We stayed at the Hard Rock Hotel for our friends 50th birthday bash...The staff was friendly and it was nice being off of the strip. The bed was AMAZING and so comfortable, the rooms were clean and ours overlooked the pool area. The music was always enjoyable. The staff for the most part were very helpful with the odd person...

We have stayed at the Hard Rock in Vegas four times in the last four years. Every time it was a pleasure. We are always happy to come back to the Hard Rock. *Check-In* Check-In went fast. We always booked the cheapest room and then booked an upgrade during our check-in. It was never a problem and we always got...

After fighting throngs of tourists through the aisles and walkways in some of the strip hotels, the Hard Rock was such a breath of fresh air!!! Young, good looking, extremely courteous staff from pool and casino security to the bartenders to the dealers. I never had to wait in line to get on a table game or for dinner. If...

Had a ball. Check in was very quick as was check out. All of the employees we encountered were all very nice. Plenty of gaming and we ate at the restaurants and all were good. Lucky's is always open so it doesn't matter when you want to eat.

I stay are the Hardrock usually 2-3 times a year for business. It is always good and I love that you do not have to walk through big casino's to get to your room. If you are in HRH, even better. The restuarants are good, the bars are good. This time I stayed the Paradise tower and the maid service...

Cool hotel. Great music playing. Nice casino smell. Cool artist frequent The Joint. Wished all the pools were open. Only Nirvana was open. Like the fact it's not right on the strip. Makes driving too and from a little easier.

Visit started badly, customer service personnel were quite rude (checkin and valet), but they bounced back, and had a very nice stay. All other personnel were great to work with, rooms were excellent (even though they put us in a handicapped suite), and the casino was nicely quiet, and pretty spacious......really enjoyed they stay, and will look forward to returning!

We had a lovely room in the HRH tower, could not have been nicer clean, amazing bathroom. Hotel is a little out of town 15-20 min walk to the strip or 5-10 in taxi during the day fine to walk but at night we felt better to jump in a taxi. Cost about $10 each way. Casino is also a...

Awesome place!!! Rooms are very spacious! Any time we needed something we called the front desk and they would get us whatever we needed/wanted within a matter of minutes! The shower felt like I was under a waterfall and I wouldn't want to get out. Everything is great! I wouldn't recommend getting any of the candy or water or stuff...

Rooms were very clean and had a great vibe. Very spacious and modern. Attended multiple events and ate at many of thier restaurants and had very good experiences all around. I would definately recommend to anyone visiting Vegas. It is slightly more suited to a younger crowd but I think anyone could have a good time. Location is ok in...
