The Nobu Hotel Las Vegas garners acclaim for its prime location on the strip, favored by guests eager to explore nearby attractions. Opinions on amenities and value are divided; some appreciate the plush suites and services, though frustration arises over extra charges and perceived limited offerings.
While the ambiance is praised for its elegance, reviews on cleanliness and service suggest variability, with some guests encountering impeccable rooms and staff, whereas others report housekeeping and communication lapses. Rooms are typically found to be spacious yet sometimes marred by noise and cleanliness issues.

Detailed Reviews
This is the nicest room we have ever stayed in. We come to Las Vegas a few times a year and try staying at different places each time to experience everything. Nobu Hotel has just changed that, this is our go to place to stay now. It was nice having our own reception desk and elevators for Nobu instead of dealing with the hassle of waiting in the lines at the main Caesar's Check-in area. The room itself was amazing! The main room was very spacious and well decorated, the bed was extremely comfortable and with the blackout curtains we didn’t want to get out of bed every morning we were there. There was plenty of his and hers closet space and drawers that were located in the side room you first walk into. The bathroom alone was well worth the extra cost in resort fee. With a separate huge bathtub, a walk in shower with a steamer to turn the shower into a small steam room, and a bidet toilet in its own small room off of the main bathroom. It was the perfect bathroom! To top it off, the staff at the front desk were very friendly, helpful, patient, and were more than willing to help when we had reservation problems,(that were my fault). Nobu Hotel has just gone to the top of the list of favorite places to stay when we come to Las Vegas. We will definitely be back. We are recommending Nobu Hotel to all of our friends

We’ve stayed at many of the Vegas hotels in the past and other towers at Caesars palace as well. I was surprised to receive a complimentary night at Nobu so we decided to check it out.
The rooms are nice and decorated very differently than others we have stayed in. We enjoyed the change. The bed was soft but still very comfortable and we had a great nights sleep.
Interesting bathroom but not much counter space. Most rooms we have stayed in have 2 smaller sinks with lots of counter space for our things. Sink was very deep and large and a bit overwhelming for the size of the bathroom. Some very nice touches I haven’t seen for awhile with robes, slippers, vanity kit etc.
While we were out for the evening, housekeeping had replaced some of our used toiletries and left water and glasses by our bedside. Nice touch.
The only complaint we have about the room was lack of sitting space. A chair or 2 would have been nice and there was room. No coffee maker in the rooms but they have a special lounge on the second floor that provides complimentary coffee and water.
Elevators were different and very convenient. Scan you room card and automatically takes you to your floor. No buttons in the elevators, no music, no posters.... very classy.
Location of the tower was central with easy access. We usually stay in Augustus or Julius towers so this was nice for a change.
Staff were great but we find this to be consistent with all our stays in Vegas.

Our work takes us all around the world and we have stayed in some very nice hotels along the way. The Nabu ranks in the top five. The minute you walk in the room your pulse goes down. It is calming, peaceful and quiet. There is no smell of cigarette or cigar smoke, the bed feels like a cloud and it is tastefully appointed in a zen style - a delightful reprieve from the hustle and bustle in the casinos.

