The Conrad Las Vegas at Resorts World is often praised for its modern, spacious accommodations and cleanliness, with many guests appreciating the luxurious amenities and stylish atmosphere. However, some travelers caution that the service can be inconsistent, and there have been reports of missing amenities and housekeeping irregularities. While the quieter location at the end of the Strip is a plus for those seeking tranquility, others may find it less convenient. Reviewers also express that the hotel's pricing for rooms, food, and additional fees may not offer the value some guests expect.

The hotel is a complex of Hilton, Conrad and Crockfords. Each hotel has its own driveway and check-in.
The 3 hotels share the self-parking car park. (Valet 35$, Self Parking 18$ pro Tag)
The hotels are almost at the end of the strip next to Circus Circus.
There is a Fat Tuesday and a taco stand in front of the entrance on the Strip.
The hotel itself also has bars and restaurants.
Diede were not tried by us, as the prices are very high.
We booked a standard room, but we received an upgrade to a suite with Strip View. The suite includes a living room, dressing room, large bathroom with tub and walk-in shower, as well as a bedroom and two toilets.
We were very pleased and enjoyed this.
There is a minibar and a small fridge for your own drinks. The minibar and the snacks on offer are equipped with motion detectors. You should be careful here. However, water is free in the room and also a Nespresso machine including capsules.
The staff is friendly and helpful.
Shortcoming is the pool. We chose the hotel because of its many pools and umbrellas. However, not all pools can be used for free. The infinity pool is only available for an additional fee. The pool for the Crockford is also only available for these guests and for the Hilton. Umbrellas are sought in vain, because even these are only available for an additional fee. Sunbed with umbrella 50$ per day.
The prices for food and drinks also have it all by the pool. At the entrance of the pool, the bags are checked, you do not take your own drinks and also no food is allowed.
Bottom line. New and clean hotel, extra coal scooping is in the foreground.
Actually 3 points due to the upgrade I rate with 4 points.

My wife and I traveled to Las Vegas to see U2 at the Sphere. We have stayed at the Conrad twice before and have always appreciated the accommodations while acknowledging the shortcomings especially with regard to service and Hilton Honors program.

The hotel was busy with the Adult Video Expo taking place in the convention areas. Taking advantage of a Black Friday promotion, Hilton Aspire Resort credits, and a Hilton Honors free night pretty much made the decision to stay at the Conrad a no brainer.

We were given a 51st floor strip view room which was well furnished and well maintained We received daily housekeeping services. The location is well, very North with a 2 mile walk to the Bellagio (each way). The Sphere is much closer, allow 45 minutes to comfortably walk down Sands Avenue to reach it.

Famous foods offers a wide variety of food: Asian, Barbeque, Fried Chicken. My wife liked the Chicken Rice Dishes which we found all over Singapore. I had the Ramen which was fine - they do an excellent job packaging meals for take out if you want to escape the crowds.

I know a lot of Hilton Honors members are unhappy about the perks - no room upgrade was "available" to us, but we were quite happy with our 51st floor accommodations and they allowed us to keep the room for our 3rd night which was a separate Hilton Honors Free night reservation. The $50 food credit was only good at the Dawg House, and we didn't want anything on their menu and they actually had a $50 per person table minimum for the NFL Championship games. Last time we were at Resorts world we could use the credit for Famous Foods or their mini buffet (which is now replaced by the Juniors Restaurant).

Get a players card (no charge) and your parking is free!

If you don't mind a somewhat out of the way hotel with very nice rooms and a great food court (plus free parking!) I highly recommend the Conrad.

Luxury hotel at the end of the strip. This hotel bears the Conrad name of the Hilton brand. It is probably one of the nicest hotels I have stayed at on the strip. I love the bright white colors and red accents compared to a lot of dark tones from other hotels in the area. The room itself had a beautiful bathroom with a bench seat and rain shower head on the ceiling. 2 sinks and a large mirror with non-removable soaps and creams. TV was new and modern with basic channels but also a built in chromecast to watch your own shows from your phone. The ihome in room alarm clock came in handy when i forgot my charger and luckily it has a bult in charging pad on top!

The only hotel i have seen so far with 2 mini fridges. One with the mini bar and another one for free guest use. No in-room coffee machine, it is still vegas, but there are more breakfast options at this hotel than others, or you can get a free hot coffee on the casino floor. I have heard for a Conrad, it is on the lower end of what the brand offers, but compared to a vegas hilton brand hotel, it was a really nice stay.

