I have been coming to Las Vegas and the Carraige House for 35 years. Although this is the "tiny hotel" near the strip, it has everything we want. The Carraige House continually puts money into the upkeep of the property. Being a non-casino hotel, it is a lot quieter and you can enjoy your time when you need a break. The two bedroom units have a full kitchen and enough room to not be on top of each other. I can't wait for our next return. I highly recommend it!

First time at Carriage House. VERY NICE! Quick check in. Fast elevators. Clean spacious room with refrigerator, two burner stove, microwave. All pots pans, dishes. Coffee maker with coffee. Fast WiFi. Great water pressure.
Plenty of free parking, some covered. Clean pool across the hotel with hot tub. Plenty of pool seating and towels. Pool heated during colder weather. Small fitness room with spring water dispenser. Four washers/dryers on 9th floor ($1.50/$1.75 a load)
Lighted tennis court with basket ball hoop next to pool, rackets and balls available from front desk free of charge.
Coffee service in lobby not available due to covid.
Over all a great place to stay. No resort fee and just 5 minute walk from Strip by Planet Hollywood hotel and shopping.
Will definitely stay again!

This hotel is a short walk away from the hustle and bustle of "the Strip" but still close enough to enjoy it. We stayed (3 of us) in a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom suite and it was great - still plenty of room for more guests. There is a laundry available for use (charges apply) and there are everyday items available to buy at the front desk if you have run out or forgotten to bring them. Could do with a bit of an update, and found that housekeeping did not replenish soap etc. but would stay there again.

After we were accosted in the street heading to the Las Vegas Strip by one of their marketing reps, we were told that we would get a bunch of vouchers including gambling chips for various casinos in the Freemont area, including transportation. We were aware that we would have to sit through a sales pitch in order to qualify for these incentives but were promised over and over again by the marketing rep on the street that it would not exceed 90 minutes (like some of the other companies out there). Upon entering the less than impressive meeting room we were asked by the sales rep for the company Vacations Internationale if we were made aware that the seminar we signed up for would be 90 minutes. We said yes and then he proceeded to say that it might very well be longer. We were promised several times before leaving the marketing rep in the streets that it will not exceed 90 minutes as we did not want to waste our last day in Las Vegas in a sales pitch. After we were told we could leave as we did not want to be there for that long, absolutely nothing was done to try and remedy the problem. Even the marketing rep that accosted us in the street was there and although she did text me to apologize, the last day of our vacation was unfortunately somewhat ruined as we had planned to use the incentives that were offered to visit Freemont and spend some time down there.
Yet again, a sub par company trying to play in the big leagues with companies like the Hilton. My advice, stick to well know hotels who are willing to fix the problem as it arises rather than lose customers and leave them disappointed. Additionally, though it may cost you more, hotels like the Hilton will do whatever it takes to guarantee the customers satisfaction as they understand the value of costumer service within the hospitality industry.

This place is very clean, comfortable and excellent staff. From the moment you come into the front desk to any questions about location and local access, the staff accomadates you. I don't think I will stay anywhere else when I am in Vegas.

We enjoyed our stay in the carriage house. They do not charge resort fee as well as parking fee and they are in short walking distance to the strip. The rooms are nice, maybe a little bit old fashioned but clean and cozy. We can recommend it and will stay again here.

With thousands of accommodation options available in Las Vegas, I was looking for somewhere that would accommodate my families needs, and The Carriage House fit that perfectly.

Parking was a dream (just outside the front door), check in friendly and helpful during a time when technology was letting them down.

Our 2 bedroom apartment was massive!! It could so very easily accommodate more than my family of four. The main bedroom suite, was the largest that we saw in our 6 weeks away. My teens had their own beds (which were humongous), for which they were extremely grateful. The lounge/dining area continued the size theme. The kitchen was fully provisioned (facilities wise) for all our meals. The room was clean and beds comfy.

We loved the non casino/smoke free/off strip location. It was a few minutes walk to the strip, and felt safe at all times.

The onsite laundry was a huge plus.

I had incorrectly assumed that there’d be a supermarket within walking distance. There is a Walgreens a few minutes walk away, but certainly wasn’t the full size supermarket that we needed. If you have a car, I’d recommend that you shop before checking in, or use on line shopping with delivery.

I will be recommending The Carriage House to all Vegas travellers.

Staff greeting was warm and efficient. Internet worked seamlessly. The rooms are spacious and the kitchenette was a welcome addition. Staff was so helpful with directions and the location is such that you can walk to many casinos easily and safely through lighted areas.

Other than the annoying parking lot speed bumps, it is a comfortable place to stay and has been recently renovated and it is very convenient to the Strip. Since there is no in-room maid service due to Covid, a toilet brush, broom and dust pan in the unit would have been nice. It was spotless upon check-in.

No food or bar at the Carriage House. They do have a small snacks and cold drinks area near the lobby. As for the pool, you can take your own cooler but no glass containers are allowed. Very family oriented, oh, and there are restrooms at the pool too. Clean and relaxing place - we love staying at the Carriage House for over 20 years!