We chose the Nobu boutique hotel for our girls weekend because of the location (within Caesars), the advertised "VIP Concierge" and size of the rooms. To say Nobu Hotel is underwhelming and over priced would be an understatement.
The hotel has a definite japanese, upscale vibe which is nice after walking through the Caesars casino that you will have a space to unwind. The concierge desk is small and can really only see 2 people (if you squeeze) at a time. So be prepared to wait. When we arrived (4:30 pm), one room was ready and one wasn't. We were told we would receive a phone call that the other room was ready at check-in, which was hectic being in such a small area. At 6:30 we still hadn't received a call, we went down to the concierge to check. The area was still busy, so we waited in line and was told yes the other room was ready. Not a great start considering through out the trip the only time we saw the concierge area quiet was at 6 am.
We got up to the rooms and the first thing we noticed was that they were smelled musty/wet. We turned the air low to clean/freshen the rooms. The rooms are large and nice, once you get over the musty smell. The bathroom is also huge which is great for two women sharing the room to be able to get ready and not be on top of each other. Downside was that the our sink didn't drain and our toilet kept running.
The next morning around 6:30 am, I went down to the concierge regarding the bathroom issues and issues we had with the hired limo transportation. I was told that an engineer would fix the problems and someone would call me regarding the transportation issues. Never received a phone call. The sink drain was fixed but it is currently leaking from the faucet and the toilet doesn't run anymore but doesn't completely flush.
The next day I was back at the concierge for another problem and again was told that some one would call me. Since I was still waiting on calls from the prior two days, I said that was unacceptable and I wanted to speak with a manager. The concierge called the manager explained my issues and said that they were busy but promised to call. The manager, Sam, did call me and we discussed all the issues. I received a lot of apologies and promises that this is not how Nobu wants to treat their guests. As a "smooth over", since it was our last full day, Sam added a $100 food and beverage credit. It was an extremely nice gesture as was her demeanor and desire to correct the problems....but not enough

Caesars overall is very nice but the Nobu rooms are the pits. Stayed for 3 days and it went from bad to worse.
Room was not ready by 4 p.m. Strange since the hotel was pretty empty from Covid. We were told it was because of the extra time needed to sanitize the room. B.S. arrived to find the room dirty with used dirty towel on the floor of the bathroom. When we asked the hotel to assist they told us to just pick up the dirty towel and stick it outside the room. Really? I’m not overly Covid sensitive, but can you believe that?
The room was half the size of the rooms in the rest of Caesars.
No view out the window.
No room service because of Covid and when I tried to call housekeeping I got no answer.
You are prohibited from putting anything in the room refrigerator. This apparently is a Covid thing, but it really seems designed to force you to buy drinks from them.
The so-called gym is a joke. A few old crappy machines.
We waited 45 minutes to be allowed to enter the pool area and then there were no chairs available.
Keys to the room stopped working after first day.
Need I go on?

We booked our room in what we thought was at the Caesar Palace Hotel Las Vegas. We even got emails from Caesar Palace prior to our stay welcoming us and looking forward to our visit. We had no idea we were actually booked at the Nobu Hotel (same property) until we arrived. To make things worse, I expected a decent view. We got a view of air conditioners and exhaust pipes on the roof. I had to pay an upgrade just to get a room with somewhat of a view of the Las Vegas Strip. To add more salt to the wound, my wife did not know that their were sensors in the fridge. She took out several drinks to make room for food take outs that we had and set those drinks next to the fridge. We never consumed these drinks. However, we were charged everyday for these same exact unconsumed drinks that were outside of the fridge which amounted to several hundred dollars. We mentioned this to the desk clerk upon checkout and she said that she would fix it, but instead it seems the charges stayed and where charged on my credit card. My wife and I will never stay at this hotel again and we will make sure if we ever book a hotel, we will make sure it is at the hotel we booked, and not one chosen for us, just because there happens to be multiple hotels at the same location. Not all hotels are the same. We found that out the hard way and it cost us. We expected our stay to be different since this was in the midst of the pandemic, but we had our masks; we certainly did not expect this kind of service from the hotel or from the booking of it. I would not have booked at Nobu if Caesar's was not available, but looked for another property on the strip.

Greetings W6676DFjosephb, Please accept our sincerest apologies for any issues with your minibar. Yes our minibars are all on sensors, and there is a courtesy restock fee of $75 that is explained on the minibar that is charged should guest choose to utilize their minibar for their own personal use. We certainly do not want you to pay for any items that you did not use. Please reach out to us and we will be happy to assist you with adjusting your folio correctly. We are also sorry that you were not happy with your rooms' location. The tower is centrally located within the Caesars Palace campus, which does limit the view from some of our rooms. We would certainly like to learn more about your booking experience, so that we can make sure that we follow up with our reservations team when they are describing the property to all of our guests. We look forward to speaking with you, to help resolve your concerns Sincerely, D. Jeff McGuire Assistant Hotel Manager Nobu Hotel at Caesars Palace

For a 5 star hotel in Vegas, the room was rather small and plain, but I didn't hear any noise, which is the most important thing for me. Shampoo and soap... top quality, Natura Bisse. The hotel registration is just a tiny desk in the room elevator hall. Easy to miss. Since it is located further in from Cesars Palace registration, the distance to the the self parking was pretty short, compared to other casino hotels. Valet parking for $30+/day wasn't too necessary for us.

