Go and spend your hard earned money at a place like the Aria, Vdara or Cosmo, this place was disgusting!!! Upon arrival the carpet in our room was wet, the bathroom had a smell of bad BO, the carpet had not been vacuumed and the purple chair was right under the window so you were able to see all of...

Thank you for sharing such candid comments . We are quite disappointed to learn of the numerous shortfalls you experienced during your stay. Unpleasant bathroom odors and substandard rooms are not indicative of our firm commitment to guest service and accommodation. Location: Great location in the center of the strip. Not a long walk from strip sidewalk to hotel elevators unlike some other hotels. Easy walk to Aria and Cosmo which is where we did most of our gambling. Food: Good mix of high priced and low priced options. We ate at Yolo's, PF Changs, Earl of Sandwhich and Planet Dailies....

Thank you for sharing your comments about your recent stay at our property. While we are pleased you enjoyed yourself in general, we regret that you experienced an inconvenience regarding resort fees and loud music and poor lighting on the casino floor. We hope you will consider staying at Planet Hollywood again on your next visit.

Planet Hollywood is right on the strip and in the middle of everything. No need to even exit the casino to get to the shopping center (this comes in handy when it's super hot in the summer). The crowd was young (mid 20s - late 30s) and the music was going on all day.

I stay at Planet Hollywood every time I go to Las Vegas with my family cause most of us like this place. Actually it's new and clean, and gaming there is really fun to compare with other Ceasars properties. But of course the room rate and resort fees are higher.

We were excited to stay at this hotel but our excitement soon turned to disappointment. First, I would not recommend this hotel if you have a car. The parking garage is shared with the Miracle Mile Shops so you have to fight mall parking because there is no designated hotel guest parking. Then in order to get to your room...

Good customer service, clean rooms, nice atmosphere, not a crazy big resort, pool not the greatest but it does the trick. Lots of cheap places to eat and awesome location. Enjoyed my stay . Highly recommend this place as great value for your hard earned dollars

Room is ok, but needed a plumber or someone to clear shower drains. During showers, would end with 2-3 inches of standing water in our shower...drain was slow. TV reception was often terrible in the room...picture would break up...be unwatchable. Channel navigation was slow and remote needed to be replaced.

I was pleasantly surprised by my stay at Planet Hollywood. We arrived very late after a long flight and found the check in to be very easy and pleasant. Our room, 3427 had a nice view of the strip and a pretty good view of Bellagio & the fountains. There was only one window in the room and I found...

“Some rooms are still being updated, be sure to ask for a 'renovated' room.”
 of 5 bubbles 867karlm, 21 Jan 2017 | Read review
“Amount of natural light and overall lighting in the room is lacking. I understand that not every room has a view but any room with one window should have a lot more light. There wasn't a bathroom fan and the water pressure was extremely weak. While the hotel room and hallways were incredibly out dated, it's the little things like a mini fridge for leftovers and being able to take a nice shower that really make or break a hotel stay. ”
