So nice to find a hotel, located just off the strip, that is smoke free and has no slot machines. The room was perfectly comfortable, although on a future trip I will ask for a room away from the monorail.
I have stayed at the Carriage House many times. It is well located, well maintained, and reasonably priced. Its just steps away from many dining options at Planet Hollywood including my favorite, Ocean One. The Concierge was helpful, as was the front desk staff. I recommend this non gaming hotel to everyone looking for a great deal in Vegas.
The property would remind you of a European hotel, minimalist and functional. The rooms are adequate, the furniture average and the fitness center well below average. What the hotel lacks the staff more than makes up for. They are extremely helpful, courteous and accommodating. The concierge is extremely knowledgeable on local deals and best places to spend your time and money. He does a presentation on Sunday mornings at 9:30 am and I highly recommend attending.
This is a great value sitting just off the strip, but a very easy walk to the action. Perfect for those not endeared with the 24/7 hustle of the strip. I will stay there again anytime my main attraction is not being in the midst of strip chaos
The Carriage House has always treated us great. We love the location, the rooms, the pool and the staff are always super welcoming and helpful. The access to the hotel is so convenient as is getting and receiving ride share rides. I also love that there is no casino and filled with smoke. The pool was a great temperature, especially for a rainy, January weekend. The kids loved the pool, which means we love the pool too.
Everytime we visit Vegas, The Carriage House is where we'll stay. We were reffered by a family member and I'm glad they did. Service was AWESOME! Everyone was super helpful, accommodating, and knowledgeable. Rooms were clean and in days we didn't need room service the front desk would check on us anyways to ensure our we'll being. The location is perfect as well. Minutes of a walk away from the strip, and opposite ways from traffic if you need to run to the store for anything. We'll definitely be staying at Carriage House on our next visit!
My family and friends traveled to Vegas on the way to California for a cruise and we searched extensively looking for a hotel that wouldn't break the bank but had good reviews and we came across the Carriage House. Will absolutely stay there again, right in the heart of everything but not directly on the strip and that was okay with us. Everything was clean, staff was friendly and helpful...all in all a truly fabulous experience!
This hotel was exactly what I was looking for. I wanted something off the strip without a casino where I could just drive up and get to my hotel room quickly. The rooms are so nice with a living room and separate bedroom. The bath has two doors so you have privacy if someone is staying on the pull out couch in the living room. The kitchenette was perfect so that I could make breakfast and dinner before and after the convention I attended. The only thing to note is that it is pretty loud outside due to traffic. I think there is a hospital nearby so there were frequent sirens at night. Probably loud at all hotels near the strip though.
There was repairs going on in the room next to us and 2 mornings in a row there was banging and woke up up. Also was very bad odor in the hall way one day that smelled like a toxic glue for a few hours and a little bit in the room. We had to leave.
We always stay here whenever we are in Las Vegas. No, it doesn't have a casino or a restaurant, but it is within walking distance to all Las Vegas has to offer. The rooms are clean, comfortable and well stocked with whatever you may need.
