Nice family place, quite and very friendly, I stayed there with my daughter and she loved the pool. Although it has the standard smoky casino, probably best way to describe as a Vegas hotel that doesn't feel like Vegas. The room was spacious and clean with a very nice bathroom and a balcony. As seems to be the standard in...

Thanks you too, for your comment about our attentive staff. I love sharing that feedback with the team! Please note that we are starting some very exciting room renovations this summer, updating...

The strip is like other peoples kids - great to visit with, but great to leave behind too. This place makes it possible and actually expands my tolerance for the excess of Vegas beyond 48 hours. Recommended for sure - our one bedroom suite was the size of a small apartment, plenty of dining options both on site and nearby...

This is the second time we stayed at this resort and, as in the past, we stayed at this property with our children while visiting family that have relocated to Las Vegas in the Summerlin area. The pool was closed this time until we were leaving but just to rehash that part the pool feel is more like a Caribbean...

The JW is a very nice place to stay if you are wanting to stay off the strip for a change. The cost of meals and drinks are very reasonable. Room prices are very reasonable as well. The casino is small but again very clean facilities and pleasant staff. The location is very convenient as well. Only a few blocks...

I was excited to have a work conference at this location, knowing my experience with other JW properties. However, I wasn't expecting the Vegas-version, casino included. I did not care for the fact that had to walk through the casino to get to my room, some of the conference space, and that I had to endure the smell of smoke...

Thank you for your recent business and taking the time to leave your candid feedback. I'm was happy to hear you enjoyed our over sized guest rooms, Resort setting and day at the Spa! I'm sorry that we fell short in the Casino air quality. As smoking is allowed indoors in Nevada, we work hard to control our ventilation systems....

Stayed here for a week on business in the Palm Tower (there are two living areas in the hotel). The resort is quite large, and offers many restaurants, a spa, fitness facility, and of course a casino. The room was quite large, with a huge bathroom and massive, deep tub. Our view overlooked the palm trees and we could see...

My husband and I traveled here to celebrate our first wedding anniversary. We were surprised our first night with chocolate covered strawberries from the concierge for our anniversary. It was unexpected and very sweet. The hotel room and grounds were spacious and well kept. We had breakfast at the hotel both evenings we stayed, and were served by friendly servers...

We came to this hotel with our two little kids. The whole drive promising we are going to get to swim. Well the main swimming pool is closed during the winter months. Well it is 75 degrees here. Doesn't seem like winter to me? The only pool available is for 18 and over. I am pretty sure this is the...

We are so sorry! While the rest of the country is in the polar vortex, we have had some doses of Spring weather in the desert, and yes, the weekend you arrived, was 75 degrees. I feel bad that you and your family were disappointed that the pool was closed. We typically close our pool in November, and open it...

Stayed here for a quick golf getaway and generally was happy with the property. Stayed in a 1 king bedroom in the Palms building. Note that, like every vegas hotel, it is a very large property, with multiple buildings & valet stations. The room itself was quite large (in fact, too much strange empty space...could have put a pool table...

While this JW is off the Las Vegas main traffic which we prefer it's still a must stay. Rooms are huge! The 1 bedroom suite has to be 800 SF plus. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom huge with lots of counter space. Furniture is a little worn - you can see Knicks all over. The omelet chef was the best part...
