Check in was fast and friendly. Asked for adjoining rooms and they accommodated us. I was very disappointed in the AM to find out there were no coffee makers. I guess they took them out of all of the Caesar properties unless you have a upgraded room. So I go down to Starbucks only to Stand in line for 25...

We stayed in the Ipanema Tower. Rooms are spacious, but dirty and in need of remodeling. Holes in the walls (hallway and rooms) are spackled, but not painted. Wallpaper is peeling, paint is chipped, carpeting is torn and held together with duct tape. Seriously, there is duct tape in the hallways! I'm usually not a picky sleeper, just want clean...

Old Rio was great. Rooms were cleaner and newer. It smelled clean. Always had entertainment in the big room. The parade was great. Now seems like it lacks excitement. Table games are better and slots machine are fun. Food was good both the buffet with the sea food extra and the dum sum awesome

The voodoo steak restaurant was outstanding, and the dealers and pit bosses went out of their way to make us feel very comfortable. And a few people in our group did the zipline, which they stated was exciting.

I've stayed at several Vegas hotels and consider this among the very smokiest. What really shocked me was seeing ashtrays in the hallways on floors where the non-smoking rooms are! And, like most resorts, you must walk through the smokey casino to get you the rooms. The smokiness isn't so noticable in the convention area, by the way. The bottom...

Make clear what the difference is between the seafood buffet and the regular buffet with your staff and on paper. Make sure your customers know what is included and what is not included in each buffet, because there is no indication of it any where. I paid extra for the seafood buffet because I led to believe that I could...

The Rio Hotel is a nice, comfortable hotel, however it needs newer slot machines and more cocktail servers. Overall it's a good convenient and the price is reasonable. The valet or self park are still free unlike other hotels on the strip are all starting to charge for these services unless you are Diamond Card holders.

The customer service is just awful. Stayed there for 5 days, 3rd day in my key wouldn't open the door. I took it down to front desk and they made me new keys, went back up and still wouldn't work. They called security and they couldn't get in my room, then they called maintenance and I heard maintenance say, "I...
