This was our first time staying at the resort, and we stayed in Sage (building 1)on the 7th floor. We are owners of a timeshare here, bought July 2013. Room was as expected and included all the pots, pans, dishes, even a blender. Bed was comfortable. Every time I called the front desk with a question or concern, it was answered...

As many others have said, it's a reasonably nice place to stay. It's a very large resort, like an urban timeshare, so you'll have to be okay with that. It's about 15-20 minutes drive from the strip with shuttle service (although I don't know how long that ride is). It is about 5-10 minutes from Target, Walmart, Albertsons (grocery), and...

We needed a place to stay for a few days and we got a room that had a kitchen so we won;t have to keep eating out. They had nice kiddie pools, hot tub, and a regular pool. When we checked in, we got packets of discount stubs for the establishments around the area. You also get a $20 free...

Thank you for your review. We’re sorry that you were disappointed with the sofa bed and that we couldn’t find a suitable mattress for you. We are thankful that your family enjoyed your oversized room with the full kitchen featuring all modern amenities. We hope these comforts of home we provide will entice you to return so that we may...

Great location for families. Located next to South Point Casino where they have $5.00 Tuesday Movies (June 2014) and multiple restaurants. We stayed in the Sage building in a 2 bedroom. Spacious and perfect for my family of 4. My kids loved the pools. Exceeded my expectations. We didn't participate in any timeshare presentation. Great stay off the strip.

We didn't want to stay right on the strip in Las Vegas and used our Time Share benefits to stay at The Grandview. We were traveling with another couple and were given adjoining rooms with a common entrance. The rooms were fabulous! Clean, spacious, comfortable and lacking nothing. Since the building we stayed in was the farthest away from the...

Initially we were quite surprised that a weeks time share with a point value of 5 (usually in the 30's) could be so nice. We found out why. We consciously accepted the invitation to" tour the new tower for 90 minutes and give them our opinion." (DIRECT QUOTE). In exchange for our time we would get $100 in comps to...

Thank you for your comments. We’re glad that you thought the resort was nice but apologize that the presentation was not what you expected. We realize the prospect of purchasing timeshare is a big decision so we take as much time as we can to present all the benefits of vacation ownership at our resort. We regret that you didn’t...

The place is lovely, expansive - eight buildings now. We had a single room, one king size, both a bath with Jacuzzi and a shower. Full kitchen, completely stocked with utensils, etc. The living room and dining room areas also are quite large, and every room has washing machine and dish washer. Pool areas are plentiful, my only suggestion is...

On our first night there I was awaked by a shrill noise coming from the outside wall of the bedroom. I realized that it was the bathtub of another guest being filled with water.
