It would have been a 5-star stay had it not been for their manager who repeatedly told us to find another property to stay at after we complained about the pool. She was rude from beginning to end of conversation and it is a bad representation to this good property. The property itself was good and the other front desk...

great stay at Polo Towers in 2 bdrm suite. Prices way better than actual casinos and quiet and non smoking due no casino in bldg. MGM, New York, Planet Hollywood short walk away. Recommend the monorail on east end of MGM which takes you north close to the Stratosphere and you can ride all day long for around $10, otherwise...

Excellent room, neat, clean, updated, kitchenette. Very good location right in the center of the action. One can walk to stores, some Casinos and various shopping areas. I move from casino to casino and use a taxi, usually less that $10 a trip including tip. There are limited crosswalks on the strip so it can be a hassle to walk...

A clean, friendly central location to work out of. Easy access to the strip and within walking distance to several good places to eat.. Good underground parking within close reach to the resort elevators. Coming into Polo Towers from the strip is not usually the best choice. From either Tropicana or Flamingo travel down Koval to Harmon which allows entrance...

After reviewing The Polo Towers by Diamond resorts, I'd give them a five-star rating. I think all the rooms were high quality and included everything I would need away from home without having to pack it. I find that the hotel has a good location on the strip for site seeing and for traveling on foot. In comparison to other...

I can't imagine a better Las Vegas view than the one I had from the 15th floor suite's windows and balcony. You can see from New York New York, down to the Mirage, with a straight across the street view of the gorgeous City Center, with the mountains showing in the distance. Loved it! And it is so convenient to...

Its simple. Dont have all the luxurious presentation but its location is just right where the action takes place... the strip! All you have to do is walk. Groceries.. booze..shopping...clubs.. is just a walk away. Had great fun with my friends.

The hotel is not bad, old, in an alley off the strip. The staff is courteous and competent. My complaint is I booked and prepaid with Hotels.com. When I registered they extorted an extra $25.00 per day "resort fee," a hidden charge undisclosed in their advertising. I was there on business, couldn't care less about the resort amenities. Insult on...

The property is situated in a perfect spot on the LV Strip, yet when you are in the lobby, you feel like you are at a nice hotel. There are no slot machines and cigarettes while the atmosphere is calm. If you don't like big cavernous casino hotels, this could be the place for you. My two bedroom suite felt...

We stayed at the Polo Towers for three nights last month. We arrived early and I went to the desk to ask about storing our luggage. The Assistant Manager, Jesenya V. was very helpful. She was able to arrange for our rooms to be on the same floor overlooking the Strip. She was able to answer all our questions and...
