Wonderful location. Very close to new Disney Springs (a.k.a. Downtown Disney & Pleasure Island) Short distance to ALL Disney property locations. Excellent huge 3BR (w 2 master bedrooms) 3BathR units. Very well maintained. More affordable with more space then Disney Properties. People super friendly and helpful.

The only con that I have is that they stated that they will hold my deposit for 24 hours and it's been a week since I checked out and they are still holding my deposit. I would appreciate an honest and upfront statement at check in.

We had never been to LV before and used a friends Time Share at the Diamond Resorts property know as Polo Towers. the check in through the VIP process was quick and easy. The staff was friendly and helpful with directions, discount passes and dinner recommendations. As with most Time Shares they are bit pushy to get you to sign...

I have stayed often in the Lake Tahoe vacation resort. It is my favorite place to stay when visiting the Lake Tahoe area. It is so easy to find sitting on the corner of the main street leading to State line and Ski run Blvd. that leads to Heavenly valley. I can see Heavenly Valley ski mountain from my windows...

Polo towers is a nice alternative to a hotel. Nice to have a kitchen and eat breakfast in, then start the day at your leisure instead of being forced down to a restaurant for food in the morning. Rooms were clean, comfortable, and kitchen was great for breakfast and extra drinks. The hotel is conveniently located by MGM and Planet...

I bought a timeshare against my better judgement. But it's a good thing since I'm paying for it and I really ought to use it. Every time I stay at the Polo Towers it feels like home. In fact, the 1 bedroom is a lot like my condo. Conveniently located on the Strip across from City Center, it is close...

Extremely quite! Close to everything! No need for a car! I went solo and had an awesome time! Never felt uncomfortable at all out walking and sight seeing! Property sits off the street about 1/2 a football field, ENTRANCE is not easily seen, pay attention or you will miss it if driving. Day weather was tee shirt, nights light jacket....

Nice rooms and just off the strip but a terrible view of dumpsters possible on the 3rd floor or below. Staff were not overly friendly. Only thing in room that wasn't the best was that the bathtub drained slowly and water saver shower head was annoying (probably true of all Vegas hotels).

The rooms are spacious and they have great views of the strip. Its located right next to planet Hollywood and is walking distance to everything. The Aria and cosmopolitan is across the street as well. The customer service is great. The staff is very friendly.
