The Club de Soleil All-Suite Resort garners praise for its staff's promptness and the spaciousness of its well-equipped suites, which include kitchenettes and jet tubs. While the service and cleanliness typically receive positive remarks, some guests have encountered slow service and issues with housekeeping. Travelers appreciate the cozy atmosphere, although opinions are mixed regarding the decor, as it is often described as outdated. The off-strip location suits some guests but has led to negative first impressions for others. Despite the ample room space, the overall value proposition has been questioned due to overcharging and unmet expectations.

We've stayed at several of their properties over the years, including this one almost 15 years ago when we got married. As others have mentioned, calling it a "resort" might be a bit excessive, but it's a clean, quiet place to stay near enough to the strip for convenience but distant enough to avoid the noise and traffic.
Our room was VERY clean and the front desk was extremely responsive to the only need we had on arrival.
Big plus: no superfluous wifi fees, and no timeshare sales pitch!
Climate control was a bit noisy but was very effective.
The trees in the development across the fence from our room had many trees; listening to the birds over our morning caffeine was a definite plus.

However...
The room was rather dim and had zero ceiling lights?
There was a new washer/dryer in the unit that worked well, but the closet it was placed in was too small to accommodate it so the door couldn't be closed and partially blocked the hallway. C'mon folks, take 2 minutes and just remove the door, it can't be used as a door anyway.
The free wifi? Unsecured, and so slow that even Facebook had trouble loading. Ended up using our cellular data instead.
The kitchen was nice, but was only stocked with enough pots/utensils/etc. for a single meal for two.

We'd stay again because of the very convenient location and because there's always inventory available in the exchange pool, but if we were paying we might look elsewhere.

Nice resort, helpful staff and nice pool and hot tub. We liked it a lot for they had shuttle every day on top of the hour going to the strip and back, they also had shuttle available every other day going to Albertson in case you needed to buy groceries!! The kitchen was very clean and had most of the stuff we needed, they were just short of Pyrex for baking in the oven, also no grater and just few little things. We enjoyed our stay and will be back. Thank you

We are owners at Tahiti Village, however, they were full this week so they offered Club de Soleil. Let me start by saying it was very clean, the people were very nice and it’s literally 2.5 miles from the strip. So, if you’ve ever stayed at a Crown Plaza or a Holiday Inn Suites, this is almost identical. Clean, simple, gets the job done but is not luxurious, tropical, resort atmosphere. It’s a quiet hotel, we’re at Club 2, Club 2 offered jacuzzi tubs in their rooms but climbing in and out could be an issue. They are in the shower, with sliding doors, quite the awkward set-up and if you’re elderly or clumsy, this is not for you. There are no ceiling fans, which surprises me in this heat, the a/c doesn’t go below 70 and there is no option to run the fan constantly, so, keep your blinds closed! It helps block the Sun and heat. The kitchen is supplied at minimum, few glasses, silverware, dishes. No pots or pans. There is a toaster and a drip coffee maker. They give you 2 pots of coffee supplies, 1 load of laundry soap and dish soap. There is also an ice maker in the refrigerator which was nice. All in all this place did the job, but if you’re coming for a “vacation getaway” this is not it, stick with Tahiti Village. Not Tahiti, it’s also one of their properties, but it is also older and outdated as well. Tahiti Village is their star in the crown.

They have a beautiful photos on their website which makes a good impression, but that’s where that good impression ends. Sadly, this “resort” (I don’t even know how they can call it that) is in badly need of updating. In fact, it can be more accurately described as a 2 building apartment complex or timeshare (comprised of “buildings I and II”) which makes it confusing to navigate and for ride share services.

All of the main attractive features are in building I since building II only has a small pool. If you have mobility issues, you may have some difficulty walking to building I since it is close, but not as close they lead you to believe upon check-in. There is no gaming or resort features on this property at all. I didn’t see any security staff either.

The elevators are slow and creaky and make you wonder about their safety. The hotel room doors are ill-fitting and makes you worry about your safety. A/C is loud and street noise is noticeable, especially if you have a room on the perimeter of the property. I found the bed to be comfortable enough, but it felt kind of creepy laying on it! Each room is a “suite”, complete with a gas fireplace, living room, 4 seat table & chairs, kitchen, incl refrigerator, stove/oven, sink, dishwasher, blender, dishes & silverware, drip coffee maker and compact washer & dryer. The bedroom and living room each has a smallish flatscreen TV with many, many channels to choose from. The furniture, cabinets and dressers were quite worn from use, and the window sheers under the draperies were torn in several spots! The smaller bathtub is a Jacuzzi tub that also showed considerable wear around the perimeter of the tub. If you are taller than 5’4”, you won’t fit comfortably in it.

You must supply your own food like you would at home (except they do supply a drip coffee maker) and there is really no where close by within walking distance (if you don’t have a car) to get the items you may need. There is no restaurant onsite, which I found to be very inconvenient. There is only one vending area by room 123 that I was unaware of until I inquired about it.