I had a great stay there. They have very friendly staff the only thing I would have changed is if they had their own Nobu store where you can buy bags or Nobu book. The bed was comfortable that room was kept up really nice I wish they had ports instead of plugging in your room for your phone into an outlet

I always liked staying at Nobu but the new owners have really cut down on the amenities They used to have a lounge on the second floor that offered coffee in the morning as well as iced tea and complimentary water all day long. not anymore. I had to ask for shampoo and conditioner. They used to send up a complimentary gift box at the beginning of the stay no more. The restaurant prices have gone up a lot since my last stay less than a year ago. I was going to eat there but was afraid of what changes they might have made in addition to raising the prices booked the Old Homestead instead. I will update again when my stay is completed but with so many hotels to chose from I will stay away from this one.

After reading several negative reviews about the Nobu Hotel at Caesars Palace I was questioning my reservation and almost cancelled my stay to rebook at Planet Hollywood. Unfortunately I was beyond the 72 hour free cancelation limit and needed to keep my original reservation at Nobu.
When I arrived on Sunday January 26th, 2020, I attempted to check in early around 1pm; however understood that the scheduled check in time was 4pm, so I was not too surprised that the Deluxe King room was not ready. I checked my bags with the Bellman and decided to get a few drinks in the area and walk the strip to kill time.
At around 3pm I decided to press my luck to see if my room was ready as I had a photoshoot scheduled for 4pm. The room I reserved was still not ready, but the host at the front desk was definitely doing her best to insure that she was able to accommodate me as soon as possible. She informed me that she would have a room available in approximately 15 mins and I would be upgraded to a suite and that I could wait in the Nobu Lounge, which I did.
Once I arrived in the lounge a second host was in contact with the front desk ensuring everything was being taken care of. My keys were prepared and room was assigned and once I arrived to my room I was extremely surprised. Not only were the hosts able to provide me with a suite, they upgraded me to the Sake Suite. Entering the suite there was a foyer, half bathroom to the left, and bar to the right. Also in the room was a pool table, living room, and media room along with the actual bedroom with sitting area and bathroom.
Not only was I pleased with the room that was provided, but I was also extremely pleased and satisfied with the exceptional service from each of the staff members that I encountered on Sunday January 26th 2020. I unfortunately did not get the names of each of the staff members that day, but if any of the Nobu Hotel management stumble across this review, I would like to express my gratitude to all of the staff that assisted me during my stay in room 7720.

I don’t know because I never made it to the pool.. Nobu is a boutique hotel inside of Caesar’s and as a Nobu guest, all of Caesar’s amenities are available to Nobu guests. I would contact Caesar’s re: when the pool opens and I also recommend a kayaking trip to Hoover Dam. That was the highlight of my visit. I also had an amazing 80 minute massage in the Caesar’s spa and recommend that as well.
If you want to self park, I recommend the parking garage. It’s located behind the property. It is accessible from Las Vegas Blvd. and follow the road to the right. If you go left it’s Valet. The garage is also accessible from behind the property, but I’ve never been that way. It is paid parking, but if you’re a hotel guest it is free. Good luck!
I don't know what kind of view Mark had. You can request a strip view when you call and book your stay, However, it will depend upon availability. These rooms are always spotless from my experience. The stay at the Nobu is right in the middle of the casino, shopping, and restaurants. Nobu Sushi is just outside the elevator doors as well as other restaurants. I have stayed at the Nobu many times, I like the exclusivity of the Nobu with it's own check-in and check-out front desk.
