This was my third stay at Vdara and second in a two bedroom penthouse. The top floors view can’t be beat and the room is huge 1300 square feet with a kitchen, and washer dryer (but the dryer doesn’t seem to dry clothes well). Room service was good and quick. Short walk to aria, cosmo, bellagio, crystals. What was inconvenient was the gym closed at 5pm (not communicated to guests) and the pool was only open Fri-Sun (also not given a heads up). So we had to go to aria to swim on Monday, and only half of the aria pool complex was open due to short staff. The room showed some scratches and dents on the walls and doors, but it was clean and comfortable. Nice robe and slippers. I still might stay here again due to the location and room size for my family, but it seems to be going downhill. MGM signature and elara might be similar condo style rooms, but their locations are not as good.

Am staying here currently and using the conference centre and the environment and ambience is great. Staff are exceptional. Rooms are fabulous. Would love coffee/tea making in the room, but that’s a small note. I wanted to give a massive and special shout out to Mike Philogene who clearly understands and cares about customers and guests. I bought breakfast this morning and struggled back to the lift getting my card out and found my card didn’t work when I got to my room. Had to struggle down again to fix the key, and Mike spotted me and offered help before I’d left the lobby. He escorted me upstairs to my room, tested and checked everything and got tools to fix the lock and new keys. All sorted with no effort from me and so appreciated! I’m here for work and just want to get on with things! I wanted to say a massive thank you for anticipating, for reading my body language and for being so incredibly helpful.

1. AC was leaking water on the floor. Shut it off but it continued, probably moisture from above. But wet socks can be fixed with a hair drier :( 2. Water in shower stall would drain fast enough, so standing in a puddle each time. 3. Couldn't get to the tiny gym (security guys downstairs can help), need to change elevator in my case. If Vdara targets younger travelers, maybe invest in a bigger gym? 4. Coffee at the restaurant downstairs is just bad. Expected better for $7. Otherwise rooms are big and towels are clean.

This is no way a 5 or even 4 star hotel the room we stayed in (601) poor quality in need of refurbishment, the dark wood veneer is in a bad state of repair, even the walk to the room was un inviting, the main door to the room again very un inviting. There carpet is in a bad state of repair, the shower floor tiles needed re grouting. The room looked like it had not been cleaned in fact I’ve been here 3 days and not seen anyone cleaning rooms. Overall a very bad experience staying at the Vdara give it a miss and stay somewhere else. I wish I did.

There are two words that come to mind when describing the Vdara hotel in Las Vegas, ChicNess!! Ok sure that's one word, but the rules of literacy goes out the window describing the Vdara!! "All the Things", "All the Feels", and "Woman About Town", in terms (play on words, wink) of feelings while staying there! The food, omg, the food is SUBLIME! The decor in the rooms and throughout the hotel is sophisticated and chic (there's that word again)!! I looove the carpet in the rooms, subtle chicness. The staff is SO professional, patient and kind. Omar Garcia and Johanna (front office) are superb! I could've stayed inside of the hotel the entire time for my Birthday visit, but my daughter wanted to get out and see the rest of Vegas, lol! My cup runneth over when speaking about my experience there...THANK YOU VDARA FOR A LOVELY STAY!

I travel quite frequently to Las Vegas - at least once a month. Each time I stay at the Vdara. Even if I have other choices available to me at Bellagio, Wynn etc., my choice is Vdara. The front desk staff is always professional, pleasant and always mindful of my time. In a word, it is "excellent". Rooms are clean and the hotel is well lit with no wasted space. A particular call out to Sahar A. at the front desk who always provides tremendous service and is never flustered.

Very disappointed! We were confused from the time we pulled up to the day we left. The drive in, to someone that is not familiar with the area was a headache! The way it's split for the Aria, Vdara, the street, and Bellagio was ugh.... Then to find out we had to park at the Aria was crazy because we didn't know where that was located. After googling it. We were led way on the other side! We had to catch the Tram and we were waiting for the Voice to say "Vdara" because the sign included it but, it only said Bellagio, Crystal something and Aria. We were on the Tram for longer than needed had our stop been clear! Luckily a couple provided us a guestiment. Then, the walk to get over to Vdara with luggage is crazy inconvenient! The signs are not clear at all! Finally getting to the hotel and discovering there is no Casino "Eye roll"... We paid for parking but our keys never worked to get in or out of the parking garage! It was my birthday and I spent most of it walking to and from Aria! The hotel is nice but, I will never stay at Vdara again!

Black mold in the walls????? I took video and photos of the hallway, because the wallpaper was coming off and there was an odor coming from there. The entire experience, from check-out, was TERRIBLE. Check-in: The line at counter was very slow. When I got my keys, they didn't work on the door. I had to go back and forth from the 39th floor to the front desk to resolve the key issue. I wasn't able to actually get into my room until an hour after check-in. Stay: The bathtub had what looked like blood dots. Nothing in the kitchen, no cups, no coffee maker (you have to request one and pay $20). The soap dispensers in the bathroom had an odor. Curtains did not close all the way, so light came in during the night. My third day, my door keys stopped working and I had to wait in the slow line at check-in counter. On check out, I could not do it, so I waited in long line, where I quickly checked out once I got to an agent.

This was my first time in Vegas. We picked Vdara because it is non-smoking and small. You do have to walk through another hotel to get to the Strip, however, so you can't avoid a smoky casino. The room was quiet and clean. The furniture is well worn and could stand an upgrade. It's also somewhat dark and could use stronger lighting in the kitchen area. There is a small fridge and microwave, with a table for two. There is NO COFFEEMAKER but there is Starbucks in lobby. We did have a glitch at the front desk with them not having a record of my credit card on file (despite it going through at checkin). The staff was polite and helpful and offered a credit for the inconvenience. The bed was comfy and slept great! I would definitely stay here again.

Awesome for my 1st vacation ever in Las Vegas with my son. Starting with check in experience at the lobby, i forgot her name, but she is so awesome keep smiling and attention to detail with what we are looking for. Anyway , we had to changed the rooom and i explained to guest service why and they changed right away, solving the problem so quick and of course with extra "perk". They really have a good customer service and you can feel that they want you to be happy enjoyed the vacation. They gave us Room on 36th floor with amazing view. I love the location so much, so easy to commute, in front of the hotel always have Taxi stand by. All the staffs so warmth and keep smiling with us. I definitely will come back stay here in the near future
