Even though this hotel is off the strip, I loved it. (I usually stay on the strip). There is easy access to the strip via monorail which stops at this hotel. I uses the monorail daily. The hotel isn't overly crowded for its massive size but there was a bit of a wait for checking in. The room was updated... More

We were in a Signature Room in the Central tower, very near all the action. The room was clean and comfortable, a good size, overlooking the golf course and Stratosphere. The pillows were the best I’ve ever had in a hotel. There was a nice amount of storage space (except for the bathroom) and I appreciated the room safe NOT... More

Stayed in a two bedroom for 4 nights Thanksgiving week. Walking in, first impression was great - pretty fountains at the front entrance, friendly staff, the rooms were good sized and the huge garden tub in the master was a highlight. As we got unloaded, small annoyances started popping up immediately - lightbulb out in the master bedroom lamp, closet... More

Nice Hotel. Good prices in November. Not that overcrowded. Free self parking garage. Go green and renounce housekeeping/chambermaid to get a 10$ voucher daily which you perfectly can use for the buffet or a restaurant.

I have thoroughly enjoyed my stay here at the Westgate. Sailea Leutakoun was awesome. She was able to show me to my room and assist with getting items out of my car. This will not be my last time visiting Vegas or the Westgate.

I have stayed in this hotel for a number of times during an expo show. The main thrust of the hotel is now time-share sales not hotel customers. The a/c worked only on cold, no heat despite cold weather. Had to ask for blankets...the blankets had cigarette burn holes. The sink and tub in the bathroom were cracked and not... More

So, this hotel is a good stay if you are in town for a conference at the convention center. You barely need to walk outside in order to travel from your hotel room to your meeting room at the conference center. Restaurant selections during the day are limited. Water is very expensive. Well, I think that four dollars a bottle... More

Stayed here for a convention. Did not get into room until night. Could not find any light switches. Turned out I had to move nightstand and get down on floor in the dark to find switch on a lamp cord. Beds were very high and not very comfortable. Wake up call system did not work. Hotel is far from Strip... More

We stayed at the Westgate for two days after staying at Hard Rock. While we loved Hard Rock, we also liked the Westgate. Totally different feel and look but nice nonetheless. Downsides to Westgate: it is a timeshare so there is a lot of selling going on. Every time we left the room or entered the hotel, there were several... More