Most of the pools were closed, but given it was february, the year round pool was barely used. Check in guest was easy as the Conrad had its own front desk and they even have an expedited line for Hilton Honors members which comes in handy to beat those las vegas lines.

I would stay at this hotel again.

PRO TIP
Look on both the resorts world website as well as hilton site and shop around. Compared to MGM and Marriott bonvy partnership, the Hilton website has better deals for honors members from what I have seen. I used a credit card travel portal, watch out for the 57$ resort fee but now with the new federal ruling you should see what the True Total is on most sites this spring. However you will get charged the resort fee upon arrival but it will still add up to the advertised price.

Check in - good be quicker at times but in general everyone was pleasent and a good experience.
Room- we had a strip view suite and it was excellent - one f the nicest rooms we have ever stayed in and weve been to 5 star hotels in dubai and this was upto these standards. great bed very convertable and full AC control. bathroom was excellent.
Pool - excellent pool area but with kids felt we were a bit limited as 2 adults pools were out of bounds and another pool was only crockfords quests only. this was ok until we got to the weekend where it was a little crowded. could offer this to conrod quests this pool as it was always very empty and the main pool being crowded. but we did always get a sunbed
Gambling - we did not gamble due to young child
Shopping Mall - needs more shops alot of empty shops
Restuarants - great restraunts though we found the ridiculous vegas prices but good food and the street food idea is a great idea
Location - good location north of stip and your about a 10 minute walk to the wyn. need a taxi if going to bellagio or ciesars. as we had our 9 year old with us. belaagio would be about an hour walk. so a but to fair.
View - strip view was great just a pity the empty land spoils it slihgtly but still better than looking at strat side where theres the old circus circus hotel.

overall - we loved this hotel and would easily come back again. felt so modern compared to the other hotels on the strip. the staff and room cleaning was excellent and cant understand some of the negative reviews it had which had us really worried before we went. thank god we didnt cancel and go somewhere else. would defenitly stay here again. just think it would be nice to have the other pool avaialble for conrad and crockfords quests when theres only ever got a few people in it or just offer it to conrod quests for 50 dollars after midday if its empty.

I was in Vegas for business and booked the Conrad on a amazing deal so had to try it. The hotel is part of resort world that include the Hilton and also the Crockford. I had a premium king suite (i think its the most basic room) . The hotel is a little off the action on the strip but only 2 stops away if you take the bus (the deuce) and bus stop is right in front of the hotel on LV BLVD. There is a Denny's accross the street (if you want cheap eat) a 7eleven , a walgreens and a famous Taco place too i did not try...so those can be convenient.

So back to the hotel now, as soon you walk in you can tell this is gonna be nice, the lobby and bar are beautiful and you are welcome with people that look happy doing their job at thhe door and reception. I came in early(around 11) so my room was not available but their offered upgrades for extra...but i didnt need the room so decided to leave my carry-on to the bell service and go explore Vegas a little.
Got a text message at 2:45 that my room was ready and if you download the Hilton app, you dont even have to go back to the front desk, you can download your key directly in the app and this is something all hotel should have...save time and hustle to look for the damn card.
Everywhere you look feels luxurious, brand new (it is only 2 years old) and super clean. Got to my room and WOW that is one very nice, big and confortable room. Didnt ask or pay for it but had a great view of the strip from those huge floor to ceiling windows. Bathroom is nice too and shower is huge. Gotta say my rainfall shower didnt work at all, no pressure and temperature never reached hot but used the head shower and it was alll good. The product available in the bathroom look and feel like great quality and OH...they have actual liquid hansoap (and not those crappy barsoap). I would think they would had a nespresso machine in the room but only had their mini bar and with those prices...forget about it lol.

Now exploring the resort you have a nice selection of beautiful premium restaurant but i didnt try any of those. But you also have the ''famous food'' located in the casino area with a nice selection of better prices items like burgers, tacos, noodles and more.
I did try the Suns out buns out breakfast spot, had the Bacon, egg and cheese sandwich for 10$ , it was great, the buns itself is amazing but going back i would skip the ''ketchupy/mayo sauce'' they put in, taste like ketchup and that was weird to me.

