Wow I didn’t expect this
I knew this was an older style casino but seriously it was like stepping back 30 years in time. The only modern part of the room was the bathroom and though room was a good size it was so out of date ! I was also surprised how big the place was but that’s ok 👍. I enjoyed my stay as I was with a great friend but next time I will look to upgrade !!

You get what you pay for
If appearance and customer service doesn’t matter, then staying at this hotel is worth it. I didn’t particularly care much for the place. It’s in desperate need of an overhaul. The elevators aren’t well maintained. There was a beer bottle and a glass in the elevator for more than 24 hours. The parking garage looks dingy and scary. I saw Security but they were hanging out outside of the garage. For safety reasons, I would’ve preferred to see them driving/walking around inside. The carpets need to be replaced; especially in the corridors. The rooms are pretty clean but the outside windows are filthy. I’ve never had to pay for late checkout. When I requested late checkout, I was told there’s a $35 charge...uh thanks but no thanks. There’s a smell when you walk in to the hotel (SMH). Perhaps investing in some type of air freshener machine might help.…

Had fun at the Circus!
Super Super affordable and would stay here again. Free parking for guests. Felt safe walking around. Wish we would have had more time to ride the rides in the adventuredome. Check in was very speedy and brought a fridge to our room by request. The bellhop was great and helped take some groceries up to our room. The rooms aren't super fancy but cleaner than expected as the hotel is quite a bit older. Thought the rooms would smell smokey but they did not :) Great place to stay if you are bringing kids. Coffee, food, slots, entertainment, drinks, all under one roof. Really had fun staying here. If you order food (like pizza) from our experience the apps/services could not take it to our room, you have to meet them downstairs. Monday night through Thursday night was fairly quiet which was nice.…

Cheap amusement park
So if you are coming to Las Vegas with kids (not sure why you would), but if you do. You have two family choices, Excalibur or here. This place has more amusement park games for the kids, great arcade. But, it's not like your typical casino. For me personally way to many kids and not enough nightlife

We are staying at the manor double queen room and been told it's not in the hotel but behind across the car park any 1 know if we can change to be inside hotel as we will have a 14 year old Granddaughter staying with us won't be happy walking around with her
Better to ask be booked in one of the towers they’re newer

There’s four of us staying in one room we have booked a family room and advised there is four beds is this correct
There was four of us in a room-2 adults and 2 children and we had 2 queen size beds. We stayed in the West Tower.

How do I see a copy of my bill in any refund
I am trying to verify that Circus Circus has a reservation for us from March 8, 2020, checking out on March 14th. I never received a confirmation number, although my credit card was charged on 10/16. Seem to be getting quite the run around!
Make sure they put you in a tower room. Otherwise they low price room will be in the crappy motel room out back in the parking lot. Our tower room was very nice.

1.Is there a place to store luggage before/ and after check out in a safe area at resort ? 2. Is it open to known guest. The flight arrives hours before check in time and also when checking out the flight leaves at night.3. Also any recemondations on storage out of resort some told me about something called bags to go and bag bnb?
Yes, they have this facility free of cost for hotel guests
