The Four Seasons Hotel Las Vegas receives accolades for its spotless rooms, which guests find comfortable and equipped with modern amenities, although a few mention maintenance or decor issues. The serene spa and fitness center contribute to the hotel's tranquil atmosphere, a welcome departure from the typical Vegas casino environment. Staff members are lauded for their friendly and efficient service.
While opinions on value vary, with some guests noting high prices, others feel discounts and the level of service justify the cost. Its location is a hit for those seeking proximity to sports venues and a quieter Vegas experience.

Detailed Reviews
The Four Seasons Hotel Las Vegas was a wonderful haven in busy Las Vegas. We chose this hotel because we wanted a non-casino and non-smoking hotel. It is attached to the Mandalay Bay, but you'd never know. It even has it's own separate entrance. Because it sits on top of the Mandalay Bay, you do have easy access to the Mandalay Bay casino and additional dining options. We used this a few times and it was very convenient. The hotel was close enough to the strip to enjoy all the fun, but our favorite part was coming back and enjoying our quiet and comfortable room. We stayed for 3 days in a Strip View King and we were surprised at how spacious and comfortable it was. The bathroom was also very large. The beds, linens and pillows were very comfortable as well. Customer service is always number one at a Four Seasons Hotel, but it always amazes me how they go above and beyond. The staff was absolutely incredible and we had great interactions with everyone we came in contact with! They even sent us a special anniversary treat to enjoy when hearing that we were there to celebrate our 10 year anniversary. We utilized valet parking, room service and even enjoyed relaxing massages at the spa. Because of COVID, the hotel took great measures to make sure we were safe. All staff and guests wore masks, they took daily temperature readings at the hotel and even provided personal sanitation wipes/gel and masks. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Las Vegas!

Dear Alexzandra C, First and foremost thank you so much for taking the time to write this review! The comments you make are music to our ears. Our oasis is truly a desert gem where you can find serenity on the Strip. I am so glad you were able to celebrate and enjoy your 10 year anniversary with us. (Congratulations again on that milestone!) And thank you for mentioning how safe you felt with us. While excellent service is at the heart of everything we do, guest and employee safety continue to be a paramount focus of ours. I am pleased to hear you felt the effort we were making to protect guests while temperature screening was of comfort. These days, every little pocket of peace feels worthy of a celebration! We hope you are able to return to celebrate more joy with us soon. Kind Regards, Jackie Kerns Director of Communications

We had a great room on the 38th?? floor I think. We use to stay at the Mandarin Oriental but with the sale to Waldorf/Hilton didn’t like the reviews from past guests. We have stayed at several four seasons properties and like them all this one doesn’t disappoint. We have stay here twice in the last three months and will be back again soon. Highly recommend this property. From the lobby to the room every space is in great shape and the staff are very helpful and attentive. You won’t regret you choice to stay at the Four Seasons Las Vegas. It is our new go to hotel on the strip.

The grounds are amazing and loved the access to the Mandalay pools!! I just was so taken aback that everything is extra from the tube for the lazy river (after paying a $45 resort fee), the first two rows of chairs at the wave pool ($50+ per chair), parking $45/night. And the way the bottles of water and snacks are laid out in the room without any prices, makes it seem like they are complimentary. But come to find out that it's $7 for the little package of Oreo cookies. At other resorts that I've stayed it, when you pay a premium for a room, you don't feel nickle and dimed, But here I felt like any chance to charge extra, they do.

Took the grandkids for a quick fall break. The staff went above and beyond to make my grandkids welcome. Play tent set up in our room was a great surprise. The staff gave teddy bears and even wrote their names on the bathtub. Childrens robes And child toiletries were ready and waiting when we arrived.
The pool area is beautiful and serene. Water was heated just right. Pool attendant graciously set up our lounge chairs every day and provided endless towels for the kidos who were in out of the pool. Treats were even passed out at the pool. FYI Four
Seasons hotel guests have privileges at all the Mandalay Bay pools.
Food at Veranda was great. It is open from 6am to 3pm. Press is serving dinner out on the patio and in the lobby. My family very much enjoyed eating dinner outside on the beautiful patio and then having dessert by fire pit.
Another pulse is it is all non-smoking. Also no gaming but if you want to gamble Mandalay Bay casino is easily accessible.
They still have valet parking which made my stay that much easier.
The staff and the service can not be beat. The Las Vegas Four Seasons is a beautiful hotel. I very much enjoyed my stay there and felt rested after my stay. Where else in Vegas can you say that.
PS - You must see the poodle made from crayons.

In a busy, even hectic place like Las Vegas it was a blessing to go back to the calm and welcoming atmosphere at the Four Seasons. We had prepaid for 4 nights in a “lakeview” room at the Bellagio, but the quality of the room (extremely worn) the service and lack of amenities in the room (no bathrobe or slippers) not functioning heating caused us to forfeit 3 nights and escape to the bliss at Four Seasons. We felt like we had moved from Hell to Heaven.

We were in town to celebrate the ending of the school term with our two boys (teen and tween). They loved being in the middle of it all but away from the chaos, smoke and crowds of the other hotels. The staff was extraordinary. The concierge team helped plan a range of activities and meals and had spot on suggestions. I am sure all the spa services are excellent but if you are able to get a message with Elizabeth, it will be outstanding. The valet team was super friendly but professional and very focused on safety --always confirming the Uber license plate or the valet ticket. The restaurant service was very on point. The rooms are typical (very nice) Four Seasons city rooms but the staff at every turn made the visit very special.