Overall the hotel and resort is beautiful, service is very very good and when i go back to Vegas, i will try to stay there again!

Sorry i didnt take pictures of the room, i took a video around the room but cant add it to this review so!

I had an extremely disappointing stay at the Resorts World Conrad in Las Vegas. After a cancelled flight, my colleagues and I arrived at the hotel at 2 AM, exhausted and just wanting to get to our rooms. What followed was a chaotic and painfully slow check-in process that took over an hour. It was taking 10-15 minutes per person, and the staff seemed completely untrained, unsure of what they were doing.

When I finally got to my room, I was hungry, so I grabbed a tube of chips from the minibar—only to find they were stale and had expired in 2023. When I brought this up at the front desk the next day, I was met with complete indifference. The staff member expected me to report it to a different department, as if it were my responsibility to fix their housekeeping issues.

There were also safety concerns. One of the elevators was malfunctioning and got jammed while I was in it, which felt incredibly unsafe. Again, when I reported it to a staff member, they asked me to report it to someone else—once again, as though this were my responsibility. The lack of accountability and basic customer service was shocking.

On top of all this, the resort fee was extremely high and wasn’t made clear on the booking site before arrival. It felt like a hidden charge, adding to the frustration of an already overpriced stay. Even more frustrating, at least half of the sun loungers at the pool were reserved, and they expected guests to pay an extra $200 for the nicer ones—despite already paying a premium for the room and resort fee.

There was no free water or coffee in the rooms, and the minibar and other services were absurdly overpriced. For a supposedly high-end hotel, these basic amenities should have been included.

Overall, the experience was frustrating, disappointing, and not worth the money. I will not be staying here again, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

First the good parts. This hotel is spotless throughout, the cleaning staff do a very good job. Also its location at the end of the strip means you’re not swimming through a sea of people. It’s eerie how abandoned it is at times, but also a nice break. 2 stars for cleanliness.

Now for the bad. First there is almost no difference between the Conrad and the Hilton. I’ve stayed at both and the Conrad rooms are just a little bigger. The service is awful at both. They will do everything in their power, even by Vegas standards, to cheat you out of your money. Even though when I booked they said resort fees were included they added a second resort fee on top. Do I like resort fees? No. Do I find it absurd I’m paying $50 a day for WiFi (not even fast WiFi, that’s an extra charge) and a 5% discount at the spa? Definitely. Should there be two resort fees per day? Definitley not. When I complained they spent 30 minutes searching the terms and conditions to justify the charge instead of just refunding. The manager then refused to honor my Hilton gold $25 breakfast credit, and spent another 30 minutes trying to find a policy to justify that, which they eventually did on a disused Hilton site. When I pointed out that no guest should be expected to bring a lawyer and Hilton case law at every stay to get benefits he literally chided me, without a hint of irony, for not reading all the T&C fine print on the Hilton AND resorts world website. He then said that they actually weren’t a Hilton/Conrad and just used the brand so I shouldn’t expect any benefits. Now I’m supposed to also research their corporate history. Finally, to top it all off, he said if I didn’t like it I should leave the hotel and go somewhere else, at 10 PM on a Thursday. This was all to avoid giving me a $25 credit. Imagine what they’ll do to you.

Also there was blood on the towels

Hotel as stated by many is new and modern. We checked in for a weekend stay to the Conrad and will say was impressed by the cleanliness of the lobby and casino floor. I am a Hilton Diamond member but do understand at a hotel of this size am a dime a dozen. After checkin to our room which was well appointed and had nice view of Downtown my wife noticed something by our bedside and tried to advise me discreetly without having the kids come over. A used butt plug was sitting on the floor. Upon calling the operator to have someone come and retrieve we waited 45 minutes and nothing. After calling again they said they were sending a supervisor who then arrived another 10 minutes later with a housekeeper. Both were very nice and apologized profusely and advised a manger from guest services would call. I never heard from anyone that day and stopped by the front desk on our way to dinner the following evening. The agent at the desk stated his manager was busy but would call me right away. Again never heard from anyone and a couple days later at checkout advised for a third time of the experience and was told a manager would speak with me. The agent returned about 5 minutes later and said they were really busy but would give me a $100 credit toward my F&B purchases. I receive this anyways due to my Diamond status. As many other reviews have stated the lack of care or service for a Conrad in not typical. I stayed the next three nights at the Biltmore Hilton in Phoenix and received the service atypical of a premium property. Please Hilton team save your lame canned response and focus on training and hiring for this beautiful property. Also apologies for any typos as I am writing this while waiting for dinner reservation.

