We last stayed at the Rio in 2010 and had a great experience, so we wanted to stay there again. We previously liked that the rooms were large and nice. This time was not a good experience at all. We booked a non smoking room, and apparently this is only considered a "request." I think it is absolutely absurd that...

This was an average experience. There could have been a coffee/tea setup for the room. Also, there was no hotel guide listing restaurants, events, etc. The TV guide was not much help either. But it was helpful having the refrigerator.

I live in vegas ,so I have tried all of the casinos .I went to the Rio especially for the seafood buffet ,which I found to be very disappointing . There are better casinos ,and hotels which offer better value than the Rio.

We stayed at Rio for 3 nights and it was really a very good stay. I think it's a good value. It's very close to the strip, and yet nice to be off. Plus Penn & Teller Theater is there, so if you're planning on seeing them- which you should!- it makes it easy! The rooms weren't anything outstanding, but...

I stayed for 6 days in early February, my roof safe was accessed and the staff could care less. The security officer that came to take the report asked me what tier Total Rewards I was. I asked him why that mattered, he told me they'd take it more seriously if I was Platinum or Diamond. Staff hasn't got in...

First time I've been back in a while. So glad I did. The staff was friendly and helpful! The food was fresh and tasty. I especially liked the dealers and the the front desk. When I checked out the front desk took care of all my needs and I had a great trip beginning to end. I will be back...

Very nice hotel, but the buffet was a little pricey. I enjoyed my visit and will probably visit again. Very clean and the attendants were helpful when asked. Not many offers of beverages, had to seek someone out.

Room was nice, loved the view of the strip. The tightest slots we have ever experienced in Vegas. Not very impressed. No entertainment except for the shows you could pay for. Pretty boring place. Wont stay here again.