The front desk staff were cordial enough, but did not provide any written or oral information about features on the property. Therefore, you can plan on wandering around and accidentally finding them yourself. For example, I found an ATM and water-refilling station off the lobby when I accidentally walked the wrong way, trying to find my room.

The free shuttle to 4 specific hotels on the strip is a nice added feature, but overall, this is very dated and worn out property. I stayed here because it was part of an airline package I bought, however, I would not select this property again.

Our family's stay in the double room at Club de Soleil was nearly flawless. The staff consistently exceeded our expectations by promptly addressing our needs with exceptional responsiveness throughout our stay. Although the room was situated close to a busy street and showed signs of aging, it maintained impeccable cleanliness and offered a reassuring sense of security. In summary, our experience was highly satisfactory.

Horrible Service and Incompetent Staff at Club de Soleil

We booked a two-bedroom, two-bathroom unit at Club de Soleil for six people, with a confirmed reservation to check in on December 13, 2024, and check out on December 16, 2024. However, upon arrival, the front desk staff informed us that their system only showed a reservation for a one-bedroom unit—despite our timeshare clearly being for a two-bedroom unit.

They claimed there were no two-bedroom units available and offered to provide us with an extra rollaway bed for the night. Frustrated by their mistake, we suggested they cover the cost of a room at another hotel. Suddenly, they miraculously “found” another one-bedroom unit.

We were promised that by the next day, we would get the two-bedroom unit we had booked. Following their instructions, we checked out of the additional one-bedroom unit in the morning. Before leaving for the day, we confirmed with the front desk that our two-bedroom unit would be ready when we returned.

To our shock, when we came back that evening, the same front desk clerks informed us that they had given away our two-bedroom unit again. Their incompetence and lack of accountability were infuriating.

After a long day out, we expected a smooth transition to our correct room, but instead, we were met with broken promises and poor service. This experience has been nothing short of a nightmare.

Avoid this facility at all costs. Their staff is unprofessional and unreliable, and the service they provide to guests is unacceptable. Future guests deserve to know what they’re signing up for with this property.

Upon arriving, had to pay additional “short term stay” fee, along with another resort fee. Upon entering the unit there we bugs, dirty sheets and unclean smells. Very disappointed. This place should call itself a timeshare or club or resort - it’s a dump.

To RCI’s credit, I was refunded all money and my points relatively easy (I dealt with RCI directly not Club de Soleil).

My complaints are service related only. It started with a trainee at the registration desk. I understand people need to be trained, and it can take time, but when you have a line of five people waiting to check in, and you continue to allow the trainee to move through the process very slowly, it has become a problem for your guest. There is a $25 resort fee. One of the benefits of staying off the strip is to avoid the resort fees. But, fine, we paid the fee and went to our room only to find out that the Wi-Fi net work that was supposed to be free was completely nonexistent. the real topper for all of this is that we were unable to get anyone to help us with the issue or even take any responsibility for the lack of customer service. We called the support number provided on their materials three different times. We spent a total of 30 minutes on hold and never got help. The few times the phone connected with someone they hung up on us. When we went to the office they told us there was nothing they could do about it and there was no manager available that night to help us. We went back in the morning and were told that there was no supervisor on site at that time either. We were asking for the resort fee to be paid back to us since they couldn’t even provide the basic of free Wi-Fi. They didn’t even hear our complaint. By the way, check out is at 10 AM. That is unheard of and very inhospitable. If you stay over that time, they will charge you. The rooms were nice and the property was clean but I would never stay somewhere with such poor service. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

I am sorry for being brutally honest about this review. My wife and I were very disappointed in our stay at Club de Soleil. We want to thank your staff, they were very nice and accommodating. However, we would never again book at this location or any other Somerpointe Resorts accommodation due to our first experience here. First impressions can impact one's perception. The room smelled old and stale including the bed and couch, the room needed to be updated, there was a missing sheer curtain in the bedroom, the left sliding mirror is off the track, there were dried up hard clear particles stuck to the ironing board cover, and the bedding, the bathroom towels and wash clothes didn't have a freshly clean scent. We felt there was no use in complaining because we felt Somerpointe Resorts already knew the horrible condition of this property. We were to embarrassed to invited my parents up to the room to visit, who was also vacationing in Vegas, just due to the smell of the room alone.

To use the term resort in the hotel name is very misleading. The facility overall if very poor. Small space with paper thin walls makes the rooms uncomfortable. The A/C system must be old and cannot keep up with the heat plus the thermostats are locked so you can’t set them where you want. We requested promised housekeeping thee different days and it was never delivered. Had to go to the front desk to beg for clean towels. Other than a very small pool, there are no amenities. I would return here.

Can you leave your bags at the bell desk if you arrive before your check in time? Is there a fee for this? should be ok IMHO. Low key front desk; not a lot of traffic / commotion