My husband and I traveled to Las Vegas for a quick getaway and decided to stay at the Conrad Resort World property. We checked in Thursday afternoon and was initially pleased with the room and didn’t feel compelled to inspect it upon arrival and we immediately left to explore the strip and returned hours later. Once we returned and prepared for bed my husband noticed stains on the pillow cases which turned out to be dried blood spots. You can only imagine how shocked we were and immediately stripped the bed to examine the linen which was not stained. I stripped the pillow cases and placed towels on the pillows and said I would deal with concern in the morning. The following morning I went straight to the front desk and informed the staff & onsight manager of my findings at which time they offered an apology and advised they would waive one day resort fee as well as put in a request to have housekeeping conduct a thorough cleaning while we were out of the room. We were also offered a $150 resort credit for the inconvenience. We accepted the offer and went about our day but shocked to find once we returned and examined the linen there was still a blood stain on one of the pillow cases. This time I called the front desk and asked for the manager on duty and informed him of the unsanitary findings and questioned what would be done to rectify the problem and I was told since they already waived the one day resort fee and provided me with a resort credit for the previous incident there was nothing else they could offer me. Well, you can only imagine the frustration, anger I felt and emailed the hotel directly and asked that someone in a higher rank be advised for awareness and acceptable resolution aside from housekeeping coming back to provide be linen.
After my email was received I was contacted by a manager who offered an additional resort credit, room switch which I refused because I was checking out the following day. I did request a later check out which was granted but the entire experience has put a bad taste in my mouth and I will not return back to the property in the future.

The hotel, despite its grand name, was a major disappointment as it is situated far from the main street. Guests must either take a taxi or endure a long walk to reach interesting locations. We were drawn to this hotel by its pool, but accessing it proved more challenging than airport security. The pool entrance security guard meticulously checked bags, opened water bottles, and even sniffed to ensure only water was brought inside—chips were prohibited to coerce guests into purchasing items at inflated prices, despite already paying a resort fee. Furthermore, for those looking to relax by the pool before departing, be aware that there are no shower facilities available in this large five-star hotel, meaning guests cannot rinse off after swimming. My advice: steer clear of this establishment. Numerous hotels in the city center offer more affordable rates and friendlier staff. I speak from firsthand experience, having stayed at one of these hotels prior to relocating here.

We didn't experience any hidden fees. Like most Vegas resort properties there are parking fees and resort fees but these are all advertised up front on their web site and also itemized on your reservation if you book direct or through the Hilton App. Service was incredible in every aspect for the time we were there

Hi- I just wanted to let you know that I stayed in the Hilton part of resorts world in October and am going back to stay at the Conrad this August. I don’t understand the negative reviews at all. It is a luxury property with amazing restaurants and a beautiful pool area. The only possible negative I can think of is it’s not really central on the strip area, but they are building up this section and the new Fontainebleau hotel is close by. Everything else was easily accessed by Uber.

Sorry for delay - Conrad Room at Resorts World is new, clean and you can get wonderful views of the pool oasis and the Vegas Strip. However, the so called “Famous Foods “ quick eats food arena has terrible food selections served in plastic containers including the expensive beer. The room and pools are worth the stay but I would go to The Wynn or maybe the Palazzo/ Venetian for great food selections. The Fine Dining at BREZZA or CARVERSTEAK at Resorts World, but expect to pay dearly for each meal ; a couple will spend $250 - $300 per dining experience. Yes - I too would suggest going to the Peppermill restaurant- it has mixed reviews but it reminds me of a fancy Denny’s. I see a lot of locals going there, so something must be right. I’m a retired Executive Chef so food selection is important to me and I know what’s expected in each restaurant I go to. I have a few YouTube videos of Conrad room showcasing the room , as well , on one “ Is Resort World Worth all the hype?” Look up Traveling Chef Bari ( Traveling Chef ) to see videos if interested. I was at Conrad this past summer for 7 days , and hopefully they’ve changed around their eating establishments, but most likely not. I hope this helps you Cheers ! Chef Bari ( going to Vegas since 1980’s ) chefbari
