The location of the Hotel was great, we didn’t even need to use the car we rented..Room was clean and large , we got our own kitchen at the room and we got shopping for our own breakfast .They had free shuttles even for the Wallmart. For the family with kids this is absolutely big advantage..
This is a great property if you want to be near the casino's and all the activities Las Vegas has to offer but don't want to be exposed to all the smoke. Large and functional rooms but the furniture was getting pretty old and worn and wasn't very comfortable to relax on. Staff seemed friendly. We were unfortunately only on the 9th floor so it was fairly noisy with the traffic outside. Horns, sirens, reving engines and such. Tub is a large jazucci tub but with no jets which was dissapointing. Washer and dryer was terrible. Took forever and left lint all over everything even with the lint trap cleaned.
Spent three very pleasant days at Marriott’s Grand Chateau and have no complaints whatsoever. Check-in was a breeze, altho the lobby was extremely busy that morning with people either waiting for their cars and/or just hanging out. Maybe it was the time of year, but we didn’t have to wait til 4pm for our room, which is always appreciated. Our 1br villa was spotless, with a fully equipped kitchen and a coffee maker (yay! Unlike the Cosmopolitan which offers NO coffee makers AT ALL). Bedding was comfortable enough, terrific water pressure in the shower area and enough TV channels on the 2 wide screen TVs to keep one entertained when the Strip’s madness got too much. All the staff we encountered was pleasant and professional and kudos to Linda from housekeeping for keeping our room spotlessly clean for the duration of our stay. All in all, a very relaxing stay. …
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Marriott grand Château in Las Vegas. We stayed for seven nights in mid February 2020. We were able to get a high floor with a view which we had requested in advance. That was much appreciated. We had a two bedroom two bath full villa. We own in Orlando but have stayed here before and have enjoyed it. The new valet system is quick and easy to use. The front desk Was friendly as was the concierge and valet. The rooftop pool was closed but we knew that in advance. The fifth floor pool was perfect and we enjoyed the food and beverage that was offered there. They had a huge big screen TV above the pool and there was lots of seating and tons of towels available. The only thing I can say is that the rooftop pool was closed for the second time that we traveled there. We did also experience the bar in the lobby level and we found the food and beverage they are great. They also have lots of activities though as mentioned in the past There’s lots to do in Vegas but it’s nice to have some options in the hotel. We Will be back. …
I needed a room that could comfortably sleep 5 people in 4 beds and this hotel definitely catered for and more. the location is superb, just off the strip, the valet parking was excellent, and the list of events or specials it hosts for it's guests was definitely a positive. It offer free shuttle bus service if required but we were happy to walk. Onsite shop is available but as other guest have noted, you do not have to walk far to find somewhere to eat. The quality of the room, firm bed, good air conditioning was exactly what we wanted, and all the guests spoke to each other, my children enjoyed the gym and the pool so nothing but praise.
