We stayed in the King Luxury Suite on the 41st floor. Right from our check-in to the check-out, the staff was ever smiling, polite & very helpful. The suite was luxurious as you would expect from this brand. Attention to detail was exquisite & the room cleaning was immaculate. Overall a beautiful, gorgeous stay.
I was very impressed with the service we received at the Palazzo Hotel (not so much the casino - more on that later). From front desk to concierge to housekeeping to F&B, the staff members were very professional and friendly. They smiled and were alway polite and helpful. The room itself was large, luxurious, and very comfortable. Compared to the Wynn, where rooms are smaller and more expensive, the Palazzo is a much better value for money. Another big reason why I really like the Palazzo is that it’s across the street from Treasure Island, which is the best place on Vegas Strip to play cheap and fair blackjack ($5 min with : 3-to-2 payout, can split aces, can double down after split, surrender, insurance, etc). Blackjack at Palazzo Casino is $15 min which is fine, but it comes with an awful 6-to-5 payout with various exotic rule changes that tilt the edge towards the house. I find Palazzo’s casino to be a bit too greedy for my taste. And that is my one advice for Palazzo guests: go across the street to Treasure Island, where casino odds are better. In summary, if you’re on the fence about where to stay, my advice is definitely choose Palazzo for its room and quality of service (but go gamble else where).…
OMG, the room was unbelievably luxurious with all the amenities! It was so beautiful, I didn't want to leave. A very comfy king-size bed, sunken living room with motorized roman shades and drapes. Stunning view of the strip and mountains from the very large picture window! A table for two for eating and taking in the view. A separate desk...but who wants to work! Huge bathroom, complete with double sinks, tub and separate shower with sumptuous rain shower head. I absolutely LOVED the side vanity table with the little round cushion chair, tall mirror and a magnifying make-up mirror. Plus a sweet box with q-tips, sewing kit, make-up pads and nail file. Did I mention that there were 3 tv's for each living area - bedroom, living room and yes, the bathroom too! I watched while soaking in the tub! My hubby did good when he booked the PALAZZO and great seats to the CHICAGO concert.…
We checked into the hotel on a Monday and it was obviously a slow week as we were told the hotel was at 50% occupancy. We notified them it was our Anniversary but that wasn't of any concern to them. We asked about an upgrade and that was out of the question. Not even a room with a better view. It's all about the money here. Front desk staff was very unfriendly and we felt for this caliber of hotel something was lacking. We travel frequently and after our experience here would choose another hotel on our next visit to Vegas. On a positive note the rooms are spacious and clean and provide everything you need. The hotel itself is beautiful and the location is good. Also the free parking is a bonus. Cable TV leaves alot to be desired. Just basic channels. No fridge is a negative. Most people we saw were buying coolers and water for the room.…
Large and comfortable rooms. Excellent location on the LV Blvd across from a large mall. Great and immediate service. No coffee in the room. Resort fee is charged, even if the pool is closed! Large and fully equipped gym. Many resturants in the hotel and nearby areas.
