Our room was VERY clean and the front desk was extremely responsive to the only need we had on arrival.
Big plus: no superfluous wifi fees, and no timeshare sales pitch!
Climate control was a bit noisy but was very effective.
The trees in the development across the fence from our room had many trees; listening to the birds over our morning caffeine was a definite plus.
However...
The room was rather dim and had zero ceiling lights?
There was a new washer/dryer in the unit that worked well, but the closet it was placed in was too small to accommodate it so the door couldn't be closed and partially blocked the hallway. C'mon folks, take 2 minutes and just remove the door, it can't be used as a door anyway.
The free wifi? Unsecured, and so slow that even Facebook had trouble loading. Ended up using our cellular data instead.
The kitchen was nice, but was only stocked with enough pots/utensils/etc. for a single meal for two.
We'd stay again because of the very convenient location and because there's always inventory available in the exchange pool, but if we were paying we might look elsewhere.

All of the main attractive features are in building I since building II only has a small pool. If you have mobility issues, you may have some difficulty walking to building I since it is close, but not as close they lead you to believe upon check-in. There is no gaming or resort features on this property at all. I didn’t see any security staff either.
The elevators are slow and creaky and make you wonder about their safety. The hotel room doors are ill-fitting and makes you worry about your safety. A/C is loud and street noise is noticeable, especially if you have a room on the perimeter of the property. I found the bed to be comfortable enough, but it felt kind of creepy laying on it! Each room is a “suite”, complete with a gas fireplace, living room, 4 seat table & chairs, kitchen, incl refrigerator, stove/oven, sink, dishwasher, blender, dishes & silverware, drip coffee maker and compact washer & dryer. The bedroom and living room each has a smallish flatscreen TV with many, many channels to choose from. The furniture, cabinets and dressers were quite worn from use, and the window sheers under the draperies were torn in several spots! The smaller bathtub is a Jacuzzi tub that also showed considerable wear around the perimeter of the tub. If you are taller than 5’4”, you won’t fit comfortably in it.
You must supply your own food like you would at home (except they do supply a drip coffee maker) and there is really no where close by within walking distance (if you don’t have a car) to get the items you may need. There is no restaurant onsite, which I found to be very inconvenient. There is only one vending area by room 123 that I was unaware of until I inquired about it.
The front desk staff were cordial enough, but did not provide any written or oral information about features on the property. Therefore, you can plan on wandering around and accidentally finding them yourself. For example, I found an ATM and water-refilling station off the lobby when I accidentally walked the wrong way, trying to find my room.
The free shuttle to 4 specific hotels on the strip is a nice added feature, but overall, this is very dated and worn out property. I stayed here because it was part of an airline package I bought, however, I would not select this property again.
We booked a two-bedroom, two-bathroom unit at Club de Soleil for six people, with a confirmed reservation to check in on December 13, 2024, and check out on December 16, 2024. However, upon arrival, the front desk staff informed us that their system only showed a reservation for a one-bedroom unit—despite our timeshare clearly being for a two-bedroom unit.
They claimed there were no two-bedroom units available and offered to provide us with an extra rollaway bed for the night. Frustrated by their mistake, we suggested they cover the cost of a room at another hotel. Suddenly, they miraculously “found” another one-bedroom unit.
We were promised that by the next day, we would get the two-bedroom unit we had booked. Following their instructions, we checked out of the additional one-bedroom unit in the morning. Before leaving for the day, we confirmed with the front desk that our two-bedroom unit would be ready when we returned.
To our shock, when we came back that evening, the same front desk clerks informed us that they had given away our two-bedroom unit again. Their incompetence and lack of accountability were infuriating.
After a long day out, we expected a smooth transition to our correct room, but instead, we were met with broken promises and poor service. This experience has been nothing short of a nightmare.
Avoid this facility at all costs. Their staff is unprofessional and unreliable, and the service they provide to guests is unacceptable. Future guests deserve to know what they’re signing up for with this property.
To RCI’s credit, I was refunded all money and my points relatively easy (I dealt with RCI directly not Club de Soleil).
