The website described and pictured a resort that was not accurate to the reality we walked into. First, the room we stayed in had not been cleaned as evidenced by a prescription contact that was laying on the counter of the sink, had the sink been cleaned, the contact would have been thrown away; mildew and mold growing in the...

Thank you for your visit and feedback. We regret we did not make a more favorable impression and apologize for your room. The scenario you describe falls well below our standards for cleanliness and functionality. Housekeeping issues notwithstanding, our guest units are exactly as they appear on the Tahiti Village website. We can assure you there is no intent to...

We decided to stay here based ons a couple recommendations from friends-- we usually stay up on the strip and quite honestly we hadn't even heard of Tahiti Village before this year. We stayed for 6 days/5 nights in a Bora Bora room. We arrived in a little bit early. It were surprised the hotel was able to accommodate us...

For many years I've been travelling to Vegas and the novelty has simply worn off. The hotels, the strip, Freemont Street, restaurants, attractions and shows no longer excite us so we stay in Vegas only when it is a stop over or we are flying. Our stay at Tahiti Village was refreshing. What a wonderful hotel. It offers everything we...

Thank you! We are so gratified we could give you a new reason to visit and like Las Vegas. It is great to know you found so many things to enjoy both within and without the resort. Our tropical beach pool is an ideal place to relax and while away the hours in the mild autumn weather, and our 18...

We originally chose Tahiti Village because my parents received 3 free nights. When originally calling to book, they were told that it was fine that my husband and I take advantage of those 3 nights. A month later we called to see how much to upgrade the room to a 2 bedroom suite as we had friends decide to join...

Thank you for your visit and feedback. We are disappointed we did not meet your expectations for excellence, especially as they pertain to customer service. Please accept our sincere apology if our resort staff was anything less than completely courteous in your interactions. My girlfriend and our friends had all recently turned 21, so we wanted to go for the weekend. As college students it is hard to find something great in our price range. In the end we booked a moorea suite for under 300 for the weekend. The room was awesome with enough space for the four of us and offered...

Ask to run out to Las Vegas on short notice during a very busy week in Las Vegas. A couple team mates found the Tahiti Village which is south of the strip fairly close to the airport.
