Offered promo and amenities for MLife Platinum players were great! - great suite, comp concert tickets with decent seats, freeplay and resort credits. Items worth mentioning: 1) I assumed late checkout was also included. The morning of checkout, I inquired about it. Unfortunately, I was told I would be charged for late checkout, and if I extended my res for 1-night I would be charged $170. Note: If my promo offer was for up to 4-nts, it would have been nice to have the extra night comped or atleast have a latecheckout comped. 2) The resort credit expired upon checkout, which would have been nice to know up front. Nothing mentioned in the mailer regarding this, nor anything mentioned at check-in. Other establishments allow 7 days to use the freeplay. Fortunately, shortly after I checked-out I visited the MLife Players Desk for a replacement card, and the rep was kind enough to check with the hotel desk to reopen my room res to allow me to use resort credits for the buffet. The rep had also extended the timeframe to use the freeplay without my asking. 3) I am disabled, and I needed a wheelchair after being on my feet too long. The staff provided a wheelchair, waited in the concert line with me, then wheeled me to my seat. Later, the staff was very attentive to my needs by providing me with a wheelchair, bottled water (I was feeling nauseated during the concert), and taking me to where I needed to go (the restroom, and then to my hotel rm.)…
Reviewers have not been kind to MGM saying it was worn and old...and I had a week for a conference at the MGM, I was torn to sleep at Caesar/Bellagio or take a risk at the MGM which would have been convenient to the conference, tough call. So I took a risk and stayed at the MGM. I was pleasantly surprised, I was told they did not have tubs, only showers, but when I checked in I was provided a tub, in a room, on the top floor with a fantastic view. I was a ecstatic. Room & view were perfect. Staff was amazing, shows & food are why I go. It was a perfect trip for a conference the hotel exceeded expectations. Staff were the best and very helpful. Room was spacious and had everything I needed. I will be back next year.
Rewards center was very short staff took us more than half an hour to get a players card and at check out lady was very rude I just had a question and she keep dismissing me with out even listening or care about my concern or questions
OMG Best place ever, every time i go, the rooms are great, the food is unbelievable good, Staff is welcoming, I will be back. Saw the Blake Shelton show-well worth going to see him!!!!! Lori Weiher - Pagosa Springs, Colorado
I’ve stayed here a couple of times. MGM has one of the best pool areas in Vegas. They have multiple pools on property and a large lazy river (I believe it’s one of only three properties that have a lazy river). Also, one of their pools has a waterfall. When it’s 115 degrees outside, there are plenty of options to stay cool. I enjoyed floating around the lazy river on a tube while drinking a large Fosters. This is Vegas and finding anything cheap here is like searching for water in the desert. The tubes are an additional fee to rent and beers are expensive but that’s expected when visiting Vegas. The views here are easy on the eyes. It’s nice looking up at the palm trees and the clouds in the sky.
