Caesar's is HUGE! Impressive in both looks and size. We were upgraded to a petite suite in the Octavius tower. We had a beautiful view over the pools. Caesar's is expensive and you really don't get anything 'extra' for your money, other than the room, however I wanted to do kitsch / classic Vegas 'thing' so this was more about...

We stayed in the Augustus Tower. The room was super comfortable and beautiful. The casino floor had lots of variety of games. I could always find something new to play. The staff was friendly. Perfect strip location.

I am a local, we enjoy coming here to play, eat, shop, also for many Stayca. Vacas. It's always very nice. Many things to do. The Holiday decorations are always very nice. It is also very central located to Las Vegas Strip events.

During our stay we experienced terrific service from all facets of the resort. We enjoyed playing the slots (would like to have won), all of the Caesars' personnel were very anxious to assist in all of our needs.

. . . . Prepare to walk a lot. The place is HUGE, but you can, shop, eat, drink, gamble and be entertained all day and night. It's in a great, central location to visit other casino hotels. Straight across Las Vegas Boulevard you can ride Harrah's 550 foot high observation wheel.

I am in Vegas for conferences pretty frequently. I usually will stay at Caesars if that is where the conference is being held, but next year, I may have to explore other options. The customer service is pretty hit or miss. Sometimes takes a while to get checked in or out. I've had issues with the shower water temperature (cold...

The smoke in the lobby and Casino is pretty offensive and I realize that it's all about the gambling, but to have to walk through that to get anywhere is annoying. I requested a Vaporizer/humidifier for my room, and they delivered it, but didn't set it up - they would have noticed it didn't work if they had. Some of...

“Most Caesars properties have an in room coffee pot and free coffee pods/packs for Diamond card level and above players. There was a Keurig in my room, but they charged $13 for 4 k cups and the packaged condiments. That's crazy -- bring your own!”

“Check it thoroughly before accepting the rooms at times look rushed through and cleaning just brush over and not done with care- vents were stuffed with dust and floor around bed looked like it was missed with vacuum. Just keep your heads up and it is a good hotel and casino just have to make sure you run into the employees that are there and happy and your time will be great but shouldn't have to seek out such employees. ”