I adore this hotel. From the second you step foot on the property the high service standard is on display. Staff are uniformly polite, helpful and caring. It's a nice Four Seasons touch to greet guests by name, but here the kindness behind the greeting always comes through.
My room was spotless. Nice that there's still a hotel left that puts out the tiny bottles of shampoo, etc. (L'Occitan) instead of those gross dispensers. The bed is fabulously comfortable, and a great place to laze about and watch the 65" TV, or look down at the Strip.
The only gripe I have has nothing to do with the property or the staff. Resort fees are bogus. They cover things that most guests would think should either be included or are unwanted. A resort fee at a property of this caliber is particularly off-putting. Enough said.
I love this hotel to death and will never stay anywhere else in Las Vegas. Highly recommended.

My husband and I don't normally spend as much as we did for our hotel stays in Vegas, but this visit was special because we were getting married. Upon arriving, there was no line, no waiting. We were greeted by the front desk attendants with professionalism and courtesy. They congratulated us and gave us complementary champagne, chocolates, and asked us how they could help. We walked up to our lovely room that had such a beautiful view of the strip. It was really clean. We especially liked the crisp white linens that were extra soft (no stains or foul smell whatsoever). The bathroom had a shower, a tub, and the toilet was in a separate room inside the bathroom with it's own door so that the smells would be trapped in there and also the user had privacy. Everything was clean and we loved how the hotel used l'occitane en provence soaps, shampoos, and lotions. The conditioner and shampoo made my hair extras soft and supple. They are imported from France and are a really high grade quality. Everyone from the door attendants, to the parking valet, the bell hop, the maids, and the front desk attendants were extremely helpful and courteous. They really did all that was in their power to make our stay super comfortable and pleasant. We extended our check out time to 2pm and was able to use the pool prior to leaving which was excellent. The pool side attendants were also really wonderful. They provided fresh towels, cold water, and put up an umbrella by our lounge chairs. We loved using the athletic work out room, the treadmills, stair climbers, and weights. In short, we really loved our stay, and though expensive, it was worth every penny. Thank you Four Seasons Hotel Las Vegas. We will forever have you in our hearts and remember you fondly as we reminisce about our Vegas wedding.

I can’t believe how amazing this property is. The moment we walked in after a long travel day, we were greeted with fresh, smoke-free air in a beautiful, calm setting. The staff are incredible and look to assist with warmth and care. Our room was a strip view on the 39th floor and we loved how clean it was, the housekeeping service twice a day, bottled waters and the welcome treat. I treated myself to a spa service and had the best spa experience of my life! Joey (sp?) was spectacular and responded perfectly to my injury concerns. The eucalyptus steam room is a wonderful treat in the midst of the dry desert.
Loved the service at the pool and spent several hours there each day. The fresh ice water, towel service, and frequent offers of food and drink service were second to none. Guests are entitled to use the pool area at Mandalay Bay but the quiet private pool for the property was much more to my liking.
We ate at the Veranda restaurant every day for breakfast. Saturday, they served an amazing buffet. I mean everything was fresh, hot, homemade and wonderful! We laughed because we made the big mistake of eating one time at the Bellagio buffet and it was terrible. No comparison - and I highly recommend this restaurant.
I can’t think of one thing to complain about. This was a wonderful oasis in the midst of a city that is, frankly, too much for me. But this was a peaceful retreat and I would come back in a heartbeat!

I would definitely recommend the Four Seasons Las Vegas. It is on the upper floors of Mandalay Bay and has it’s own separate entrance. The entrance is beautiful, the lobby is elegant and the hotel is a great option for those that are not really into gambling (although you can easy go to the casino at Mandalay Bay).
The staff is outstanding. Reception helped us get into our room a little early, after along flight, concierge got us dinner reservations for the same night, and the bell woman got us ice and was so helpful and friendly.
You can go to the Four Seasons pool which was quiet or you can go to the Mandalay Bay pools. There are several pools including a wave pool and lazy river. Just be aware that if you want two chairs and an umbrella for shade, it’s expensive ($150). You can find some chairs in the shade (free) near the lazy river.
Recommend a room with a view of the Strip, which is quite a site at night. This was a great option for a stopover on our way to Zion and Bryce in Utah.

Agreed, $10.00 seems fine.
Hi, if you're looking for quiet, the 4S is perfect. Don't think it's under typical standard, maybe the grounds are not that huge. Smaller but very fine and top service! Sorry, don't know the Waldorf but maybe that helps anyway. Happy travels to you too!
Dear j l,
Thank you for your question! We do have adjoining rooms. Once you have made your reservation, please contact our Reservations team at the property to request adjoining rooms. While we are unable to confirm the request at the time of the booking, we will do our best to accommodate on the day of your arrival. Please don't hesitate to contact us with additional questions.
Sincerely,
The Team at Four Seasons Hotel Las Vegas
Hello volkerw583,
Thank you for choosing Four Seasons Hotel Las Vegas for your upcoming visit, we are excited to welcome you! The fees for Mandalay Bay self-parking are determined by the length of time the vehicle is in the garage. That time resets each time a vehicle departs and returns to the garage, so there will be a parking fee with each exit. If you prefer to valet at Four Seasons, there is one parking fee per 24 hours with no limit on the amount of times a vehicle can enter and exit. You may leave and return as many times as you would like with no additional parking fee. We will be happy to arrange that for you upon arrival. Please do not hesitate to reach out if you have any additional questions. Safe travels and we will see you soon!
Sincerely,
The Team at Four Seasons Hotel Las Vegas
