I have stayed here many times, but this may have been the best view I have had. The room was on the 31st floor overlooking the Bellagio fountains and the Eifel tower. everything functioned well, the furnace, the water, the room safe, etc. Simply no complaints (other than 1 really bad night of gambling, but that's why they call it...

Fun hotel. Great during the winter as everything is inside and within walking distance. I wasn't a huge fan of Britney Spears until taking my wife to the concert. Great show, well worth it. Hotel and show combined make for a great time. Also a MUST is stop by seven magic mountains on the way to vegas, quick and free...

I enjoyed the weekend with my wife at Planet Hollywood. It is in a great location, and the casino is really nice. The girls that dance are worth staying there alone. The hotel is generally clean, and people are there to have fun. The hotel is attached to a mall that has all the things you might want while traveling.

seem like employees there do not take pride in their jobs. customer service is not easy especially in vegas but thats your job. makes us feel welcome, feels like we're at the DMV, very slow and seem like they don't care.

I went with friends to otakon 2017. We stayed in planet Hollywood. We got meal passes for the buffets which were completely worth it. We each went to the buffets at least 7 times over the few days. The room I stayed in was nice.

I love staying at this hotel! The location is great and the rooms are massive! Friendly staff and clean location. Would recommend and stay again for sure. The lobby has a good selection of choices for food and you're connected to the Miracle Mile Shops.

The hotel and casino are very well kept. Staff very friendly. My huge disappointment happened at registration While getting my players card, the front desk told me to verify the last 4 of my social.i did.She ran my social without my consent and approved me for a credit card I didn't need.

I've been to PH so many times I've lost count. Originally we went for the Sports Book but then I began staying there and liked the rooms. The live music on Friday night sold me on hanging out at the Extra Lounge, where I met the bartenders who are all very accommodating and friendly.

My past experiences at Planet Hollywood were fantastic. This stay, however, was HORRIBLE. My room was on the 20th floor and the 21st floor is under construction. They start construction at 5 am. Pounding, banging, scraping, power tools. I called twice and asked to be moved. Both times they apologized and said they would get back with me. They didn't....

We got a deal on the room so weren't particularly upset with the quality. This hotel is showing it's age though and it's not anywhere near what some of the more upscale properties in Vegas. Good selection of food and whatnot and the casino is OK.
