorry that the arrival so horrible, I am grateful and happy to have read that David was able to save the night as it began as a less-than-favorable service experience - and hopefully, the remaining days have improved!

The internet here is absolutely terrible. Goes in and out. Rooms have paper thin walls. Had to listen to the neighbors having extremely loud 'relations' next door. Overpriced for what you get. Food options were ok, not great. Stay somewhere else.

I am terribly sorry the stay was less-than-favorable; I have alerted the correct department about the internet and see where we may have fallen short with the connectivity and strength.

We had a meeting here and were impressed by... well, nothing, actually. Internet access was virtually impossible outside of the guestrooms. The casino, which is the quickest way to get back and forth to the meeting rooms, is old, tired, and smokey. I did really enjoy the little Irish pub with customizable mac & cheese (like garlic, spinach and bacon;...

Thank you for the mac & cheese accolades! However, I am sorry that we were less-than-impressive overall; I have shared your commentary and I would be open to listening to the details of the final verdict to understand and see what we can improve.

Excellent service and understated luxury in a quiet location secluded from the hype and glitz of the strip. Highly recommend for those who need to get away from the noise and the crowds to relax and indulge in great service and personal attention..

Great hotel, easy in and out and super quiet compared to the strip hotels. About a 15-20 minute ride into the strip. Very friendly staff, very clean and spacious. Room service was prompt and delicious.

The hotel is nice and very large. Rooms are well appointed and mine had a view of the mountains. Several restaurants on the premises so you do not need to go outside. The casino is filled with senior citizens that live in the area and take advantage of the "early bird" meals. Conference facilities are nice.

The hotel is very good, great services, large and very comfortable room, a hot tub in the bathroom as well as a closed shower. There are multiple breakfast and dining options at this venue. It is in the middle of a remarkable golf area and few minutes drive from the Red Rock Canyon. This hotel is in a great quiet...

Pros: -Hotel isn't on the strip (which is a bonus if, like me, you prefer to avoid the strip at all costs) -There is a decent sized casino but you're not forced to walk through it to access your room. -Rooms are large, quiet, and fairly modern. -The grounds are nicely landscaped and serene. Cons: -There is ALOT going on...

My apologies for seemingly being disorganized; however, I thank you for the positive comments and I am sorry the call never came about your room. I will definitely pass on the notes. I am surprised about the elevators I will make sure to have this looked at; I would like to further discuss the cons if you have the opportunity...

Since trying this hotel many years ago, we never stay anywhere else in Las Vegas. It is not near the strip, which is a plus for us. The resort and grounds are absolutely gorgeous and there is nothing more relaxing than sitting near the pool's waterfall and soaking in the sun. We often spend the day at the pool, being...
