Beware of what you request. This hotel does not care what you reserve or believe in good customer service. Made no attempt to make our stay a good one. The hotel was dirty, the room was not what we requested but then was dirty and when we allowed them to clean we found it pretty much the same except the...

Staff was great that's pretty much it. Rooms are late 80s early 90s style. Furniture old and broken. Dark and sad casino. If you have allergies please don't use this hotel. I had to leave a day early because I couldn't take it. We were not happy at all

The Rio needs to step up their game. Tired, old room. Non-accommodating staff. Tight slots. Booked based on no parking fees. Took the shuttle to the strip which is handy. Won't stay again. Too many other choices. Bed very soft.

It's a nice place but for being away from the strip it needs more attractions. The rooms are really nice and once you figure out the layout of the place it's pretty easy getting around the casino and shops. I'm not sure if I would stay there again.

Room was clean. Had frig, hair dryer, and view from room was nice. There was a nice variety of table games. The dealers were very friendly. The slots were good too. Didn't have to look for a girl to get a drink. The total overall experience was a good one. I will be back.

Rooms were beautiful, clean. The pools are great but 3 out of the 4 pools were too cold to put a foot in. If you don't get down there early, you won't get a chair. People just put a book or shoes on them to "save" them. They aren't even around. We ordered room service for breakfast. Was pricey, but...

The rooms are all suites, so they are very cozy and spacious. The hotel is off the strip, but they do provide shuttle service. Restaurants inside are pretty decent, and the staff are welcoming. I would recommend Rio for extended stays.

This was my 2nd annual birthday trip and we chose to stay at the Rio again. This year, we stayed in the Ipanema Tower and it seemed more up to date than last year, even had a coffee maker this time (a small comfort but very much appreciated!). As always, all the staff was friendly and professional, and the servers...

My wife and I stayed 4 days over March Madness in a Caraica Suite. This was the first time staying at the RIO and I was a little nervous based on the negative reviews but we had a great time. The room was amazing, the views were fantastic and the food was on par with any other casino we have...
