Booked the Gold Club room on the 16th and 17th Floor, Did not have a VIP check in area like promised- But no big deal there. Room was great and spacious- No Fridge or Microwave- Everything was nice. The only complaint I have was the Shower. The head was caked with Calcium and the water flow was terrible it trickled...

The rooms need to be updated. Also, there was a $13 charge for internet service and a $6 charge for the Fremont Experience. Fremont Street charge can not be disputed, even if you did not enjoy the lights and attractions on Fremont Street. My son did enjoy the swimming pool and swimming through the shark tank. There was a charge...

My grandma loves marzipan. My mother and grandmother went into The Chocolate Box to check and see if they sold any. When they asked the clerk they were told, "I don't know. I just work here." They turned around and walked out. We'll never be back.

Can't really fault this hotel. We paid £29's for our one night stay, there was also a $5's fee to pay, not really sure what this was for. Kids loved the pool & sharks. Great location Very pleased with room for what we paid, beds very comfy. No problem with any of the staff. Valet parking free and fast. Has...

a classic hotel in the old section of Vegas. location was the only thing going for this hotel. decor and rooms are run down. the smoke filled hotel is really yucky but a norm for the Vegas stay. The casino staff were excellent with some of the most down to earth dealers I have ever experienced. It had convenience store,...

Good: Fast check-in, great service, clean room, best pool downtown, great beds, great TV channel selection, no resort fees (except Fremont Exp. fee of $5.80 per night). Bad: $12.99 for internet per devise (I know - no resort fees - which I like) as I do not need internet daily, or I know where to get it for free, PARKING...

Stayed at the Golden Nugget for a weekend away. Great location, so close to Fremont Street, excellent pool and the team at H2O bar at the pool were great! Joe, Gerardo and Mike serve humor and great drinks!! Rooms were nice, bed comfy and definitely better than some of the places I have stayed for a lot more on the...

It's great to hear that our staff was so friendly and funny! Thank you for your compliments and I will make sure this gets passed on to their manager. I am glad to hear that you had a lot of fun downtown and we can't wait to see you again!

Really, The Golden Nugget has to charge a vig for staying there? Why not drop paying a blackjack from 3/2 to 6/5? It makes no sense, just include the fee in a room charge. Do not allow this classic gem of downtown Las Vegas deteriorate into a cheap trick on Freemont street. Kick the hookers out of the casino for...

I was there for business for 4 days. I suppose I could stay on the strip but there's something special about the experience you get when you stay downtown. The hotel is under new management and they need to work out a few kinks but overall, it's one of my favorite hotels. The very busy pool seemed a bit murky...
