We were pleasantly surprised with our 4 night stay last week. I had reservations after reading the negative reveries on the remodel and construction. Pre check in was a breeze, staff was very friendly Carlos especially. The room was clean and quiet. We did not hear a peep all week. Cannot wait to go back and see all the improvements.

Great hotel with awesome casino and food court! Family room was perfect! Free parking and friendly staff. Check in was done very quickly. It's directly on the strip so all best of vegas is easily to visit!

This is surely the worst hotel ever in Vegas, decor decades old, rude staff very rude staff who don't give a damn about customer service, shockingly bad and very old rooms, with no staff seeming to care (other than the team in Prime steak house who did great) - check in check out a joke with massive queues on both...

This is a good value hotel...by that I mean you can get a good price for a great location and clean rooms. There's really not much to highlight regarding the rooms really. Good bed, clean, large bathroom... Now...the hotel does have a "food court", which again, works great if you're on a budget. There's Starbucks, Sbarro, Johnny Rockets and such....

I am staying here right now for the forth time and everything has changed so much! Rooms are so outdated and they don't even have a coffee machine. Pool is closed and nobody took the time to disclose it while I was buying the package through Southwest. They disclosed it on the confirmation email at the very end of that...

This is my first time being in the Monte Carlo and if you judge from the outside it looked to be a pretty nice spot. The casino inside was really nice but when you get to the room it was average at best and pretty dated. Nothing spectacular and for $240 a night it should have been much nicer. I'd...

Had a 3 day comp to the Monte Carlo. Used the pre check-in, suite (30302) ready when we arrived (Happy Dance)!! The line for check-in / check-out was pretty long; glad we didn't have to deal with that--- The suite was a little dated but it was clean. We already knew about the pool being closed and the construction going...

The only reason I gave 2 stars is because the bartender at the main bar (Scott) was AMAZING! Super friendly courteous and happy. Other than that it was terrible.. no one greeted me when I walked in, line to check in was ridiculous and mobile check in for some reason didn't work. Rooms were so old, very clean but terribly...

The pros by far outweigh the cons! The cons are, yes, it's under construction, which sucks. Yes, the casino is smaller than the other hotels. Yes, the pool is under construction,and.. that's about it. The pros?? Awesome location! Great rates! Super friendly staff.. from the front desk to the M life desk (especially the gentleman that helped us during check...
