Caesars Palace boasts an enviable location on the Strip, which many guests appreciate for its convenience. However, opinions on the hotel's offering are mixed; while some find certain areas elegant, others describe the atmosphere as outdated and the rooms as neglected. Reviewers frequently criticize the hotel for its additional fees and lack of complimentary amenities, leading to a consensus that the value for money is disappointing. Service experiences vary, with some staff members providing excellent help, but overall service inconsistencies and noise issues are notable drawbacks.

Disappointed! I’ve stayed at Caesars Palace multiple times when visiting Las Vegas . This trip was much different to the prior trips as I stayed in the Julius tower. I believe this is one of their older towers and maybe that’s why my experience wasn’t so great I’m OK with a dated appearance however, the cleanliness was poor. as soon as I got off the elevator, the carpet was filthy and dated the walls dirty. I walked into my room and the carpet had clearly not been vacuumed. There were feathers from the pillows along with other things the walls were dirty the bedding was worn with holes in the comforter, not sure if the sheets were truly clean. I was exhausted after a long days travel I had requested an early check in, it was during a convention so I understand they were extremely busy which is why I just stayed with this room after waiting so many hours for a room. When I received my bill they had charged me the $40 fee for early check-in, which truly didn’t occur more than 30 minutes prior to normal check-in after waiting all day for a room so after approaching the desk, and explaining how disappointed I was for about 20 minutes she finally removed the charge, which should’ve simply been done in the beginning. in the end, cleanliness and customer service are a no-brainer!

Upon our arrival, the express lane was closed. Fine, we stood in in the long line to check in. Upon check-in the view we were offered with our upgrade was not available. Fine, moving on. We asked for a fridgerator as my husband is 100% on a feeding tube (cannot even drink water as he does not have the muscles to swallow anything) and we need one for medical reasons. We do have a doctors disability form with us at all times. The gentleman told us there is a fee for this. We asked for a Manager who said as a courtesy they will comp the request. It was delivered to our room timely. I wanted to try the buffet during out vist. We went in advance to speak with a Manager to let them know we will pay the fee for both of us but my husband will have to take his plate "to-go" so he can puree his food to take via a feeding tube. A Manager had to call us back. We were informed we are only allowed to attend ONE breakfast and not for any other meals due to his request AND we have to bring out own container for his to go food. I went to the Manager (Trevi) sharing our medical form and his disability. I did not want anything for free, I just wanted my husband to have the same rights as anyone else. She wanted to make our "customer experience" better so she offered me a spa massage and dinner at one of their restaurants. It was appreciated however the policy to go the buffet never changed. I asked for a customer service number to speak with legal or HR to share our issue and we were assured that the only way to do so was to write a review on Trip Advisor. All I want is for my husband is to have the same rights as everyone else. We often go out to eat for the social aspect. I eat at the venue and he gets his plate to go. Mind you, he only gets one plate (which we explained to the Buffet Manager). We had other issues during our vist but chalked them up to Vegas. There is no one to talk nor is there a customer service number. Next time we head to Vegas, we will be choosing another venue for our stay that will accomodate his needs (the ability to get food to go without discrimination).

We were a party of 6 split into 2 rooms travelling for 50th birthday celebrations. Hotel made no effort to put our rooms together and we were split on 50th and 60th floors. Front desk just tried to sell us an upgrade and were generally unhelpful. No wifi for two days, rooms were not made up and when they are ‘cleaned’ its done to the minimal standard. Rooms are extremely basic, showers have no water pressure. Hotel rooms are very dated. Upon checkout we did not feel the $52 daily resort fee was applicable based on our poor experience. Front desk staff Fouad who managed our checkout was particularly rude and unhelpful. Unapologetic for the poor service we had experienced, wouldn’t even make eye contact and had a very poor attitude. We have previously stayed at NYNY and MGM and the staff could not have been more friendlier. Ceasars is over hyped, best spend your money elsewhere.

Lezel Apolinario in caesars rewards was amazing and went above and beyond in helping address my issue. She was very patient and really attentive to my needs. She made experience at Vegas a smooth one and I cannot recommend her more. Incredible customer experience!

I would like to recognize an exemplary staff member who made my stay at Caesars Palace so fantastic. April ensured my check-in process for the Super Bowl weekend was smooth and easy. She was even able to upgrade my room to two queen beds on a higher floor. I really appreciated her setting the tone for my weekend on such a positive level. I am returning to Caesars in a week for business and look forward to a great stay again.

We arrived to check in at 2:30 pm, front desk clerk told us that if we wanted to check in early (check-in at 4pm), it would be an additional $35. He also mentioned that for $45 we can get an upgrade. So there are rooms available? I was very surprised and disappointed that Ceasar's wanted to charge extra to get in a room earlier as other hotels we've stayed at doesn't do that. I also asked the clerk if they can text us when the room is ready and he said they don't do that. We decided to wait. At 3:30 I decided to ask another front desk clerk if that was true that there is a charge to get in a room earlier than 4. He then mentioned that that rule was WAIVED at 3 pm and that if a room is available we can get a room. At this time the lines to check in was longer and we ended up with the same clerk and I asked why he didn't tell us that we can check in at 3pm. Yes I understand that there may not be a room available but that is up to me whether I want to stand in line early or not. He didn't say anything. The room we ended up with so-so but we had activities all night and left at 3:30am.

Loved everything about our stay except the extra $52.00 per night resort fee. This extra cost is ridiculous, unnecessary and needs to stop. It's for in-room wifi (in the world of everyone having smartphones with data plans) and fitness center. Please, spare me the $52.00 PER NIGHT rip off.

Caesars is still a nice establishment but has definitely taken a step back in terms of quality. I understand it’s a business and profits are important but when spending over $500 a night, I expect my room service to come on plate with silverware and the cute little ketchup bottles as opposed to being delivered like takeout in a to go box and a bag. That’s one example of the many obvious cost cutting strategies that tarnishes the reputation of what was once my favorite resort. I’ll be staying somewhere else next time.

Booked Ceasars as our 20th wedding anniversary. We were told. Y our virgin consultant it was one of the most luxurious. On arrival (and indeed from the point of booking) they push upgrades on you. We didn't bother, we didn't intend on being in the room. Room was right off the elevator (room 5751) in the Octavoous tower. we thought would be noisy but wasn't at all and we were right next to the ice machine so we chilled our own drinks in one of the sinks in the bathroom. Good job as at a MINIMUM of 10 bucks for a beer and 18 for a wine, it made a difference. We had a nice view over the pool. They were closed as it was Feb but again, fine by us as we weren't there for that. The rooms were large but starting to wear a little. Small things like chips off the base of furniture, the covering off the headboard wearing off, the net drapes don't really close where people have been pulling them apart rather than use the closer.....all just make it a little bit less than expected. Bed was large and comfy. But we found that the covers were thin and the heating in the room was either too hot or too cold. Check in was easy. Beware: don't even TOUCH the snacks in the room, the tray is pressure censored. Overall, glad we experienced it but there are nicer places on the strip now. Cosmo, Wynn, Vdara. Ceasars needs to step up it's game or be at risk of becoming a gimmick.

If you were ever curious about what the end of the Roman Empire looked and felt like, a visit to Caesar's Palace should help. Cold showers (even after maintenance came through and suggested "letting the water run awhile" ...thanks for helping me understand showering! It actually made it worse), beat up rooms and common areas, elevators with parts and paint falling off, and an insane weekend price point made sure that I'm cheering for the Visigoths. Only the staff were uniformly pleasant, even when unintentionally hilarious.
